|Will's PoV|

After I left Nico in his room I went to tend to other patients. As I follow through my daily routine, I feel a tap on my shoulder.

I turn around and see Annabeth.

"Hey what's up?" I turn my attention back to the demigod I was helping.

"I just wanted to talk to Nico for a second... " She shuffled her feet.

I froze for a second. I thought about the short conversation Nico recently had with her and Percy.

"Why? Is something wrong? "

"Oh no, no.  Everything's Fine. "

I look at her for a second before I lead her to his room.

I knock on the door,"Nico?"

"What? Can I leave now? "

"Actually...  you have a guest here to talk to you."

I can hear Nico sigh and start to advance towards the door. The doorknob turns and then his face appears.

We make eye contact and I smile, feeling a blush rising. I can see a smile tug at his face. He looks over at Annabeth and the small smile fades.

"What?"

"I came to talk..." She says.
