FYI: Cricketpaw's knocked out so this is not in her perspective

"No! Cricketpaw!" Jaypaw quietly sobbed, I need to get help..... somehow......

"Jaypaw? Is that you?" It was Lionpaw and Ashfur who were walking in the forest.

"Yes! Cricketpaw's hurt!"

"What happened?" Asked Ashfur,

"A f-fox attacked us while we were getting herbs a-a-and the fox lunged for me but she got in the way and now........'

"Wait... But the fox is dead, I don't get it." Lionpaw commented with a puzzled look on his face.

"Because she fought it so fiercely that it died of blood loss!" He hissed to his brother.

"Stop arguing you two, we need to get her to camp so Leafpool can look at her. And, If we're lucky Thornclaw won't panic....... Too much that is." Lionpaw and Ashfur decided to carry her back to camp, thankfully Thornclaw wasn't there. 

"WHAT HAPPENED!?" A very shocked Leafpool came out of the medicine den. Jaypaw explained everything as she treated her wounds. 

"Ummmm Leafpool you better take a look at this," Jaypaw pointed to Cricketpaw's eye which was shut closed and was swollen and bleeding, 

"No." Leafpool whispered and she rushed off to the herb store to get some celadine. "Jaypaw can you soak a bit of moss to clean her eye?" Jaypaw nodded and did it immediately. He cleaned the wound and fetched cobweb to put on. Leafpool was trickling celadine juice into her eye and she took the cobweb from Jaypaw and put it on her eye and dressed it with a marigold leaf.

"Please be okay," Jaypaw whispered into her ear.

"Jaypaw can you put some dock juice on her scratches for me? I'm going to get some more supplies and talk to Sorreltail and Firestar." Jaypaw nodded and grabbed a mouthful of dock and chewed the leaves and then put the juice into her scratches. He began to lick the juice in and Cricketpaw began to stir.

"Jaypaw? Wha-a happened?" She said groggily

"I'll explain later, now you need to rest.'' He told her as he continued grooming her golden brown colored pelt.

Cricketpaw let the long, calm, and gentle stokes soothe her, like waves lapping on the lakeshore. She drifted of to sleep once more.

"What you did was brave." Bluestar commented

"Bluestar? Why am I here again?"

"......." Bluestar said nothing, "Come, follow me."

Cricketpaw followed and padded after her

"Spottedleaf !"

"Oh dear, I saw what happened. Are you okay?"

"Yes I'm fine, I'm just glad that Jaypaw was there,"

"She nodded, There's someone you have to see"

Cricketpaw gave a questioning look but said nothing. She soon led Cricketpaw to a slim, glossy furred, longhaired she cat who looked like a small leopard.

"Cricketpaw, this is your mother, Swiftstream."

"H-hi." She said shyly

"I'll leave you two to it" Spottedleaf said and left them to reunite.

"Oh my daughter I've watched over you for many, many, many moons,"

"Hey mom?"

"Yes dear?"

"Why is your name Swiftstream?" She emphasized the 'stream' part.

".... Well, I'm a Riverclan cat."

"S-so I'm a half clan?" Her mother nodded.

"I was Leopardstar's daughter, But..... she had an evil mate named Liontooth, He was mean an didn't wan't any kits so without Leopardstar looking In the middle of the night he threw me into the river between sunningrocks.

"Sunningwhaa?"

"It was in the forest," She quickly explained, "Soon a patrol came and spotted me drowning, Yellowfang saved me."

"YELLOWFANG!?!?!?" Her mother chuckled at her comment,

"Yes, Yellowfang. Anyways I was raised in Thunderclan. Then came my warrior ceremony,"

It shifted into the Thunderclan camp in the forest, 

"You shall be known as Swiftstream. Starclan  honors your loyalty and kindness" Firestar finished.

"WOW! My first gathering as an apprentice!"

"You excited?" Her mentor, Mousefur asked and she nodded vigoursly

"Good. Now be quiet the gathering is about to start." She snapped.

"And.. to finish off we have a new apprentice, Swiftp- "

"WAIT!" Leopardstar shouted. 

"Come here." The riverclan leader got down from the tree and stepped down to look at Swiftpaw, 

"This is my daughter, Swiftpaw." Murmurs came from the crowd and in horror Swiftpaw looked just like a mini Leopardstar.

"Come with me to Riverclan my dear."

".... Mother," The word felt weird on her tounge but she said it anyways "I don't want to go to Riverclan. I'm loyal to Thunderclan and that's where I belong." She stated. 

Leopardstar sighed, "Very well, but if you ever change your mind you will always be welcome in Riverclan." Swiftpaw nodded and went to head back to camp with her clan.

"So........ I'm a half clan."

"Yes, but no one will ever forget that I was raised in Thunderclan."

Her mother soon started to fade, 

"Wait! I still need to know more!"

Cricketpaw awoke in the nest in the medicine den with Jaypaw laid next to her. 

"You've woken up!" Cricketpaw nodded, "I'll go get Thornclaw for you."

"Thanks." It was almost as if Jaypaw had read her mind......

"Oh Cricketpaw! Are you okay?" Thornclaw nosed her all over.

"I'm fine" She and her dad purred and touched noses with each other

"Cricketpaw, Thornclaw......" It was Leafpool who had come up between them.

"I have some bad news....."

"What is it?" Cricketpaw quesitioned

"Your eye........ it'gone the fox scratched it and it's now blind.

"C-can I s-see it?" She asked and Leafpool reluctantly squeezed a moss ball with some water onto the floor. There it was, a scratch over her eye and her beautiful blue eye had turned cloudy and it was no longer clear. Cricketpaw pulled back at the sight and said, "I'm going for a walk around camp." She got up from the nest and walked into the clearing as she spotted an urgent Hollypaw rushing into Leafpool's den. They soon came out with Jaypaw and gathered Brackenfur  and Firestar came out of his den and got on the rock(Idk wut it's called).

"All cats gather round for a clan meeting!" He hollered. Soon all cats from the clan gathered in the clearing and Cricketpaw hid her eye.

"I have received information from Hollypaw and Jaypaw. Hollypaw no longer wishes to be a medicine apprentice and Jaypaw wishes to take the role of medicine apprentice. Leafpool do you promise to teach young Jaypaw in medicine?"

"I do." 

"Then from this day until you receive your medicine cat name you shall be known as Jaypaw!" The clan chanted his name as he and Leafpool touched noses.

"Hollypaw step forward, Now that Hollypaw wishes to take the path of a warrior I have asked Brackenfur to mentor you. Brackenfur you have had a fine mentor in Graystripe and I expect you to teach Hollypaw all that you learned. Hollypaw do you promise to learn and uphold the warrior code?"

"I do."

"Then from this day, until you receive your warrior name you shall be known as Hollypaw."

"Hollypaw! Hollypaw!" Cricketpaw chanted with the rest of the clan and Hollypaw and Brackenfur touched noses. 

"Finally I have one last thing to do, Cricketpaw step forward." Unaware of this she obeyed her leader and stepped forward. "Sorreltail, you were an amazing mentor to young Cricketpaw but due to some unfortunate events I feel that it is best that Cricketpaw's mentorship is passed onto Brightheart. Brightheart you know what it's like to lose an eye and you are one of the best warriors in Thunderclan I expect you to teach Cricketpaw how to cope."

Cricketpaw touched noses with Brightheart and the clan chanted her name. After Firestar dismissed the meeting Sorreltail came up to her."I just wanted to let you know that you will always be my apprentice, " Cricketpaw felt a burst of warmth inside her and she pressed herself against her former mentor.
