she eats
without realizing
binging as much as she can
suddenly
she stops
and looks down
and sees her barely there stomach bulging
and holds her hand over her mouth
running to the bathroom
pushing her fingers down her throat
and up comes everything
she chokes out a sob
and feels the tears fall down her face
and feels relief
when she flushes everything down the drain
what she doesn't know
is that her little sister is standing there
watching her cry
not saying a word
but a look of confusion and sadness on her small
face
