- a few hours later -

Victoria pov

I was all dressed and ready to go. My hair was done up/down and I had the beautiful blue ball gown on. I slipped on my silver heels and walked out of the room.

As I opened my door I heard the beautiful ball room music rising from the first floor. As I neared the second floor there was a red carpet lining  the middle of the steps heading down to the first floor.

I stood at the top of the steps while the gentle man announced me "Miss Victoria Reynolds of England"

With that I glided down the stairs while I heard a collective oooohhhh Ahhh oh my she is pretty but I don't much care about the comments because waiting for me at the bottom of the stairs was Leo. 

When I reached the bottom of the stairs Leo stretched out his hand and I gently placed my hand in his. He closed his hand around mine and together we walked towards the ballroom but first Leo said "Victoria I want to give you something." Leo reached into his pocket to reveal a beautiful hair piece.  It had diamonds embedded in the thin silver wires and looked kind of like a vine

Leo placed the clip in my hair and escorted me on to the dance floor. As we walked in hand in hand the whole room seemed to stop including the music.

Leo looked towards the musicians and nodded. The music started up again and Leo and I got into position. He put his hand around my wait and I felt a sort of electric charge crawl up my spine. 

The music got a little more intense and Leo and I picked up our a game. Leo spun me out and then brought me back into his arms and into a dip. Our faces were so close together I could feel the warmth of his breathe inching closer to my face then he swooped me up and back into the beat of the music. 

We started in our little area again but as the music continued to play on people cleared the dance floor as they began to get tired but Leo and I continued feeling the elctricity all around us. 

Leo and I now had the whole dance floor to ourselves so we took that as a blessing. Leo spun me around as people collectively gaped at us. I decided after a while of dancing the music came to a slow stop but Leo made it seem so grand because the did the most amazing dance moves with me but the ending wasn't quite as grand as it could have been because  He spun me all the way out to the end of his hand but I had too much momentum and I got jerked out of his hand and ended up crashing into an antique vase luckily I caught it but I crashed through a table and slammed my head into the wall. 

When I came to a stop Leo ran over to me his eyes full of worry. I tried to focus on him but it was really hard with me seeing double of him and the world spinning around me. Leo tried to get me to focus because it was to no avail. As I tried to focus my vision turned into tunnel vision and then black..... (Yes I know I am really good at getting hurt....)
