Y/N's POV:
"Who's ready for a 48 hour marathon of Ghost Harassers?" I smiled.
"Oh yeah!" Dipper replies, giving me a high five. We both shared a seat on the chair in the living room, a large pile of pizza, chips and sodas surrounded us.
"We interrupt this program to bring breaking news!" A message suddenly flashed up onto the screen. Soon, Mabel, Candy and Grenda all appeared and jumped onto the chair, burying us. I didn't pay much attention to what they were saying. Something about a party at the Northwest Mansion? Ugh. However, Mabel, Candy and Grenda all seemed excited for the event, even though it seemed to be pretty clear that "commoners" weren't to be let in.
I rolled my eyes. "Would someone please care to explain what the big deal is?"
"Uh, it's basically the greatest party of all time? Rich food - richer boys!" Grenda gushed.
"They say that each gift bag has a live quail inside!" Mabel piped in.
Candy stared at the screen sadly and sighed. "Give me your life, Pacifica..."
"Psh! Guys, in case you've already forgotten, Pacifica Northwest is the worst!" Dipper said, but was interrupted by the door. He jumped up to get it but paused before opening it. "And that's not just jealousy talking - I'd say that to her face!" He opened the door to reveal Pacifica Northwest, herself.
"I need your help." She stated.
"You're the worst." Dipper stated without hesitation and slammed the door on her. While the other girls gasped in horror, I was trying my best to hold in a laugh. Pacifica rapped the door again and Dipper opened it angrily.
"Look, you think I want to be seen here in this dump? There's something haunting Northwest Manor and if you don't help - the party will be ruined!"
"And what exactly makes you think that we'll help you?" Dipper folded his arms.
"Just name your price, okay? I'll give you anything!" Wow. Pacifica must be really desperate. Mabel hopped up and ran to the door, pulling Dipper aside. After a few whispers and nods, Dipper returned to the door, looking more annoyed than ever.
He sighed. "Fine, I'll bust your ghost. But, I'll need four tickets to the party."
Pacifica tilted her head. "Four? You won't be needing one."
"I know. The fourth is for Y/N, over there." He smirked. Immediately, I jumped out of my seat and ran to the door.
"Wait, what?!" Both Pacifica and I gasped. "No way, nuh-uh - nope!" I protest.
"Please, Y/N! It'll be a lot more fun if you come along! It'll be like a real-life Ghost Harassers!" Dipper pleaded.
"Oh- Oh fine!"
Pacifica snarled and crossed her arms. "Sorry, but I'm afraid that animals aren't allowed in."
"Well then, have fun with your ghost..." Dipper began to close the door.
"Wait!" Pacifica stopped him. She sighed and took out four golden envelopes from her coat. "You're just lucky I'm desperate."

We rode in Pacifica's limo to the party. The grand doors of the mansion opened, revealing several servers and butlers, marble flooring and a high ceiling complete with a crystal chandelier.
"Welcome to Northwest Manor, dorks. Try not to touch anything." Pacifica flipped her blonde locks as we entered. Mabel, Candy and Grenda ran off to enjoy the utter fanciness as Dipper and I got to meet... Pacifica's parents. Great. After meeting them, Pacifica dragged us both to the dressing rooms.
"Alright, now you losers need something proper to wear." She glared at us.
"What's wrong with what we're wearing?" Dipper asked. She looked us up and down and narrowed her eyes. Dipper had his usual vest and cap while I had on an old tank top paired with jeans and my usual bandana around my arm.
She pursed her lips. "Everything."
She found Dipper a tux, and tossed it at him, shoving him into the dressing rooms afterwards. "Now for you." She said. She looked through the many dresses in the closet and finally picked out one. It was a strapless, dark f/c ball gown. Around the waist is a sash, tied in a large bow at the back. The skirt of the dress reaches the floor and is complete with a sheer, f/c fabric covering it. I stared at the dress in awe. There's no way I could pull off something like this!
"This is one of my own dresses, so try not to ruin it or anything." She hands me the dress along with a matching pair of heels.
I pause. "Pacifica... What happened? We were best friends back then... Why did you suddenly start being so mean to me?"
I notice that she also stops, but ignores it and shoves me in to a dressing room. I sigh, ditching the heels and quickly changing into the dress, realizing that it was quite tight around the waist and chest.
"I feel like I'm wearing a corset..." I gasp as I step out of the change room.
"It's like this collar is strangling me. Who do you think you're impressing with this stuff?" Dipper whines.
"Um... Everyone? You wouldn't understand." Pacifica scowls and looks at me. "You seriously aren't keeping that on, are you?" She nods towards the bandana, still on my arm.
"Yeah." I glare at her. "Why? Does it bother you?" I spit.
"As a matter of fact, it does so take that stupid thing off!" She snarls.
