If you are reading this book to get help, I have a question for you. Do you really want to be dead, or are you just trying to end your pain? Most people who commit suicide do it because they want to end their pain. Sure, it's ending your pain, but it's also ending so much more than pain. It's ending a life. A human life. Life is so precious. It can be taken away in under a second. You are so lucky to have a life. Do not end that. If you are still alive right now, it's still your time. You're still supposed to be alive. When it is your time to die, you will die the way you are supposed to. Suicide is never the way people are supposed to die. Never. 

If you need help, never, ever be afraid to get it. It may be scary getting help. But it is so much better than ending your own life. If you are just too scared to ask someone for help, ask me.
