We were now in my dad's office. "So on the results paper, it said that your species is unknown. If your not a wolf, what are you then?" Dad asked.

Can I tell them?

Yes you can, after all, they are your parents

"I'm...a dragon," I replied. Their eyebrows furrowed. I could tell that they were confused.

"How is that possible? We are both wolves," Mother asked. I shrugged my shoulders as I didn't know either.

"Have you shifted yet?" Dad asked. I nodded.

"Come on I want you to show us," Dad said. We all went out of the packhouse towards the clearing with the lake that I found yesterday.

I thought of shifting into my dragon. I heard my bones crack and I knew I was shifting but there wasn't any pain this time.

"OMG, you're beautiful and...massive," Mom said. I nodded my head to show a thank you. I also puffed out my chest as to say 'I'm also very strong'. My parents laughed. I heard running from far away so I wrapped my tail around my parents and brought them closer to me not wanting to lose them again.

I saw that it was the two guys from earlier. They growled at me and lunged at me but they didn't hurt that much only a scratch.

"Stop! This is my son and the future Alpha that you have just attacked," Dad said.

"Shift back honey," Mom said. I nodded and shifted back. I looked at my stomach and saw 4 scratches from when the beta and the gamma attacked me. I groaned because it really hurt.

"Your hurt," Mom said. Everyone looked at my stomach.

"I'm alright its just a...scratch, I'll be fine," I said.

"No you can't even balance now and you're losing blood. When I shift, get on my back, I'm taking you to the pack doctor," Dad said. He then shifted. I walked towards him and got on his back with the help of my mom. On the way to the pack doctor, I fainted.

I opened my eyes and I saw that I was now in the hospital. I looked at my stomach and saw a bandage over the scratches. I saw that my parents were sleeping peacefully.

I tried to get up but the pain was too much so I ended up lying back down on my bed. I groaned because I wanted to sit up.

My parents woke up and came to stand by my side.

"Stay down honey you'll get hurt even more than you already are," Mom said.

"Are you alright son?" Dad asked.

"I've had worse," I replied.

"What does that mean?" Mom asked. I shook my head.

The door opened and the beta and gamma came in. When I saw them, I glared and growled at them.

"Calm down son," Dad told me and I did.

"Here are the clothes that you told us to bring," The beta said.

Dad took the clothes off of them and gave them to me. I got up off the bed and into the bathroom with the help of my mom.

I got dressed into this:

When I left the bathroom the beta and the gamma wasn't there.

"The doctor said that you can leave and to remember to change the bandages after you shower every morning and night. I'm bringing you to the mall so you can get new clothes. Later on, you will be introduced to the pack as their soon-to-be Alpha," Dad said.

"OK dad," I said and then we left to go to the mall.
