Anna.

This person's behavior is out of my reach. He is so.....ummm oh forget it.

I reached my place and once I got down and reached the gate I turned back to see that the driver was still there.

I got inside and went to my room and when I peeped out I could see that driver still standing there and he left after a while.

That's totally weird. I thought to myself .

I grabbed my book and started reading it.

After some time Margaret came and pulled the book from my head and sat infront of me. And I did not know why she did that.

"What's wrong with you?" She asked me.

"What happen?" I enquired.

She pointed towards the watch and that's when I realised it was too late and I have been reading for a long time.  I had even missed my evening prayer in church.

"I'm sorry I was lost in the book" I apologized to her.

"Anyway have the dinner" she said giving me the plate.

I finish it and cleaned the table and plate and went back to my bed. And before I could touch my book Margaret yelled "don't"

Sometimes I forget that she is a nun as she behaves like a child.

I did not take the book instead I lied on the bed.

"Your boss came hear to enquire about you" she said making me jump from the bed.

"What!?"

"What's wrong?" She asked.

"What did you tell him?" I hoped she must have not told anything about me.

"Everything" she replied and I slapped my head.

"What's the matter did I do anything wrong" she asked.

"Can't you for once lie for me?" I asked her as she had told me long back that she will never lie about anyone or anything as she believes that truth is the only way out.

"Sorry Anna. I'm just this way" she said with a smile to die for. How can I get upset from her.

"You know I love you right?" I said while hugging her.

"Yeah I know that" was her reply.

Sometimes I feel like to ask her to give up this nun's life but eventually I realise that I can't do anything to stop her.

Anyway now I know that my boss knows about me and in complete details and that's why he was being protective about me. Anyway my confusion on his sudden change is cleared now.

I went to sleep and had a lovely one.

Bruce.

I'll never have a good sleep unless I have her with me. Now that I know she is so close to me how can I just be calm.

First I wanted to find her at any cost now that I have I don't want to let go her nor I have a reason to make her stay and most importantly I don't have the strength to tell her the truth.

I'll bust with all these thoughts some day and very soon.

"Sir your phone"

"Sir...."

I was interrupted with the voice which I heard.

"What!?" I yelled making the poor maid jump in fear.

"Your phone sir" she placed the cord less and went out.

I pick the phone and placed it on my ear and before I could talk I heard a voice which I was not interested in.

"There is something called a mobile?" Winget said.

"Come to the point" I replied.

"Ah..you know all the points that I have been telling you since ages now." She started her same old flirts.

"I don't have all day" I almost yelled.

"Night handsome... it's just that one night I want from you" she said in the most husky voice and I ended the call.

I held my head and pinched the bridge of my nose. That's when I heard some noises from out of my cabin.

"Ah.. someone needs a massage that could relieve all the stress" Winget said while entering my cabin.

"Sir I asked ma'am to wait" a maid came running behind her.

I nodded to the maid and she left.

"What the hell is your problem" I asked her looking at some file infront of me.

"Hmmm..... you exactly know that. But anyway since you are not interested in all of that let me talk to you about the things you are interested in. Your client wants to have a formal announcement about the deal. So they asked me to throw a party and invite all the people who should know this" she said making me irritated.

"So why the hell are you here?" I asked her.

"They want the party in your house" she said.

I met this women a month back as we are having an important deal with a company and she is a partner of that company I simply want to get rid of her but I'm being a gentleman to my best way possible as I never get all such emotions in my business. Once the deal is done I'll kick her personally.

"Where do you get lost?" She spoke almost falling on me and I pulled my head back.

"Fine we will have one" I said and got up from my place.

I walked to the door and opened it wide and asked her to leave.

She walked towards the door and before leaving she said "I'll make you mine one fine day".

"I'm already taken. " I told to myself making sure it was not audible to her.

And once she was gone I smiled at that thought of being taken. I just wanted to see her again. I just don't know what to do. And the rest of the night passed by remembering her every detail.

'The next day'

I took a shower and got dressed and went down to instruct everyone about the party tonight. I took my phone and started checking my mails and walked down the stairs. I was too busy In it that I did not notice anyone not even the person I banged into and that person fell on the floor.

That's when I got my sences back and I realised I was in my living room and not in the garden and the poor girl whom I ran into was lieing on the floor.

"I'm sorry I was......" my words were killed inside my throat when I saw the person's face. It was Anna and she was looking stunning.

She tried to get up and I wanted to help her and the moment I reached out my hands to touch her she quickly got up and straighten her dress.

She did not let me touch. Did she knew who I was... has she known who I was. She seemed calm though.

I found myself starring at her. And she did not seem to enjoy it she simply walked and I don't know why but I called her "Anna"

She stopped and turned back and looked at the floor playing with her fingers. The sight of her roase the beast in me.

"You know about me?" I asked her.

"Pardon me sir, but what about you" she replied.

'That I'm your husband' of course I said that to myself.

"Ummm about the party we were having tonight" I said.

"Yes sir that's the reason why I was hear. I hope you like the decoration" she said and left.

That's when I realised that the living room was decorated in the best way possible. I was such a fool I did not even ask if she got hurt.

I ran out and spotted her near the door and walked towards her and asked her "Anna are you alright did you get hurt? I'm sorry I was just too involved with the mails I'm sorry are you okay"

I said that all the way towards her and found her being uneasy and looking in all other directions except me. Once I glanced at what she was looking at I realised there were many people there and she was obviously embarrassed.

One good thing that I could ever do to her will be my best day ever.

"Okay people I want you to work fast and be as creative as possible as it's my party and you know I love perfection." I announced or more like tried my best to save Anna from embarrassment.

I left and to make it sound even more normal I turned back and yelled "Anna my coffee now in my office" I said and left.

I went to my office and grabbed the glass of water and gulped it down like I was thirsty for ages.

How can I be so stupid. I'll make fun of my own plus Anna was so embarrassed I should control myself around her I haven't done anything that will make her feel good till date.

"Sir" I was pulled from my thoughts when I heard someone call me.

When I looked up I saw Anna with my coffee and I took it from and placed it on the table. She was about to leave when I walked towards her and held her hand. Which was too tiny and soft like silk.

She jumped and turned towards me and pulled her hand out of mine and I just stepped back raising my arms in air.

"I'm sorry I just wanted to apologize and yet committed another mistake." I said.

"Ok" she said and was about to leave when I yelled.

"Anna don't leave" I don't know if I was stopping her to go out of the cabin or was stopping her from leaving a year back.

She froze but did not turn around I don't know why she did that but I did not wanted to make it look worse so I asked her. "Are you hurt?"

"No" she said and almost ran.

Of course she is hurt today and that night. Why can't I do something good for her anything and any one day.

Anna.

Why was I feeling that way "Anna don't  leave" why was he stopping me why did those memories which were gone came like a flash back when he said me to stop. His voice had something that reminded me of that night again. I just don't know what and why.

Was he stopping me to ask if I was hurt or was he stopping me to stay...

Why I'm I even thinking about this. He just knows my past he is not my past.

The decorations were done the food was delivered in time and all the guests started arriving and I eventually forgot what had happen in the morning.

Well well well ....not the past he is the present & never know even the future and forever as well..
