Hello again, in the last week I have faced some difficutys. including my mother finding out about my church sundays. I am going to tell my father at dinner. But in the case of my mother I'm still at church today and ready to go in and actually sit like a proper family. Ok so not a family but as a child, I hate that word, so that I can ask the priest what I should do. This might be a shock to you but I have never actually been in a church before. If you haven't been in one try it, it feels kind of cool but that might just be me cause I'm disobeying my father beyond belief. So when I asked the priest what I should do I asked him, "What should I do if I can not go to church?" and he said, "Just read the bible." Well darn I definitely didn't have one of those in my house. "How do I get a bible?". "Here have this one." And the priest just grabbed one out of one of the pews and handed it to me. This made me happy beyond what he thought it did. He said that if I was ever ready to give it away that I should wait for some one to ask me the same question. I then left because I got annoyed that he then called me "Little One". So when I got home I hid the bible and went down to dinner to then realize what I had to do. If my writing cuts off Cindy will type that I died. So I went to dinner waiting for mother to call me into the kitchen, for me to then tell father. But then dinner started. Nothing happened. I think that my mother spared me. She did not. She asked me to help serve dessert and I was all cheery and then I realized I was not off the hook. I then told my Father and "SLAP" right across my tears fell upon my face. The little kids covered their faces and the older ones started laughing a little. This was no time for them to do that though. My Father then got out of his chair and slammed the front door behind him. I evidently started getting laughs, jokes, lists of chores, guesses on the length of punishment, pleads of sorrow, and one smile form the next oldest brother thrown at my already fragile self. I ran to my room that I shared with my brothers and grabbed the bible. Then I got into my secret cove behind an old bookshelf that I had made when we had moved houses. This was my safe spot for now, but soon my whole family would hear my weeps of sorrow form the hidden space. I would never escape the shame of my reviled secret
