I feel my powers blaze through me. Irritated that this little faerie thinks they have the power to ban me from here. I will the feeling back. It's Ethan. My friend. Not some random person.

I still feel the hurt though. The betrayal. They're choosing some... some fucking angel over their friend.

I take a step towards the angel and Josh leaps into action. He drapes his furry form over the two cuddled beings. He growls softly.

"I'm not gonna touch them you dumb flea bag."

I walk towards the door, putting my jacket back on.

"Come on, Tobi. Let's go."

"No."

I spin back around and my eyes narrow into slits. Tobi is still standing where he had been. Shaking with nerves.

"Tobi. Come on."

"No, Harold. You tried to hurt one of our friends. Go. When I feel I can forgive you, I'll find you."

I open my mouth to call Tobi, but there's a sudden gust and my mouth is taped shut. Ethan steps away from me in a blur, a roll of duct tape in his hands.

Fucking faerie

I rip the adhesive off me and cringe as it rips away hair and skin cells. I grab the basket from where I had dropped it and chuck it at Tobi.

He catches it easily and glances inside. He moves to the fridge and stores it in there.

"From Ethan's mom. For the stultus lupus."

With that I walk out the door, slamming it in the process.
