1- Fluffy

A/N- Remember to leave me some feedback, thanks lovelies! Also, above is a picture of the laptop I've been typing all of these stories on. I really can't wait to get a new one, this is my sister's old one and she's the one who cracked the screen -.-

I hummed to myself as I walked down the aisle in Target, pushing my shopping cart ahead of me. I ended up with a cart with a squeaky wheel, which had already put a damper on my mood. What was about to happen next would completely throw my good mood into the trash.

I brushed stray strands of my unruly brown hair out of my face as I scanned the shelves for my favorite fruit snacks. The fruit snacks weren't on the shopping list, but they would make me feel better so I'm going to get them anyways.

Towards the end of the aisle I saw them, and there was only one box left. I stopped the cart a few feet away and walked around it to grab the box, but right as I reached for it, a tanned hand grabbed it at the same time.

I looked up into the warm brown eyes of an attractive stranger with fluffy brown hair that I really wanted to run my fingers through.

Is that weird?

Normally, I would've let him have the box, but I was already in a bad mood, and I really, really wanted these. I was hoping he would just let me have them, but I had no such luck.

We just awkwardly stood there staring at each other, neither of us saying a word. I had a grip on one side of the box, and he had a hold of the other side.

After a few moments of this silence, I slightly pulled the box in my direction, but he just retaliated and tried to pull it back towards him.

A frown appeared on my face as I tugged a little harder, but the stranger did not release my box of fruit snacks. He was the one to break the silence.

"Excuse you, but I had them first," he said with slight irritation laced throughout his words. Tugging harder on the box and putting slight dents in the side of it.

"Excuse you sir," I began in a sickly sweet voice, "but I've had a really sucky day today, and these are the one thing that I really want. Also I believe I had the box before you came along with your death grip. Now please, let the snacks go."

I ended my sentence with a sharp tug on the box, taking the stranger by surprise and successfully pulling it out of his clutches.

"Hey!" He shouted as he lunged forward for the box, but I took a couple steps backwards, running into my cart.

"Give those back; I had them first, fair and square. I don't care how bad your day was, it doesn't excuse you from general manners and kindness. Now, hand me the box."

"No."

"Excuse me; I think I didn't hear you right. Did you say no?"

"You bet your bratty little ass I did. Good day to you." I answered as I turned on my heel to go back to my cart and continue on with my shopping, but I knew it wouldn't be that easy.

I felt his hand grip onto my shoulder and spin me back around. I threw the box behind me into my cart. He tried to reach for it, but I slapped his hand away like you would do to a child. He gave me an incredulous look.

"Did you really just slap my hand?"

"You ask a lot of questions about things I say and do. Maybe you should go get your eyes and ears checked bud."

"Don't call me bud!" he snapped.

"I'll call you whatever the hell I want to bud." I sneered. I reached and blindly grabbed something out of my cart and threw it at him.

The paper towel roll bounced harmlessly off of his head. He let out a huff of frustration as he ran his hand angrily through his hair.

"Just give me the damn box."

"What part of 'no' do you not understand? Just give it up dude."

"Fine, fine. I'll let you go ruin someone else's day." He said, turning around as if to walk out of the aisle.

Of course I was slightly suspicious, but I ignore it and turned back to my cart. That was my first mistake. I turned to grab a couple of other things off of the nearby shelf, when I hear clothing rustling near my cart. I whipped around and saw that stupid guy leaning into my cart to grab the fruit snacks.

"Hey!" I shouted immediately going over there. He snatched the box out of my cart and took a couple steps away before I got right up to him.

"Give those back." I growled out.

"No," he answered, as if that was a ridiculous notion to even consider.

I reached for the box, but he held it behind him and took a step back. I stepped forward and reached again, but he did the same thing. We stood there for a moment, just looking at eachother dead in the eyes before I made my next move.

I lunged for the box, effectively knocking both of us backwards into the basket of my cart.

"Hey! Get off of me, this is assault!" He shouted as he struggled to get out from underneath me. I took this moment of weakness to reach up and rip the box out of his hand before struggling out of the cart.

I got out first and, giving complete disregard to the groceries that were already in my cart, shoved it as hard as I could and sent it flying down the aisle with the strange man still in it.

With a chuckle I raced out of the aisle and tired to make my way to the front of the store the checkout and just go home. I'd come back tomorrow and buy everything else. Who really needs bread and paper towels anyways?

I was so close to the front, so very close, when out of nowhere I was tackled sideways by the tan, scrawny man. We slid a couple feet, and once we came to a stop his greedy little hand immediately started reaching for the box, but I held it just out of his reach.

"Get off of me you psychopath!" I shouted.

Suddenly he was ripped off of me and I was hauled up off the floor. The Target security guards did not look pleased with us. They demanded to know what was going on, and when we both explained our sides of the story, the simply rolled their eyes at our immaturity.

One guard immediately escorted the stranger out of the store, but the other one was nice enough to let me buy the fruit snacks before kicking me out. Take that you stupid fluffy haired man.

Grinning in triumph, I walked out of Target with a single grocery bag by my side, containing my hard won victory.

However, my victory was short lived. I was making my way to my car, when I was plowed over by a shopping cart. You'll never guess who the driving force behind that shopping cart was.

Fluffy.

I smacked into the asphalt below me, groaning in pain. I could practically feel the bruises starting to form. The cart had tipped over and was now resting on my legs; my grocery bag was laying just inches out of reach.

I saw a tan hand grab the bag off the ground, and I heard the smacking of his Vans against the ground as he ran off laughing.

"I'll get you Fluffy, you little bastard!" I shouted as I slowly pulled myself off the ground.

Now I was really in a bad mood.
I heard a gasp behind me, and when I turned around I saw a woman in her thirties holding her hands over the ears of a little boy.

"Sorry ma'am." I said.

She just simply scoffed at me and hurried her son away from me. Way to go Josh. I grumbled under my breath as I limped over to my car. I climbed in and angrily slammed the car door.

If I ever see Fluffy again, it'll be his funeral.

A/N- Here's the first chapter!! I'm really excited for this one ^-^ The next chapter is going to be Tyler's point of view on this, and then the story will progress!
