Ch.3
I walk up to a building. It has fences put up. The ones that look like they're trying to keep things in. Almost like a prison, but this isn't a prison. What is it? What are They keeping in? Meh...
I decide to start at a place that can find her for me, or at least help me find her.
"What is her name, sir?" The brunette asks, in a kind voice. "A-Amberleigh Elmwood." I reply. The woman looks through papers, and papers, and papers, and the computer. "I'm sorry sir, there doesn't appear to be anyone by that name." She frowns in an I'm-sorry-I-don't-know-where-that-girl-is sorta way. Water begins to form in my eyes, a single tear streaming down my face. "There has to be something you can do!" I demand. I look her in the eye. "I want my daughter back." She stands up from her seat. "I'm sorry sir, but if there is no record of an " Amberleigh Elmwood", then I can be no help to you." She glances at the door as of to tell me to leave. "I-I understand." I walk off towards the door, my hope beginning to drain.
