Zayn left, and my friend's dad died. What a great week.

Maybe short...ok, really short. Writers block.

Braylee's POV:

I pace around my room as I check the news.

Michael Clifford found dead in ally way. No murder weapon found. Police looking more into the case. Bullet wound on his stomach. Police suspect drug deal gone wrong.

My heart races as my phone rings, Liam appears on the screen.

I answer it, "Hello?"

"What the hell happened?" He asks, surprisingly calm.

"Luke sent Michael to come kill me. So, I put that gun you gave me to use..."

"Do they know it's you? Any traces that can go back to you?"

"Not that I know of. Pretty sure, no. God, I feel so much guilt..."

"Don't. He deserved it. Talk to you later." Liam says.

"Wait! Did Luke get told the plan or..."

"He did. You didn't text me in time."

"Oh my god, oh my god. New plan?" I ask, panicked.

"No. We'll stick to the one we have."

"And, why is that?" I ask, frustratedly.

"Because, I said so." Liam says, as he hangs up.

I let out a loud groan as I chuck my phone across the room. My whole body stiffens as I hear my door open...
