Chapter two

Raven, Fred and George arrived at the burrow just in time for dinner. Their journey had been fairly long, as they had decided to take a detour in order to look around London, before going back to the burrow.
The other Weasleys and Ginny's best friend Reece, were already gathered around the table, and when the three entered, Mrs Weasley enveloped the girl in what Raven had nicknamed a 'Weasley hug'.
"Hi Mrs Weasley." she responded as the woman decided that she needed feeding up and prepared a heaped plate of food for her. Raven sat in between the two eldest Weasley children, Bill and Charlie.
"Hey Weasleys! Hey Reece!" she greeted the six children and the head of the Weasley family.
"Hey Raven!" they responded. She grinned at them all.
"So, what did your parents make you perform this summer?" Ron asked, grinning at her. She smirked back, making his smile fade slightly.
"Aladdin, a thing based off a muggle film released two years ago." Raven explained. It was actually one of her favourite films and getting the company behind the film to let them use the songs from the film had been a challenge, but they had come to an agreement. Meaning that the production had gone ahead and had been a huge success.
"And who were you?" Ginny asked eagerly, she liked hearing stories of theatre life from her friend, and her and Raven were friends, they were actually pretty close, despite the age gap. Raven smirked again.
"The genie." she answered with a grin.
"Oh wow!" Ron snorted, obviously not thinking about how funny a person pretending to be a genie actually was. She shot him an angered look.
"I'll have you know I made one sexy genie." she shot back at him, making him give her a surprised look.
"I don't think Genies are supposed to be sexy Raven." Reece pointed out, she laughed and gave him a big hug. She loved the Ravenclaw boy like a sibling.
"Fair point Reecey." She agreed, messing up his hair before finding herself a seat.
After engaging in a random conversation with Ginny about how to get your crush to notice you, a conversation Reece looked disgusted at, Raven was talking to Charlie when she suddenly gave him a disapproving look. He laughed at her.
" And what is it that I have done to offend you today Raven?" he asked her jokingly, she grinned at him.
"why is it that you always come injured?" she asked, indicating the rather large burn on his arm. Charlie shrugged.
"Its all part of the job." he answered. She rolled her eyes at him.
After dinner, the twins pulled Raven into their room. She dodged passed a lot of experiments on the floor, to sit down on George's bed.
"Still with us on WWW?" Fred asked, she nodded, slowly and frowned.
"Is your mum still against it?" she asked. George shook his head.
"Especially since we got our OWL results, how did you manage to get so many O's?" he asked her. She shrugged.
"I'm still partially in shock." she joked. Both boys laughed.
"We finished the ton tongue toffee." Fred stated, changing the subject of the conversation. Her face brightened and a wide smile appeared on her face, brightening her facial features.
"You did?" she asked happily. They nodded.
"We're going to test them when we visit Harry." George told her. She laughed.
"I'm guessing Dudley will be the test subject?" she asked. The twins nodded. Harry had told them all stories of his fatter-then-average cousin, and Raven, like many others, would love to punch the boy in the face. She would however, settle for pranking him.
"Yep! He's been on a diet as well. He won't be able to resist." Fred said triumphantly. She laughed once more.
"Poor Harry, he sure does put up with a lot." she said sympathetically, she loved Harry like a brother, the two were pretty close and had been through some weird times together.
"So do you, your parents are crazy!" George told her. She laughed as she thought about her parents.
"Yeah, they are." she agreed, before yawning. Both boys frowned at her.
"Tired?" Fred asked, looking at the girl sympathetically. She nodded pathetically. Both Fred and George were looking at her as though she had a contagious disease, she was one of those annoying people who never got tired, which made the boys concerned about her welfare.
"Mer woke me up insanely early this morning." she explained, yawning once more.
"Mercury doesn't like us, does he?" George asked. She shrugged, it was as unclear to her as it would be to someone who didn't know Mercury, on what crazy things went on in his head.
"I don't think he likes anyone." She admitted, causing the twins to laugh.
"He doesn't seem to." The twins said in sync, causing the girl to shudder. She had always found it extremely weird when they did that.
"Please don't do that." She said, causing them to grin and nod, again in sync.
"We won't." They spoke in unison once more, earning them a glare and then all three ended up laughing.
Raven went to sleep at the same time as Ginny that night, which was handy as they were sharing a room, but disruptive as they ended up chatting. So in the end she didn't get any extra sleep. She would have enjoyed her first night in the Weasley household, had it not been for the nightmare she ended up immersed in.
she wandered down the corridor slowly, her wand grasped tightly in her hand, she was being summoned. And it was something she could not ignore, no one could ever ignore it . Many people were about to die.
"You have come." the figure spoke, it was impossible to tell who it was, but somehow she knew. It was impossible not to know. Especially because it was him. She nodded, but did not speak, they were preparing for a war.
The scene changed, she was stood on a battle field, everyone around her was dead, or tortured. And she was enjoying it. Enjoying watching people's life leave their bodies. Enjoying listening to the screams for help, pleas that would not be answered. And she smiled. She smiled, even when he uttered the curse and her life ended.
A graveyard flashed in front of her vision. A boy, all too familiar, clad in yellow, dead. A rat, cowering in fear by it's master's side, a cauldron from which his master would rise, the bones of the father. The flesh of the servant, the blood of the enemy. He has returned. Masked figures, their master is unhappy with them. The boy who lived facing the dark lord. A port key and a competition. A maze full of horrors, a man living a lie.
"I don't know, I woke up and she just kinda started shaking." Raven heard Ginny speak. She opened her eyes in confusion and was pulled into a hug by the twins, Reece and Ginny.
"You scared us!" George explained. She looked down awkwardly.
"I'm sorry." she muttered.
"It's fine, you didn't wake anyone." Ginny reassured her. She smiled thankfully at her, it was the first nightmare she had had at the burrow and was glad that Ginny had helped her.
"Are you okay?" Reece looked terrified, she nodded quickly, he had a tendency to accidently use his magic, wandless, when he got scared.
"I'm fine Reece." She said, giving him a 'we'll talk later' look. He nodded.
"What was that about Raven?" Fred asked, she sighed and began to tell them about her dream.
Halfway through her story, George put his hand in hers comfortingly. She send him a thankful look, before continuing with her story.
When she had done and convinced the Weasleys that she was fine. She dragged Reece into the corridor. " Why is it happening again?" He asked her.
"I don't know, Reece we're in trouble." She told him, he nodded. She shook her head and hugged him again.
"I know, Raven maybe we should tell someone." He told her. "It happened again, the light fixture almost hit my brother!" Both had strange problems when it came to magic, Raven with her dreams and Reece with his tendency to accidently use magic when scared.
"No, Reece we can't. Everything will be alright, Okay? We'll talk to Levi and get help. Don't worry." She comforted the younger boy. He nodded. "Alright, go and get some sleep."
Reece left, going back into the twins room, as he had to share with them. She sighed and sat down, head in hands. Hoping that she would find a solution.
