My dad and I just came back from the mall. My dad showed me my room which was huge and spacious. The walls were black and white and the bedsheets were gray. One of the walls was a window from the ceiling to the floor. You could see the whole of the forest and people training.

There were two other doors. I opened one to see that it was my bathroom. It had a jacuzzi as a bath, a shower and everything else that a normal bathroom has.

I went through the next door to see that it was a huge walk-in closet. I put everything I brought away to where they were supposed to be.

I looked at my phone to see that I had an hour and a half to get ready for the ceremony. I went to have a shower and when I finished I got ready. I put on a suit without the tie and whore my white trainers.

After I finished getting ready there was a knock on the door.

"Come in," I said. My mom came in and walked towards me.

"Look at my son. You look so handsome," Mom said.

"Thank you, Mom," I said.

"Let's go downstairs, the ceremony will start soon," Mother said. We walked out of the house and towards the back garden. There was a small stage in front of us. I peeked through the curtains and saw that there were a lot of people. I started to become nervous.

What if they don't like me? What if I'm not good enough? What if they abuse me as the other pack did?

Stop with the what ifs, they will love you, and if not they are missing out. You are the best Gray don't ever forget that. They won't abuse you they wouldn't dare otherwise they would have to go through me

"Attention everyone," I heard my dad say. I could tell that the ceremony has started.

"Thank you, everyone, for coming. I will go straight to the point and not beat around the bush. I have found my long lost son who I thought was dead. May I introduce you to your future Alpha and my son... GRAY WINTERS," My dad said. I walked through the curtains and stood by my dad. He put his hand on my shoulder to tell me not to feel nervous.

"This is my son. I want you to look after him and treat him with respect. After all, he is my son and your future alpha. He's had a very hard past and if I hear that you have hurt him, I will not hesitate to punish you," Dad said. He turned to me and I turned to him.

"Kneel," Dad said and I did.

"Do you, Gray Winters, promise to protect the pack from any danger in the future till the day you die?" Dad asked.

"I do," I replied.

"Do you, Gray Winters, promise to protect the Alpha and Luna from any danger in the future till the day to die?" Dad asked.

"I do," I replied. Dad told me to get up and I did. He got a knife and cut his right hand. I did the same but it didn't hurt as I was used to pain. He grabbed my hand and I felt the connection with my older pack disappear and a new connection replaced it.

"Our blood has now been mixed and all the ties and connection you had with your older pack have now gone and has been replaced with a new one," Dad said.

"I, Cole Winters, welcome you, Gray Winters, to The Starline Pack," Dad said.
