Enter Picsart and open your 655 x 1024 cover size, and open your png.

(you can find pngs on google or safari)

Click 'Adjust' and turn up the amount and then hit 'Apply.' Do this a few times until the png is completely white.

Then add your png again, and adjust it to your liking.

Add your title and username. Add any effects you'd like.
