"Finally you can get out of this hell hole and do what you always wanted to. " Vidushi said looking at her best friend sanyukta with tears in her eyes.

"You know you can smile and tell me the same" Sanyukta shook her head with a bright smile on her face.

"Yes. But when it comes to you,  I tend to become very emotional. " Vidushi said wiping her invisible tears.

"I have an idea. Why don't you join me over there? You got accepted too,didn't you?" Sanyukta asked with excitment.

"Yes. But you know dad. He will never allow me to leave. "

"Well then , you know me too. And don't worry.  He will not stop me, instead he is going to send you willingly. Just wait and watch. " Sanyukta said with gleaming eyes making vidushi scared instantly.

"What do you have in mind Sanyu?" Vidushi moved her eye brows questioning her 'So called idea' which always turned up into a disaster.

"You will see" Is all she got in reply. Sanyukta took a quick exit as vidushi stressed her brain thinking of all the possiblities.

"Don't pressurise your brain. You will get a clearer picture by tomorrow." Sanyukta winked before leaving her best friend alone with her thoughts.

"I just hope you know what you are doing Sanyukta. You are playing with fire. And I don't want you to be the victim again. Not this time. Never again." Vidushi sighed shuddering at the thought.

2 hours later

Vidushi paced around her room, worried for her best friend expecting the worst when her father walked inside in all his glory.

"Pack your bags. You are leaving for London with your brother. Your admission is sorted and you will be joining from next week." Mr.  Shekawath exclaimed leaving the audience speechless.

"Dad, are you sure?" Vidushi asked blinking he eyes, shocked at his sudden outburst.

"Oh yes am sure. I thought you wanted the same doll. And if your happiness lies in this, so be it." Harsh caressed her forehead with all his love. He never wanted his doll to leave but he knew that one day she would have to and that day he wouldn't be able to do anything.

Five minutes had passed. And as usual vidushi sneeked in from the window. Sanyukta who was waiting for her sighed at the obviousness.

Vidushi tugged in her arms together asking the only question in her mind."How do you manage to convince Dad?" 

Flashback

"Heard your son got enrolled in  London's best university" Kishore agarwaal asked amused at the piece of information.

"Of course he did. You know he was always good at academics." Harsh boosted with a smirk on his face.

"In that case sanyukta is the brighter one. She topped her boards and is getting enrolled in London as well. But I guess I can't say the same for your daughter. I am sure she hasn't even been accepted aboard." Mr. Agarwaal shoot with a smug look adoring his features.

"Dream on Agarwaal! Not so sorry to break your happy bubble.. My daughter and son, both have been accepted at London. And will soon fly there this weekend. " saying this he moved out of the conference hall leaving Kishore behind. Mr. Agarwaal had a smile on his face as his phone buzzed with his daughter's call.

Sanyukta Calling 📲

☎"Hello papa, is everything alright. Did our plan work?" Asked an anxious sanyukta making her father chuckle over the phone call.

"Ofcourse it did. Why wouldn't it? You should have seen his face Sanyu.  My god, he thought I was taunting him and fell right into the trap. I didn't even have to do any convincing. It was that easy to fool him." 📞

☎"Thank you papa. I am proud of you."

"You don't need to thank me sanyukta. I know we have problems going on, I know we are no longer friends but I have always considered Randhir and Vidushi as my own children. I know we are not on talking terms but I am glad I could be of some help. Harsh could have forgotten you, but I can never forget Randhir or vidushi and the promise we made to each other 20 years back." Mr. Agarwaal let out a sigh as his eyes held a hidden sorrow.📞

☎"I love you papa."

"As I love you bacha (child)."📞

"Thank you. I was so scared for you." Vidushi confessed hugging her best friend as her orbs filled with unshed tears.

"You don't need to worry about me, am completely fine." Sanyukta smiled her brightest. But her smile couldn't fool vidushi. She knew her in and out. She was trying miserably to hide the agony and pain but her eyes said it all. She was vulnerable and broken yet strong willed and courageous.

3 days later

It was time for Randhir, Sanyukta, Vidushi and Parth to leave. They bid adieu to their families as they reached the Airport when a sudden push landed sanyukta in known arms. Sanyukta closed her eyes in fear as she collided with Randhir. The moment stopped for both of them. One who had missed the warmth and the purity of their relation while the other was filled with hatred and disgust.

"You need to learn how to walk agarwaal. I know your tricks very well so save them for others and stay away from me!" Randhir exclaimed while Mr.&Mrs. Shekawath looked at her like she was the filthiest being in the world.

Sanyukta's lips curved into a sad smile. Distancing herself from him, she chipped a quick 'Sorry'.Sanyukta passed a genuine smile to the Shekawath couple to which they looked away. Her parents looked all set to burst while she took them in a hug planting a kiss on their cheeks, thus calming the volcano from erupting.

The four of them dispersed as their flight was announced. Entering the airway Randhir looked for his seat only to find it next to his arch enemy.

"No way!"
