It was a few days after Rainhearts burial and Magicstar had let it go, but she didn't forget. She wasn't exited to go to battle, but she didn't let that stop her, she had told every cat to get ready, and set Robinflight, Lightwing, and Heavyclaw to train the kits everything they needed to know about battling, just in case some cats came into camp and attacked. The elders were working on their battle moves, all the apprentices and warriors were training and getting ready, the queens were joining them as well. Everybody was getting ready in Magicclan and thunderclan. But the other clans? Magicstar didn't know, nether did Firestar it Skyheart. " Ok, " Meowed Magicstar to Dewpaw, " Just show me what you got. " Dewpaw nodded and crouched, she looked straight at her ear, and started pelting at her, but when Magicstar dogged to the side Dewpaw had already started dashing to that side, she slashed with her claws sheathed at her neck, and Magicstar fell over, " Good job, Dewpaw! " She mewed, heaving herself up. Dewpaw smiled, " Thanks! I guess I just have a good mentor. " Magicstar knew Robinflight has his own way of fighting, and she knew Dewpaw would be just as good. She yawned and stretched, " Well, that's it for today! Your going to help us a lot in the battle, so keep it up! " Dewpaw nodded and followed Magicstar back to camp.
