"Will, I assure you I'm fine," I mumble shielding my eyes from the sudden change in lighting.

"Nico if we don't solve this now, one more shadow travel and you could be gone forever," Will said continuing to drag me by my hand.

"No one would care anyway. I don't know if you noticed, but everyone is afraid of me."

"That's not true. I would care. And would you get it out of your head that everyone hates you?"

"But its true-"

"Nico people just have to warm up to you. Give them time. And I don't know, maybe actually socialize." He says grabbing me by my shoulders, our faces only inches apart.

"Uh-I..." Blush rises to my cheeks

"Anyway, you can make friends after you're better. Rest up, Ghost King."

Will pushed me into a ton in the infirmary and waved. Once he left, I fell back onto the bed, my hands covering my red face.
