"NUBIA!"

She finally looked at me, "I sound dumb. Just forget it,"

"No!" She yelled. "You really want u-us to be a family?"

I nodded my head. It was pretty clear what I just said. I fell... hard. I feel as if I'm talking out my ass. I haven't known her for a long time and I already want a family with her. I don't know if it's because I'm afraid to raise this kid on my own or because I truly want to be with Nubia.

"Macey?" I hummed.

"I'm taking you out tonight," She got up and held out her hand.

I took it and she pulled me up making me fall into a hug. I giggled at her silliness. "Get dressed,"

"Something nice?... Fancy?..."

"Casual," She winked.

"Where are we going?" I asked opening my closet door.

"Out.." She said. "Hurry up I'm going to get dressed." She left out the room.

I shook my head and got dressed.

I heard quick footsteps ascending towards my room. The fuck?

My door swung open, "In fact, put on some type of workout clothes."

"As in.."

"As in Yoga pants and a tee or tank you're comfortable in." She smiled.

"Where exactly are we going Nubia?"

"Don't worry baby girl just get dressed."

I threw my hands up in surrender and closed my closet. I walked over to my drawer and looked for yoga pants.

"I have a tee but no yoga pants," I said looking at her.

She stood quietly rubbing her face biting her lip, "We can just go buy you some and some comfortable shoes. Them slides ain't with it," She pointing at my Nike slides.

I glared at her.

"Let's go!" She yelled turning around to walk down the stairs.

"By the way Im taking Maverick to my Close friend's house!"

I raced out the room, "The hell you are!"

Who the hell she think she is taking my brother to some random ass person house? She done lost her rabbit ass mind!

"I already called. Baby don't worry she runs a daycare and a home daycare. Other kids are there and she's the most trusted nanny in town." She said softly.

I eyed her, "I want to meet her," I mumbled.

"Done deal," She kissed my cheek which made me blush. "Go get in the car, I'll get Maverick and lock up," She grinned handing me the keys.

I waddled down stairs and out the door. I got in the car seconds later she came out.

Casey

I've been living with my mother since me and Nubia split. We haven't filed for a divorce and I don't want to. I did my dirt and I know it hurt her badly. I didn't expect for it to happen but it did.

I can't take it back but I can try and make things better.

"Nubia still won't talk to you," My mother was passing through with laundry.

I shook my head. "Speak when I'm talking to you Casey," She demanded.

"Yes-"

"Yes what?"

"Ma'am," I said feeling annoyed. She still treats me like a damn child. I hate that about her but she's my mother. I must respect her or She'll beat the black off my ass.

"Don't be catching attitudes with me cause you out here thotti-"

"Momma!"

"Girl shut up! Nubia was taking good care of you while you were with her..." She started. "...been together since college and you cheat and get pregnant with that girl childhood friend. You so damn selfish, inconsiderate, and hypocritical. I know you cheated on that girl more than once and never played your role as her Fiancé soon to be wife yet you calling me night after night saying she ain't treating you right." she said after throwing down the laundry basket. "I raise you better than that Casey Janae! I love my grand baby but what you did should have never happened," She said softly. She gave me another death glare before picking up the laundry basket.

I broke down. I never meant to hurt her. I love her I do and she's the only person I want but it's hard knowing she  doesn't want to be with me anymore.

Nubia

"C'mon," I called for Maverick and Macey to get out the car. I walked up to the front door knocking on it as soon as I reached it.

The door opened, "Nuby!" She screamed hugging me tightly.

"Can a nigga breathe?" I managed to get out.

She apologized and open the door for all of us to walk in. Once She seen Macey getting Maverick out the car she gasped. "This must be the lovely Macey?" She smiled.

Macey stared at me as I giggled. Macey smiled back at her, "Yes I'm Macey," She chucked.

"You're more beautiful in person." She cooed.

"Thank you," Macey blushed. I loved bragging about Macey. Every person I told wants to meet Macey and I want them to. She's going to be in my life for a while. At least I plan for it and I know she wants it too.

"Well I'm taking Macey somewhere and I need you to watch Maverick."

"Of course Nubby, anything for you guys. He's looks adorable,"

"Well he hasn't been acting like it the past week," Macey said eyeing Maverick.

"Aww well he'll be just fine here. Tarrick is bringing my son, so he'll have someone to play with." She smiled.

"Ok Maverick we'll be back later. Be good for Ms. Kiera okay?" I bent down to his level.

"I will I promise," He said. I gave him a hug and so did Macey.

We started to leave, "Call me if he gets out of hand," I said.

"He'll be fine But you know I will. Now go enjoy time with your girl."

I smiled and em and Macey got back in the car.

On the way to wherever we're going, she stopped by Walmart and got me a black pair of yoga pants. She got me some black Jesus sandals too. I know they're out of style but I never had them. I was lowkey excited when I seen them.

"Alright we're here," She said turning the car off. I must've been deep into my thoughts. I didn't notice we were here.

"Why are we here?" I asked. It's a building but I don't know what it's for. We parked on the side so I couldn't see what it was called. I did see about 3 pregnant women and they're partners coming out.

Nubia got out and came to my side helping me out the car. She shut it and locked it while I still figured out what's this place for.

We walked to the front and a big banner hung above the door.

"Come on mommy," Nubia smiled. "In order to have a smooth pregnancy you need to do yoga. I read up on it and figured it was a good start," She smiled opening the door. I blushed. I thought maybe we would go out to eat or something. But this...?

"What will they say? I'm a teenager,"

"You're my wife to them. If they think otherwise, I'll take that up with them. Now come on the next session starts in 5 minutes. We have to get a good spot." She smiled.
