Chapter two
Pulse's throat rumbled in delight. Ruri deserved it. He dug his claws into the soft earth, feeling its grit all over him. " Litle snitch." He growled. He padded triumphant back to his house.
The sun was settling over the horizon. " I was out that long? Better make sure mother is doing her work right." He commented.
The hound dog raced back to his house. The one he now owns. He. Not his annoying and dick of a father, Doom. He bounded in with a grin on his features.
His head shot straight to his mother who was cleaning the house. Her paw was now on her eye. It should have healed over.
Pulse didn't think much of it as he padded over to his bed. Well, it used to be his parents, but he deemed it his. He curled up. " No!" Choroba barked at him. He lifted his head. " You can have my bed, mother." He mocked, his teeth bared.
That scared Choroba to his room, tail between legs. He chuckled. " Good. Hope she doesn't slip up. Or it's off with her head." He commented.
The words slipped out his mouth so casually. It was like he had done this all his life. He yawned as he put his paws over his nose and fell asleep. Immediately, he hated his dream.
A pulse. A pulse. Pulse put his paws over his ears. " What is that annoying sound?! Quit it, you Exploud!" He roared, enraged as he put his feet down in a frontal stomp.
A chuckle rang out. " She's coming for you!" The voice laughed. It was an unknown voice. " Mama is coming!" The voice said once again, laughing. A slap could be heard and a Pokémon walked into view.
" Who are you?!" He roared, leaping at the Black Pokemon. The Black Pokemon disappeared and only laughed once again. " I'm one in an eon, my friend." He addressed him. His rings glowed.
This creepy Umbreon seems ghost like, almost like he's dead, but not. " Who are you?! I'll kill you!" Pulse barked, leaping at the Pokémon.
" You can't kill me." Umbreon states. The Umbreon's amber gaze held his. " Feel My Pulse." He meowed, kicking sand in Pulse's eyes. " Gah!" Pulse cries out before the Umbreon pelted away.
Pulse rubbed his eyes. " That's it! I'm gonna Kill you!" He roared as he hared after the Ghost Umbreon. The Umbreon looked back at him. A playful look appeared on his face. Umbreon looked ahead with a straight face. He then raced off even harder. " Oh no you don't! I won't let you get away that easily, bitch!" Pulse barked, drool hanging on his muzzle.
The Umbreon giggled in glee. " Only if you can catch me! And find me!" He playfully exclaimed. He darted around a corner. The Umbreon disappeared, but before he did he said, " You can't kill me. I haven't even been born yet."
Pulse huffed. " This was all for nothing?! That idiot isn't even here?! Fuck him!" He barked, kicking a stone before hopping on his other three in pain.
" It wasn't for nothing. You will never be able to kill that Umbreon anyways, dear son." Rumbled a Pokemon he recognized. " You're dead!" Pulse growled to convince himself.
The Pokémon walking towards him was the father he had killed yesterday. " I will always be here." Doom rumbled.
Pulse bounced towards his father. " Just die already!" He roared, tearing into his father's flesh. Instead of blood like he would expect, it just showed a hole before the wound mended itself.
" You can't kill a ghost like that." Doom, amused, told him. Affection for Pulse still shown in his eyes. " Why are you here?!" Pulse barked. " Can't you see no one wants you here? You cause too much trouble, and I never want to see you again!"
Doom only chuckled as he circled his son. " Pulse, Pulse, Pulse." He rumbled, ticking off Pulse. " I am here in your dreams for a reason, my son." He addressed.
" What is it? Spit it out bitch!" He barked, digging his claws into the earth harshly. Doom looked up at the sky. So did Pulse. Confusion lit the hound's face for once. " You cannot continue down this path." Doom told him, his head bent to meet his pup's face.
Pulse roared at him. " You don't tell me what to do!" He barked. Red hot anger. Anger. Fire! Flames came out his mouth and he tried to scorch his father. Doom shook it off.
Smoke still came out of the angry fire type's jaw. " What do you mean? You can't control me, idiot! You're dead!" He barked.
Doom chuckled. " I know." He looked up once more. " What the fuck is so interesting up there?!" Pulse snapped, wanting this idiotic dream to end so he could wake up and go to school and live like he didn't just kill the Pokémon in front of him, and framed Ruri for it all in one day.
Doom only smiled. " You would know, if you were dead." He commented, looking back at his child. " I've come to warn you, my son." Doom told him, his game face back on.
" Warn me?" Pulse asked. " Yes. An omen." Doom addressed. Is he serious? Him? Warning me? Pulse burst out in laughter. " That is the most stupidest thing I've ever heard! You wouldn't warn me! Darkrai would! He's evil, and so am I!" Pulse exclaimed.
Doom put a paw on his son's shoulder. Pulse swatted it away harshly. Doom shook his head. " I'm afraid if you continue down the path of villainy you will be destroyed." Doom warned.
Pulse only laughed. " I'm a Houndour. I am a big and badass Pokémon. Nothing or no one will take me out!" He proclaimed. " Plus, who cares about death? Death is a myth if you're here." Pulse commented.
" Bogus! That's what you are! I won't get killed for being a bad guy! The bad guy just gets locked up! Those dinky little police officers don't even have the guts to kill anyone. Super sophisticated." Pulse mocked.
