I'll be showing you how to make a simple manip.

Open your base picture in Picsart, and add your second picture. Crop it as close to the person's head as you can. Erase and blend the head into the picture.

IMPORTANT.

Make sure the added head is the same size as the original's. It will look weird if it's too big or small.

Add effects! It will help the picture look more natural.
