    Everyone was in a state of panic. Well, mostly everyone. The people not in panic were Heiji, Conan, half of the inspectors, and the Shinichi-look-a-like. The other half of the inspectors were either running around or trying to calm people down. Nakamori was screeching something about how the Kid has slipped through his grasp for the last time. Sonoko was being dramatic about not seeing Kid. Yep. What a normal party.

    Conan couldn't believe that this could possibly be a Kid heist. It was too simple, for starters. A toddler could solve this one, for heaven's sake. Heiji lowered his hard so Conan could whisper in his ear without trouble. "Ya thinkin' the same thing as me, eh Kudo?" He said, activating that rape-face most detectives get if they are thinking confident thoughts. (Ya know it soul brotha numba one-) "Well, if you're thinking about how someone is trying to frame the Kid, then you've hit the nail on the hea-ohshootRan'scomingoverherewe'lltalklaterokbye-" Conan said, rapidly finishing his sentence for there was a majestic unicorn galloping over there.

    "Conan! You need to stop running around everywhere! I swear I'll lose you in some crowd one day..." Ran rambled on. She stopped, looking at Conan's costume. "Conan, I thought you had on that Kid outfit to hide the dog one?..." "It fell off in the crowd!" Conan replied, sweatdropping. Hejij stopped thinking his majestic thoughts and stared at Ran. "What Kid outfi-KU-CONAN WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU WEARING AHAHAH" Hejij started to choke while laughing at what he now realised was Conan's costume. Conan kicked him.
   
    Kaito watched this conversation with interest. 'I knew my adorable Tantei-kun would never let someone pretend to be me~'  he thought to himself. Kaito snickered a bit at Conan's outfit. Suddenly, he felt a dark presence behind him. "Kaito, don't tell me that you're stalking people?" An angered Aoko hissed. Kaito shrank into his magician costume. "N-no, that's not it. The darker one just yelled something which caught my attention, that's all~" Kaito said as an excuse.

    The dark demon heard what Kaito said, and was not pleased of what he had said. He glared at Kaito, almost as if he was staring into his soul. Kaito shivered.