Doom shook his head. " You will regret going down this path. Forgiveness brought me this far. The evil in our hearts can only be matched by good. Evil will never prevail!" Doom proclaimed.
" Oh. You don't have any idea what you're talking about. I will build an army! And we will destroy all those idiots who try to control us!" Pulse proclaimed.
" You don't seem to understand me." Doom commented, sadly. His face was like a Deerling's. Pathetic. Pulse thought. " Arceus told me your fate if you continue. It's unchangeable. Unless you give up! Please! I don't want you to die to soon!" Doom begged.
" No! You brought this upon yourself. You thought that by bringing me to this dump of a boarding school, it would change who I am. Well, it did. But not in a good way, you filthy animal." Pulse insulted.
" Pulse, please." Doom began. " Shut it old man!" Pulse snarled, having enough of his father's attempt. Doom's glowed with slight anger. " If you won't listen, Fine!" Doom growled. Hah! He's giving up! Pulse thought with triumph.
" If I can't make you listen to reason, then I guess I will just have to show you!" Doom snarled, jumping at Pulse. Fear shown in his eyes for once. His father was going to kill him.
He was wrong. Doom leapt at his eyes. That didn't stop Pulse from crying out in pain. Doom put his paws over his son's eyes. Why the hell does he want me to stop so badly? Dying sounds better than living with assholes who won't even listen to you. He thought, before something strange happened to his vision.
He wasn't even really dreaming anymore. It was more like a Psychic-type was showing him something else. Something he wasn't even suppose to see for himself.
He saw a lot of things. Flash forward to what the future was going to be like for him.
" Who is that?!" He snarled at his father. He wasn't there anymore. It was just himself, this ugly looking Leafeon, a crybaby of a female Eevee, and himself? What?
" What the hell! What the fuck!" He freaked out. " Isn't your daughter adorable?" Leafeon asked the future Houndoom. " No." rumbled the future Pulse.
The future Pulse walked outside the cave. " What?!" Leafeon asked, marching outside to meet up with the future Pulse.
That Eevee sure is ugly. Female too. Doesn't look like she can do anything. Why should I even meet this Leafeon? Is this what my future is going to become? He asked.
The Eevee let out a yowl. Her feelings had been hurt. Fuck this little shitbag. He thought as he continued to watch. " What do you mean she isn't cute?!She's your daughter, Pulse!" The Leafeon snarled.
" She's a girl!" Future Pulse pointed out. " Therefore, makes the She-devil, weak." Pulse growled. The Future Pulse padded away.
" Wait! No! You can't just leave! I need all the help I can to take care of her!" The Leafeon barked. Future Pulse turned around. " Fuck her pathetic little life." He commented, running off.
Future me sounds dope. Pulse thought. The scene then shifted. Pulse barked. " This isn't some Scrooge story! Stop it! This is making me dizzy!"
'Doom' didn't stop making his world spin. It was different. A Sandshrew was by Pulse's side. " I've got good plans for you, my son." Future Pulse told the young Sandshrew.
" Hmm?" Asked the young Ground-Type. " We're going to change the world. I need your help." Future Pulse told the Sandshrew.
The young Sandshrew looked powerful in Pulse's eyes. This would make up for the annoying brat of a daughter it seemed he would be having with the annoying bitch of a female Leafeon.
But it didn't look as if he could mate with a Sandslash. At least he didn't think he could.
" Yeah!" The young Sandshrew agreed, a grin on his tiny face. Future Pulse had a wickedly evil grin on his face.
The scene changed again. This time, it showed only the Sandshrew. Except he was bigger. " I will avenge you, my father! For my name is Tudi!" The Sandslash roared out in anguish.
Pulse smiled to himself. He made a villain out of this Sandslash named Tudi. That was very satisfying to him.
" You see? You die!" Doom barked. Pulse had already made up his mind. " I don't care!" He snarled at his father. " I made a future legacy!" He proudly stated, puffing out his chest.
He found out he would die, but he still didn't care. He had something to be way more proud of than being alive at this point. Now, his mind was more stained than it ever was.
Doom was about to say something more. " Fuck off!" He barked. That seemed to do the trick. Doom disappeared. A flash of blue came at him before he woke up. And then a gray face. A face he knew. Ruri!
Pulse woke up, shaking. He knew his destiny. His destiny was to destroy those idiots! Ruri was a part of this somehow. And he was going to kill them all, even if he died in the process.
I was made for this, didn't come here to lose. He thought as he stretched, feeling very satisfied. He hated his dream, but loved what he was going to bring. Chaos. Tons of it.
" Pulse! I made breakfast!" Choroba barked. Pulse was satisfied. He already started this legacy on his own. And he was going to do it all and make himself feared.
He grinned as he ran to the table. " Pleasant dreams?" His mother asked, fear shone in her eyes. " Dreadful." He answered with a sadist smile.
His mother seemed to be shocked, but Pulse ignored the looked of shock. He gobbled up his plate of Pokepuffs. He raced back to get his homework. Then he raced outside. " You're going to school?" Choroba asked him. " Of course I am. I'm going to create a legacy." He commented, which put a smile onto Choroba's face, and a hopeful look.
Little did she know he was not talking about a very good future career.
