Things so precious, they fall between our fingers
Time is gone, once we let it slip away
Wasted like emeralds and sapphires in a landfill
six miles down in the rotting clay
My answer remains plain
Redeem the time and live/love
as if Eternity's today
See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. [Eph 5:15-16]
A/N: We do not know how many days we have on earth. I urge you to value each and every day and the privilege to spend it with those we love. It's so easy to take every day, take our families, take everything we have for granted. Instead, let's live as if today is our last day on earth.
