Laura sat down reluctantly and, rather, clumsily next to Cody. Jill sat next to her. Devan sat across from Laura. Cat sat in front of Cody and Daisy, another friend of theirs sat in front of Jill. Laura sighed and took out her phone. Teachers let people being them to class as long as they used the digital textbooks or read. She had this amazing app called Wattpad. ( *wink, wink, giggle.). She read lots of scary stories. Occasionally showing pictures that came with them. Her favorite author for scary stories was imagineman. (You have really good stories.) After a while she couldn't stand the silence. She turned her phone off and looked around. She felt slightly uncomfortable so she started a conversation. "Sooooo, Ummm," Cody turned to listen to what she was going to say and accidentally brushed her hand. It sent shivers up her arm and she stood up. People were looking at her. She tried to make an excuse and looked at the clock. "Oh! Er, it's time to go!". Then she rushed out of the room into the crowded hallway. " Ugh. I hate boys."
