Josh's POV

It's been a few weeks since I took Tyler out for a walk. We've gotten really close, and my feelings for him are growing a lot. I like him, a lot. So I asked him if he wanted to walk again and he said sure.

'He's gonna break your heart Josh'

'No he's not, shut it.'

With that the voice left me alone for awhile.

Brendon came over and was eating my chips while looking at me change.

"Is it the Tyler guy you've been gushing over?" He asked mid-chew. I blushed lightly.

"Yea." I replied.

"Cute, I ship it." He stated, I looked at him with a raised eyebrow

"And I ship you and Dallon." I smirked. His face flushed red.

"Don't you have somewhere to be?" He asked, I chuckled lightly.

"You gonna crash here?" I asked quietly.

"Yea probably." He responded almost as quiet.

"Ok, I'll see you when get back, tell my mom that I'll back." I stated, he nodded and I kissed his forehead. He smiled at me and I walked out.

I walked to Tyler's house and knocked on the door. Tyler opened it this time. Not the scary adorable guy. Who's name I learned was Patrick, Tyler's best friend. I smiled at Tyler and stepped aside as he walked out.

"Do you trust me?" I asked him, he thought about it for a sec before nodding a 'yes' I smiled and took his hand, walking into a forest. He stopped walking which forced me to turn around.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"Josh, where are you taking me?" He asked.

"You said you trusted me." I frowned.

"I do, but Josh...this doesn't look safe." He said. I dropped his hand looked down.

"I know where I'm going." I stated looking back up, "You said you trusted me, so trust me and take my hand."
I held my hand out. He nodded and took my hand. I led him to a treehouse.

"No, Josh I don't do heights." Tyler said, I smiled at him.

"I'll catch you." I told him, he sighed and began to climb, sure enough he slipped, and sure enough, I caught him. He smiled up at me. He jumped down and climb the ladder correctly. I followed after him.

"I like climbing now." He said sitting down crisd-cross.

"Why is that?" I asked.

"Because now I know that you'll always catch me." He replied with a smile.

"Can I tell you something?" I asked, he nodded."I like you."

He chuckled, "I like you too Josh, you're my friend."

'That's not what I meant'

I smiled and nodded. At least it's something.
