Avery's Pov
I wake up the next morning and I get up and do my hygiene stuff. I brush my teeth and wash my face. I walk out the bathroom and over into my closet to find me an outfit for today.

I walk out the closet and grab my phone and keys. I walk downstairs and someone knocks on the door. I walk over to the door and open it. Layla and Zoey both look at me. "Where you going?" They say in unison and I roll my eyes. "To the store." Layla says. "Mhm you not with Jackson?" I glare at her. "If you going to be negative today then you can leave." Layla leaves and Zoey says. "Y'all need to chill." I glare at her. "I'm tired of her always being negative." We walk outside and get in my car and Zoey says. "You not going with Jackson today?" I look over at her as she starts to drive. "No why would I?" She says. "Maybe cause y'all trying to fix y'all relationship." I say. "He's not out the clear yet I don't trust him." My phone vibrates and I unlock my phone and text Jackson back.
Jackson😑: hi you busy today
Me: no why
Jackson😑: cause I want to see you
Me: shouldn't you be with your homeboys
Jackson😑: Nah I'd rather be with you
Me: hmm 🤔
Jackson😑: hmm what
Me: nothing boy 🤦🏽‍♀️
Jackson😑: you at home?
Me: no I'm with Zoey
Jackson😑: call me when you get home
Me: alright
I get off my phone and look out the window. Zoey says. "You good?" I nod my head and continue to look out the window. She says. "Hey if you want to give him another chance then you should." I look at her. "I want to,but I don't trust him." She looks at me and then back at the road. "But do you want to trust him again?" I nod my head yes and she says. "Then try to trust him again." I shake my head. "It's not that easy once you've lost my trust it's hard to get that shit back." She says. "Meet him half way sis." I say. "I'll try,but if he fuck up this time then it's over with." Zoey continues driving and says. "If he fuck up again we beating his ass." I laugh as she pulls up to the store. We get out the car and walk inside and start looking around. We shop for a few hours and I become exhausted,so we leave. Zoey drives back to my house and I decide to text Jackson.

Zoey says. "Just give him another chance." I say. "I'll think about it." We pull up in my driveway and get out the car. Zoey hands me my keys back before getting in her car. I unlock the door,walking in the house and wait on Jackson. I walk upstairs in my room and change into something comfortable.

My phone dings indicating that I got a text.

I walk out the bathroom,going downstairs to open the door. I let him in and he looks at me. "Hi,I missed you." I say. "Yeah I missed you too." I close the door and lock it. Jackson pulls me in his arms. "I'm sorry ok." I look him in the eyes. "You really hurt me Jackson." He looks at me. "I know I did,but I didn't mean to baby." I shake my head. "Idk if I can trust you again." "I know I fucked your trust up,but how can I get you to trust me again." I shrug. "Idk." He looks at me. "I'll do anything." I sit on the couch and he sits next to me. "I'm staying with you tonight." I nod my head and walk upstairs in my room with Jackson following behind me.
As we make it to my room I get in the bed and put my phone on the charger. He lays next to me and pulls me on his chest. I lay down and slowly start to fall asleep. I wake up the next morning to an empty bed and get up and walk in the bathroom to do my hygiene stuff. I finish up and get dressed for the day and Jackson walks in the room and says. "I was wondering when you was gone get up,but breakfast ready." I walk out the room, going downstairs. I walk in the kitchen and fix my plate. I sit at the table and start eating as Jackson walks in the kitchen. "hi big head." I softly smile. "hmm hi." He sits next to me and asks. "So, What about me and you?" I shrug my shoulders, "Idk Jackson." He sighs as he wraps his arms around my waist. "I'm sorry baby I was only trying to help a friend out." I look at him. "But you hurt me in the process." He says. "I didn't mean to baby." I roll my eyes as I sigh. "I know you didn't mean to." His phone rings and he presses decline. As I finish my breakfast I get up and put my plate in the sink. Someone rings my doorbell and I walk out the kitchen and go to the door, opening it. Zoey comes in and says. "Layla wants to know are you getting back with Jackson." I shrug as I walk out the living room. "Tbh idk, but I've been thinking about it."  We walk in the kitchen and Jackson says. "I'll be back later Bae I gotta go." He kisses me on the cheek and walks out the front door.
Jackson's Pov
I wake up the next morning and I do my hygiene stuff to get ready for today. I finish up and get my phone and decide to text Avery.
Me: hi you busy today
My bae😻❤️👑: no why
Me: cause I want to see you
My bae😻❤️👑: shouldn't you be with your homeboys
Me: Nah I'd rather be with you
My bae😻❤️👑: hmm 🤔
Me: hmm what
My bae😻❤️👑: nothing boy 🤦🏽‍♀️
Me: you at home?
My bae😻❤️👑: no I'm with Zoey
Me: call when you get home
My bae😻❤️👑: alright
Caleb asks. "How's things with you and Avery?" I shrug. "Tbh I don't really know." He says. "I'll try to talk to her again." I shake my head Nah. I watch the game for a few hours and get up to head upstairs. I walk in my room and stretch out across the bed and take a nap. I get woken up by my phone going off. I sit up and grab my phone off the nightstand and text Avery back.

I get up and freshen up a little bit. I finish up and grab my phone and keys, heading out the room. I go downstairs and outside to my car and drive to Avery's house. I pull up in her driveway a few minutes later, getting out. I get my phone and text her that i"m outside. She opens the door and lets me in. I look at him. "Hi,I missed you." She says. "Yeah I missed you too." She closes the door and locks it. I pull her in my arms. "I'm sorry ok." She looks at me with watery eyes. "You really hurt me Jackson." I look at her and start to feel bad. "I know I did,but I didn't mean to baby." She tries to fight back her tears as she says. "Idk if I can trust you again." "I know I fucked your trust up,but how can I get you to trust me again." She shrugs. "Idk." I look at her. "I'll do anything." She sits on the couch and I sit next to her. "I'm staying with you tonight."She nods her head and walk upstairs in her room with me following behind her. As we make it her room my phone starts to ring. I hit decline and walk in the room. I lay next to her and pull her on my chest. She falls asleep and I look down at her and kiss her on the forehead. I fall asleep shortly after and wake up the next morning. I see Avery's still sleep,So I slightly move from under her and get myself together. I walk out the room and go downstairs to the kitchen. I start to make breakfast as I finish cooking I go back upstairs and wake Avery up. She walks out of the room and I follow behind her. I stand in the kitchen and watch her for a few minutes. "hi big head." She softly smiles. "hmm hi." I sit next to her and ask. "So, What about me and you?" She shrugs her shoulders, "Idk Jackson." I sigh as I wrap my arms around her waist and pull her closer to me . "I'm sorry baby I was only trying to help a friend out." She looks at me. "But you hurt me in the process." I say. "I didn't mean to baby." She rolls her eyes as She sighs. "I know you didn't mean to." My phone rings and I press decline. She gets up and walks out the kitchen and I text Caleb

Avery and Zoey walk in the kitchen and I walk up to Avery. "I'll be back later Bae I gotta go." I kiss her on the cheek and walk out the front door, going outside and getting in my car.
