"Tony!" Ziva glared at him across the squad room. Her hands were positioned on the keyboard for she was finishing the important email about the case the team picked up a few days ago.

"What Zi?" he asked acting innocent. Tony's emerald eyes widened in question.

"You have been starring at me for the past 20 minutes!" she growled angrily trying to finish the email.

"Fine!" He said playfully. "But Ziva..."
Tony was suddenly cut off by a painful slap from Gibbs on the back of the head. "Sorry boss."

"We got a suspect. Former Petty Officer Daniel Garher. Ducky found his DNA under are victims fingernails."Gibbs stopped and looked at McGee. "MCGEE!"

"Huh? Sorry boss. Umm... Here." McGee babbled as he put Daniels profile up on the screen.

"It looks like he had jail time for... the illegal selling of Navy weapons.  "Ziva said walking up to the monitor.

"Well? What are you waiting for let's go." ordered Gibbs grabbing his service weapon and badges.

The team scrambled for their weapons and badges. McGee was steps behind Gibbs while Tony and Ziva were just stepping out from behind their desks.

"Got a starring problem now, Tony?" asked Ziva playfully when she saw him starring at her again from the corner of her eye.

"Can't a man look at a beautiful girl?" He whispered in her ear before they steped into the elevator after Gibbs and McGee.

"A-hem." Gibbs said glaring at Tony and Ziva. Tony reached out his hand and pushed the down button. He pulled it back and it brushed up against Zivas hand that was clutching her backpack.

As they were driving down the highway to the suspects house, Ziva and Tony were one again stuck in the back seat.

Zivas mind kept wondering. She was good at keeping on task but this time she let it drift. Questions raddled in her head, 'Why did Tony say I was beautiful? Yeah, he said it before but it had more of a playful tone. This time it was like...he really met it.'

"This guy is extremely dangerous. McGee with me, DiNozzo and David in the back." Gibbs instructed, pulling Ziva from her trance.

They hoped out of the small car and carefully creeped up to the house. Tony and Ziva walked up to the back door.

"This house is huge!" Tony whispered.

"Shh!" snapped Ziva, elbowing him.

"On my mark!" Gibbs said through the ear wig. "Now,"

Both sets of agents burst into the house and cleared the first floor. They met at the stairs that headed to the top floor.

"Clear!" yelled Ziva lowering her weapon in the dinning hall.

"Clear!" called McGee walking up the stairs to the top floor.

"Boss? We have a problem." Tony yelled from the master bedroom.

"What DiNozzo?" He asked stepping into the bedroom.

"He's dead." Tony said wrinkling his nose at the stench.

"Well I can see that Tony!" Gibbs said as McGee and Ziva stepped into the room.

The room was caked with dried blood with two bodies. "Call Ducky. We need these bodies identified."

Ducky and Palmer arrived thirty minutes later.

"Sorry Jethro someone got us lost again." Ducky said and shot a glare at Jimmy.

"Uhh... Yeah sorry, anyway here you go Dr." Jimmy said handing Ducky his bag.

"T.O.D?" Asked Gibbs getting inpatient.

"Ahh, Jethro these two died about 72 hours ago." Ducky answered without looking up.

"This body is Daniel Garher. This otherone wasn't Navy." McGee said.

"Then who the hell is it!!" Gibbs asked angrily storming out of the room.

The pot is the exact same but with much more detail and less plot holes.
