Max's pov

"Hi my name is max and I just moved here from Louisiana" I say in front of my first period class. "Thank you max take your seat next to ross". A boy with light brown hair and glasses raises his hand and I take a seat next to him. All through out first period Ross was looking at me. 'He's kinda cute' I thought. But I'm not gay. Am I? A few girls were also looking at me from across the room I didn't really care much for them. I was brought out of my thoughts by the teacher calling my name.

Time skip to lunch because FOOD!!!

I sat down at a table near the windows. I saw ross. He didn't sit at a table but he sat near the. Trash can? When I took a bite of my pizza a group of boys came up to me. "Who the Hell are you?" "Um..m-my name is max" I said. "Look at him. He thinks he can sit at our table" says one of the boys to another one. "Move! This is our table" I stand up and grab my stuff. There were no other tables left to sit at so I sat next on the floor next to ross. "Hey your Ross right?" I asked. "Um.. ya..your max right?" "Ya I'm max..why you sitting over here?" I asked. He sighed and looked at the floor. "I-I'm just not very popular. So I sit here everyday" he said. I nodded and took another bite of my pizza. "Since I'm new here. Can you be my friend. I don't have that many since I just moved". Ross smiled "sure!". "So what class do you have next max?" He said. I took out my schedule from my bag. "Um..I have science" I said finishing my pizza. "Cool that's my next class!" "Oh sweet!" He both laughed. 'God damn he's cute!...wait I'm not gay!'. "Um..max? Can I ask you something?" He said. "Sure!" "Um.. what are your opinions on gays?". 'why is he asking me this?'. "I actually like gays! Just because people like the same sex doesn't mean it's wrong!" I said. "Why are you asking me tho?". Ross face turned to a reddish pink and looked back down at the floor. "I-it's just a q-question." The bell rang and he grabbed his bag and ran off to science.
