Chapter 4
3rd POV
"Come on! Move it like a solider, like a real solider," yelled Rex. They've been practicing for a while now, they were getting tried. Yet, they kept on pushing forward, there is no time for breaks.
"Come on, Dono. Pick it up, Hutch. You can do better than that," Saw criticized from the sidelines. Ahsoka, Obi-wan and Anakin observed their training. Rex was also criticizing.
Saw walked up to Lux, "You sure you're up for this?" He was still being cleaned up by Steela.
"Saw," Steela didn't want him to start an argument.
"It was an accident," Lux defended himself.
"You would've had us both killed," Saw said. Lux stood up and glared at Saw with a murderous look.
"Just stop it," Steela parted them, afraid they might start a fight. A physical fight. Ahsoka overheard her voice and turned to the commotion.
"Sit down, boy. This isn't the Senate," Saw pointed at his face. "You've got no talent for this."
"It's going to take a lot more than muscle to defeat the Separatists," Lux argued.
"Politics have failed us. We have no choice." Saw turned his back to Lux and folded his arms.
"We always have a choice."
"Then make yours," Saw snickered.
"Look, if we're going to succeed, you'll need to be exceptional with words and action. There will be time for both," Steela spoke. Lux and Saw mad glares softened. But Saw left angrily, Lux sat down angrily as well. Ahsoka had a gloomy look, but went back to observing.

"Destroyers are quick, pack twin blasters, and come with their own shield generators. Nothing short of a cannon will pierce it. But they do have two weaknesses, and you will need to work together to exploit them," Anakin announced. Three Destroyers were deactivated behind him. He gave a light nodd to Rex, he activated the Destroyer, but it didn't shoot. "The shields deflect high-velocity attacks." Rex shot a blaster at it, the shield deflected every one."What the shields don't stop are slow are stationary objects. They're designed to absorb them so nothing hinders their movement."
Ahsoka slowly threw a bomb at the Destroyers legs. It exploded, only harming the droid with electricity and it curled up in a ball.
"Destroyers are blind from behind. A distraction combined with a rear assault will give you a kill. The trick is to get the right speed on the droid popper." Ahsoka called.
Rex turned every Destroyer on, "These are unarmed. Just concentrate on getting it past the shield."
Rex tossed the bomb to Saw, "Watch and learn." Saw threw the bomb to the shield, his confidence was to high. He failed on getting passed the shield.
"Quite brilliant." Lux mocked. Ahsoka tossed Lux another unarmed bomb to him. He threw it softly, not wanting to fail like Saw did. The bomb made it through.
"Hmm. Nice touch," Ahsoka smiled.
"Thanks."
"Not bad." Steela punched his shoulder, stopping the small glance Lux and Ahsoka gave each other. Ahsoka threw her an unarmed bomb to her. Steela failed on passing it through the shield. "Ugh!"
"Be mindful of your frustration. It'll only hold you back," Obi-wan advised.
"Here. Use your shoulder, let your arm swing, and keep your eyes on the target," Lux gently swung her arm.
"Great," Ahsoka whispered in despair.
"Okay, let's get back to work. Everyone pair up, we'll practice in groups," Rex demanded. Ahsoka grabbed a bomb and ambled to Luz and Steela, but they left without acknowledging that Ahsoka was there. She looked down at her explosive in her hand, sadness filling her mind.
"Hey, Commander, how about helping me practice?" Saw strolled up to her. She nodded and they walked off. Hiding beyond the plants a droid was spying on them, targeting Ahsoka and Saw. Memorizing the location the base is at. The droid sent the information to the lead droid, they were on their way.
"Hey Obi-wan," Anakin got his attenion.
"Yes Anakin?"
"When are we going to head into the city to look for Ezra?" He asked. Obi-wan sighed.
"I don't know yet. We also don't know if this person is Ezra," He disagreed. Anakin folded his arms.
"Really? Blue hair and eyes, age 18, his name starts with an E! Seems like pretty compelling evidence to prove it's him. It has to be Ezra, if he survived the ambush, he can survive living on his own," Anakin reasoned.
Obi-wan rubbed his beard, arguing whether to believe the rumors or not. If they do head to Iziz, search for him and it turns out it's not Ezra, they would have wasted their time. But, if it turns out to be Ezra, it could be a major help to the Republic.
The Force within him is very powerful, even though Anakin is the chosen one, he calls for a close second. His Midi-chlorians were high when examined, yet Anakin's was still higher than his. Though Ezra isn't fully trained, Mace Windu's training was making him stronger in the Force. If he continues teaching him the same way as before, he would be a Jedi Knight in no time. That is, if he is alive.
"Obi-wan?" Anakin interrupted his thinking. "Are you there?"
"Hmh? Yes, Anakin. I'm here, just disputing if we should go to the city and look for him," he placed his neatly crossed arms behind him.

Saw was standing steadly, staring at his target with serious eyes. He wanted to get it right this time, he tossed the bomb to the Detroyers mechanical legs, he still didn't make it through.
He sighed, "I can't get the distance or the speed right."
"Don't give up. Learning this could save your life and those around you. A little backspin might help," Ahsoka suggested, he gave him another explosive. He nodded once.
"Take it easy. Don't get frustrated," Lux held Steela's hand was in his, he swung it backwards and she let go of the bomb when swung forward. It still didn't make it through. Saw threw his, it finally made it through the shield.
"You got it." Ahsoka shifted her attention to her teaching session.
"You're a good teacher, Jedi," Saw thanked her.
"Ugh, just forget it. I'll never learn this," Steela was frustrated and stomped off. She grabbed her sniper and sat down next to the trees.
"Uh, keep practicing," Ahsoka told her group and went to talk to Steela.
"You made it look easy." Steela said.
"It wasn't always that way," Ahsoka replied.
"Right, the Force. That your secret?"
"No, perseverance. Look, you'll get the hang of it. I wouldn't let it get you down," Ahsoka leaned against a big rock.
"I'm not feeling down," Steela picked up her sniper and pointed it out to the open. "I just know what I'm good at."
~I made a Ezra such a big deal. I don't regret a thing.
