(Mid's POV)

"Princess Midnight it's time to wake up!" Called Anne my servant. "I'm awake Anne (who was also my best friend)!" I cried. I jumped out of bed slipping on my dark purple top and black leggings. I adjusted my black diamond crown, and I zipped up my boots. Then pulled my hair up in a high ponytail. I put on my black leather coat before coming out to greet Anne. "So what shall we do today prank someone?" I asked grinning I was always a trickster even before what happened. "You bet!" Yelled Anne. I grinned as we ran down the hallway I was stopped by my older sister Dusk. "Father wishes to speak with you Midnight..." She said smiling. "Alright!" I said bounding away to the throne room with Anne right behind. I opened the large dark wooden doors. Father was at the other end of the room. Sitting in the budder throne smiling as always, "You wished to see me father?" I asked bowing. He then only nodded. "I just wished to tell you good morning, my sweetheart." He said planting a kiss on my forehead. I then bid him good morning before exiting the castle with Anne. "So who is your next pranking victims?" She asked me. I looked at her with a devilish grin. "The squids." I said grinning. Anne stared me in horror. "Your kidding right?" She asked I shook my head. "No I'm not kidding. Ever since The Squid King shut my Father out, and shut us out. I've sought revenge." Anne then sighed. "Alright I just hope we don't get caught; and I just hope you know what your doing." Was all she said before we set off carrying red stone and TNT. We were gonna teach The Squid King not to mess with the Nightwicks.
