I was going to tell her! I really was but after everything was settled! Not so soon! I wonder why Annie decided to do this at this critical time.

Khloe was part of the plans against that woman, this was like ruining it completely. She was the only one who knew my past so well, how do we do this without her?

There was no way we would work if that woman is not out of the picture. I was really pissed off.

On getting home, I met her in the living room having the time of her life watching the series ******* with a bowl of crispy chicken and several cans of beer.

So much for being scared of that woman's threats.

"Annie". I called out in anger.

She turned back almost immediately surprised to see me home already. We had a huge fight this morning when I left for Khloe's home. She kept asking me to hold off till everything was settled that we can never tell who was watching us but I insisted on seeing Khloe.

"You're back". She replied completely uninterested in my presence. She was still angry but I was more angry and couldn't care less about her baseless anger.

"Yes, and it happened someone already told her about our engagement". I told her but she just stayed quiet.

"Annie!" I yelled causing her to stand up from her seated position.

She was clearly boiling with anger but so was I. Why was she purposely sabotaging my possible relationship with Khloe? What exactly was her problem.

"What? What the hell is it with that bitch? Can't you focus at what is at hand right now? What if I told her about the damn engagement? I didn't tell her lies after all". She replied yelling at the top of her voice.

"Why are you doing this Annie? You know how much I like her" I asked calmly.

"That's why! Every other damn woman along the way didn't matter. It was just Ciara, and she was gone before I knew it. Now Khloe! How many more do I have to fucking put up with along the way?" She asked me.

The truth is, I was confused! It sounded like to her Ciara's death was a good thing and she would be more than glad if the same happened to Khloe.

"It's not like it matters! This silly engagement would be canceled immediately we get that woman out of the way! Why all of these drama?" I asked yelling out the last part.

She stared at me like I was stupid and just said the most ridiculous thing. I couldn't help but ask myself if any of what I said was wrong.

"Canceled? Who the fuck said I was canceling anything? I thought we were doing this because she threatened to kill me!" She asked with a real straight face.
"You and I are stuck forever! Once she is gone, we can then plan our marriage". She added with a smile as creepy as that woman's.

If I didn't know better I could have said she was her daughter because that was way too similar. Thinking about it, the woman has a kind of obsession with her. There was no way she would threaten to kill her if she was her child anyways.

"I can't marry you. You know we are not in love" I stated clearly.

"Keep telling that to yourself". She replied saying exactly what Khloe said and walked out on me into her room with her bowl of chicken wrapped by her left hand to her chest and two cans of beer she struggled to trap with the other hand.

Am I living with yet another psycho?

I've been working all the way from here since I came and was planning on opening a branch office here but that warm an had been strongly against it and I wanted to act so good to avoid any suspicion.

It was just yesterday Annie and I had that huge fight but gladly this morning, she volunteered to go home to get any sample she can for a DNA test.

While I planned on meeting up with Khloe just to explain everything to her.

I called Khloe repeatedly hoping she would pick up but she didn't, she was definitely still pissed at me. Looking at the time, I figured she would be at work so I headed for her workplace.

"I'm so sorry sir she is not available at the moment". Her secretary Pat told me.

I remembered the last time I came unannounced and Khloe caused a scene with her secretary. Completely understanding her fears, I said;

"I will take full responsibility for whatever happens, trust me".

"It's the truth, she is out sir". She replied

"Since when?".

"About an hour ago"

"With who?"

"I'm sorry, I can't disclose that. Please give her a call". She replied firmly.

"Do you think I would be right here having this discussion with you if she was picking up her calls?" I was forced to yell at her but she didn't budge.

"What is going on here?" I heard someone ask, turning to my side to see who it was, it happened to be Kelvin. Just the last person I'd ever want to see right now.

"Good afternoon sir". Pat greeted Kelvin who just smiled at her and directed his anger filled face towards me.

Why did he have to show up now!

"What do you want?" He asked harshly. His voice was so thick and had a kind of vibration to it. Saying I was envious would be an understatement.

His voice wasn't the issue at hand right now however, it was his sister and his presence that was my problem.

"I am here to see Khloe". I said trying to sound firm and conceal my fear. For some reason, I felt intimidated.

Usually, I stand few fts. above many with my voice having a weight of its own and seemed to intimidate others but with him, I felt like nothing.

He stood tall above me and his voice was much deeper than mine, it sends a chill down my body.

"Pat, when an unwanted guest begins creating nuisance, it is only right you call the security and get him carried out". He said not giving me a response.

Pat nodded and immediately called the security to help solve a situation up here.

This is insane and Annie was the root of all these.

"Is my sister in?" Kelvin asked Pat while expecting the securities.

"No sir, she left earlier". Pat replied him and he nodded like he had an idea where she could be.

"I bet she finally decided to go on that date". He replied her.

"A date?" I asked completely surprised and hurt at the same time but I couldn't wait for a response as the guard came at me.

Four well-built men in suit approached me and I wasn't ready to get myself thrown out. Keeping the little respect I had left, I decided to walk out on my own before they got to where I was.

"Don't you dare touch me" I barked at them and left.

Khloe didn't come home but she called informing me a situation occurred. Hilda and I were happy having the whole house to ourselves and the whole freedom.

We had a lot of fun together, you wouldn't ever be able to imagine my mood but one thing I can assure you was that, I was beyond happy.

Morning came too quickly and we heard the door bell ring. It couldn't have been Khloe, she wouldn't ring the bell.

"Are you expecting anyone?" I asked a sleepy Hilda who just shook her head.

Getting out of the bed, I made my way down the stairs in nothing but a pair of briefs I wore to sleep. There was no one out there when I opened the door but I found a package and a strange car in front of the house.

Curiosity got the best of me as I made my way for the car. Looking through the window at the passenger side, I saw the last thing I expected and screamed!

Okay guys this chapter is over and I know I said I wouldn't release an update until you all help the book get a certain read but I felt the urge to publish this.

I know you must be curious about whatever happened there and what Kelvin saw and trust me, I'm going to tell you but you have to help us out.

The reads on the book is deteriorating and I don't understand why. So try read these last few chapters, trust me it took a lot of effort to get them out in such short period. So, I want at least 10 reads on the last few chapters for a continuation, is that possible? Let's see if it is!