"Okay, guys, calm down. If you two keep fighting all the time, we'll never get anything done!" Dipper steps in.
"Fine, then." I roll my eyes and harshly remove the bandana. I take some of the gauze I have from my backpack and wrap it around my scar to cover it. "Better?"
"Sure. Whatever. Let's just go." Pacifica flips her hair as she walks out of the room, motioning for us to follow.

"This is the main room where it's been happening." Pacifica says, leading us into a dark room, lit only by a fireplace. Trophy-like animal heads cover the walls, making the atmosphere even creepier. Dipper and I begin to scan the area.
"I'm picking something up!" Dipper notifies me, standing in front of the fireplace. I follow him over and glance up at the painting of what appears to be a lumberjack. Dipper glances down at the ghost-detector, hitting it a couple times. When we look up, the lumberjack disappeared!
"Uh... Pacifica?" I look towards her.
"Aah!" She backs away from a dark red puddle on the ground. We look up and gasp. Blood begins to pour from the animal head's mouths and eyes. Suddenly, the fire grows abnormally large and objects begin to fly everywhere, surrounding us.
"Dipper?! What do we do?!" Pacifica cries in panic.
"D-Don't worry, guys! It can't get worse than this!" Once again, the fire grows large and a figure begins to step out of it. Quickly, we dive under the pool table for cover as the ghost forms.
"I smell a Northwest!" The ghost cries, an axe appears in his hand. Dipper frantically flips through the journal. Finally, he finds the right page and shines the blacklight: Pray for Mercy!
"You've got to be kidding me!" I groan. Then, the table scurries away, revealing us. We all get up and begin running.
"This way!!" Pacifica shouts, as we follow her through the corridors of the mansion, the ghost following close behind. "Hurry! Through the garden!" We dash across the mud, getting hit by a few peacocks along the way.
"Dipper! Hand me the journal!" I say. He hastily tosses it to me and I flip through it. "C'mon, c'mon... Aha! Haunted paintings can only be trapped in a silver mirror!"
"Look!" Dipper cries. "There's a silver mirror right there!" He points up ahead towards a silver themed room. Just as we're about to run into it, Pacifica grabs out arms to hold us back.
"Wait!! This room has my parent's favorite carpet pattern! They'll lose it if we track mud in there!"
"What?!" Dipper and I exclaim in unison.
"Are you serious?!" Dipper proceeds to enter but Pacifica blocks him.
"We'll find another way!" She insists.
"We don't have time for this! Let us through!!" I try to push past her.
"No! My parent's will kill me!" She screeches, and tries to pry the journal away from me.
"Why are you so afraid of you parents?!" Together, we fall back through a wall, Dipper following us. We recover and look around us. It seems to be a dusty, old room filled with old paintings, all covered in drapes.
"Weird... I've never noticed this room before..." Pacifica wonders.
"Let's hope that the ghost doesn't either." Dipper looks around.
"Yeah... Maybe he ran off?" She suggests. Behind her, I see a figure coming from the drapes.
"Pacifica! Look out!" I tackle her out of the ghost's way, before we both begin to run. Pacifica falls and the ghost comes up behind us, raising it's axe.
"PREPARE TO DIE NORTHWEST!!"It bellows. Suddenly, Dipper appears, holding a silver mirror and traps it. We all crash through the window, out onto the garden.
"D-Did you get him?" I mumble. Dipper looks at the mirror to reveal that the ghost has been trapped inside. My eyes widen and we begin to chuckle.
"Yes!" I exclaim and hug Dipper, causing us to fall back on the grass. We laugh even more; I bury me head in his chest.
"Ahem." A voice says behind us. I crawl off of Dipper to see Pacifica's parents before us. Her father shoots me a dirty look, then looks at Dipper.
"Congratulations, young man it seems that you've cracked the case." He sneers. "Pacifica you really have found the right man for the job."
Wow. Ignored much? Dipper seemed to notice this and spoke up. "Actually, I couldn't have done any of this without Y/N."
"Oh, don't be so modest, boy."
I was surprised to find that it was Pacifica who spoke up next. "But, seriously! Y/N actually helped out a lot! She even saved my life-"
"Pacifica." Her mother gave her a glare and she fell silent.
"Anyways, why don't you all enjoy the rest of the party?" Her father said.
"Sorry, but I have a ghost to dispose of." Dipper smiled.
"Oh, c'mon, Dipper! You're at the greatest party in all of Gravity Falls!" Pacifica laughed.
"Nah, it's fine. Y/N, you go ahead. I'll catch up with you in a sec, alright?" He gave me a reassuring smile. I looked at my feet.
"I...I guess so." I sighed.
"Excellent. Enjoy the party." Pacifica's father spoke with a hint of... Sarcasm? Dipper gave me a peck on the cheek before he headed off and I followed the Northwests back into the mansion.
