It was gorgeous.  Something I had never seen before.  People were swimming everywhere and it glowed.  Lights were everywhere and it was just amazing.  Poseidon started pulling me toward the city and I just looked at everything.  Something caught my eye though.  The palace.  It was amazing.  A gorgeous color of stone and everything was amazing.  

     Poseidon began to pull me toward the palace and I was nervous.  "Where are we going?"  He turned toward me.  "If you think we are going to the palace, thats for another day.  We are heading to 'Tail Spa.'  I gave a questioning look.  Why would he take me there.  He began to take me toward the palace still talking.  "It's to get your tail."  Wait what?  I wouldn't mind a tail but I also didn't expect one ether.  "Then I am taking you to Madam Tail herself to teach you some things that I am to nervous to talk about it."  

     When we got to the Tail Spa I was mesmerized.  People were everywhere.  It had a pretty coral color and an amazing grey outline.  "Ah Pose my dear!  So good to see you and who's this lovely young lady?"  I small blush hit my cheeks but I quickly hid it.  I would have to remember Pose for later.  "Madam Tail, I didn't expect to see you here."  Poseidon looked nervous.  "Dear I'm always here.  Now tell me who this lady is.  You should learn some manners.  Maybe she will teach you some."  I hid a chuckle at this.  "This is Ame.  Ame meet Madam Tail."  I went to shake hands but instead was pulled into a hug.  "Nice to meet you Ame.  Now what can I do for you two?"  After she let me go I was immediately pulled into Poseidon's side.  "She needs a tail."  I looked at my feet and sighed.  They looked so plain.  "Oh of course follow me deary.  Pose you go off and do your job.  I heard that someone was coming to close to us again."  Poseidon sighed and nodded.  "I'll be back in an hour."  And he was gone.

       It felt amazing.  I sighed as The heat hit me.  People began to rub this gel that glowed on my legs and feet.  It tickled but I held in my laugh.  Right as I began to dose off, I felt something strange happening with m

y legs.  They began to itch and tickle like when your foot would fall asleep.  I resisted the urge to itch it and continued to try to relax.  

       I must of fallen asleep because I heard Madam Tail talking to Poseidon.  "Deary I get to keep you for another hour!"  I sighed.  Yay!  hint the sarcasm.  I went to swim up when my feet wouldn't separate.  I looked down and saw an amazing thing.  I had a red tail with a grey glint in it.  It also had a Clear flare with swirly patterns on it.  It was gorgeous.  I looked back at Madam Tail and saw a big smile on her face.  "Fit for a queen.  Now come dear I have a lot to explain."  I fallowed her and listened to her talk for two hours straight.  

     So apparently I was Poseidon's soulmate.  It was so confusing.  But if I'm his soulmate that means I'm future queen.  That's when a panic attack hit.  I felt like everything around me was closing in and I couldn't breath.  I felt someone pick me up as I tried to process everything happening and failed.  I couldn't remember anything after that cause I passed out.

       I woke up the next morning to my bedroom ceiling, and a knock on the door.  I sat up confused.  Was it all a dream?  I walked to the door and low and behold Poseidon was here!  I smiled and walked into the kitchen to make eggs.  "Want some?"  I turned toward's him to see him looking around.  "Sure."  I turned back to the oven and continued to cook.  "What do you remember?"  I sighed and decided it was time to face the facts.  "Everything."  I finished cooking and got two plates out.  I put the eggs on the separate plates and walked to the table.  "Why?"  I looked up at him and saw him come toward's me.  "I can't see you for a while."  Wait.  He was the main reason I was here and now he was leaving.  "Why?"  I feel like I say that to much.  "A lot of kingdoms including ours, people are vanishing.  No one knows why so we are having a meeting in Australia about it."  I sighed and nodded.  That's when I remembered he said ours.  I had a kingdom?  I wasn't fit for being a queen!  I began to eat thinking.  "Can you stay at the palace while I'm gone?"  I looked at him.  I felt lucky I didn't have food in my mouth or I would choke.   "I have school in a week and a half!  You can't expect me to stay inside the palace when I barely even know the place!"  I stood up and glared at him.  He sighed and looked at me.  "You can still go to school just please after the palace?"  I nodded my head and cleaned the dishes.  I needed to clear my head.  

        I walked on the beach with Poseidon's hand in mine.  It was so weird.  One minute I was fine and the next I'm a mermaid.  I attempted to work the situation through my brain when I thought of something.  I gripped my necklace with my free hand and looked at the ocean.  I turned back to Poseidon with one question in mind.  "Does the palace have a library?"
