AWKWARD

Elizabeth woke up stretched her hands and yawned, then the memories of last night came flooding into her mind.

"Do you have a boyfriend?" Troy suddenly asked Elizabeth laughed at the sudden question but Troy didn't laugh about it.

"I'm serious."

"Noooo!" She exclaimed almost laughing

"That's good"

Troys lips pressed against hers, they kissed. It wasn't short, it was long slow and passionate.

Elizabeth panicked, she kissed Troy. Not any boy but Troy, her mind went to Sally, what's she gonna think? She's gonna kill me. She didn't have feelings for Troy. At least not any more, she did when they were younger but not now. How will I face him ? She had to go to school but she couldn't face Troy, he was in almost all her classes, she just couldn't talk to him. Today was going to be awkward. She took her bath, got ready for school and went to Sally's house.

Sally was ready for school, she was waiting for Elizabeth but her mind wasn't settled. She kept on thinking about Cory. Cory was the first boy to take her mind off Troy, she didn't like it.

She knew that she wasn't dating Troy but it still felt as if she was cheating on him---Yes, she liked him that much.

The only person she could tell her feelings to was her best friend. Elizabeth.

Ding!

The doorbell rang Sally opened it. It was Elizabeth.

"I'm sorry I like someone else"

Sally said, opened the door and walked into her house.

Cory replayed the previous day in his mind. Why did I do it? What was I thinking? It was the first time be found someone he actually liked and he ruined it with a kiss.

He had to talk to her, he wasn't sure of what will happen but he was sure of one thing, it was going to be awkward.

Troy got up from bed by himself that morning. It was usually his mother who woke him up but this time he was excited to go to school. NO, he was excited to see Elizabeth. To him things are going well.
