I wake up to the loud ring of my phone alarm.  Two weeks till graduation and I can't wait till it's over.  Today I'm waking up early to go to a stupid presentation then coming back home for my day off.  Once I literally roll out of my bed I walk into my bathroom.  Picking up the black brush I brush through my medium length dark brown hair.  I'm never the type to wear makeup so I only brush my hair and teeth before getting dressed.  My phone rings and I answered "hello? " I ask.  "Hello beautiful. You almost ready?" I hear that intriguing voice say. "Yes Noah.  I'll be down right now. " I say and hang up. 

Noah.  He's my boyfriend.  We started dating when I finally turned 18. He's 19 so we had to wait.  We've been dating for almost a year now.  Noah is a gymnast and college student.  Me on the other hand.  I was adopted when I was too young to remember.  I'm working and live on my own.  I never saw how Noah could love me.  I have so many issues.  Don't get me wrong though.  I love him so much but.  He's so perfect and I'm just so. Broken. 

I grab my phone, purse,  and my jacket after I slipped my shoes on. I locked my front door and ran down to Noah's car.  "Good morning Mara. How's my beautiful girl this morning? " Noah asked when I entered the car.  "Amazing and thank you for driving me today." I said smiling and kissed his cheek.  "It's no problem at all for my amazing girlfriend" He said and started driving off.  "I love you Noah. " I leaned against his shoulder.  He he had the most wonderful smile.  That smile always makes me feel good.  I always wonder why he chose me out of every beautiful girl in the world. 

I was pulled from my thoughts as the car comes to a stop.  "I'll be right back babe" Noah got out and was back in a matter of what seemed like seconds. "For my beautiful princess" He handed me a hot chocolate and a glazed donut.  "Thank you so much Noah! " I set the drink down and ate the donut happily. 

"You're so cute Mara" His voice sweet and low as we drive off.  Some days Noah is the only thing keeping me going.  He gives me everything.  He's all I really need.  "I love you Noah " I say after my donut was gone.  "I love you too Mara" He said with that same perfect smile. 
"Here's your stop.  I'll be back in an hour to pick you up. " He gives me a kiss and I head into the presentation.
