Part Five: Just a taste

Lisa literally dragged Matilda into the car. Getting her out the bed had been an effort in itself too, all because Tasan had to move Matilda between their homes in the blink of an eye. It took away any chance of feeling safe with the demon on the loose and Matilda had decided hiding under the covers was more appealing than leaving the house. Lisa disagreed.

“I don't think this will work.” It wasn't just moving that Matilda refused to do, but also positive thinking.

“Well maybe they will be more helpful than the internet!” Lisa snapped, and both girls squealed as an unnatural pink lightning bolt sizzled down beside them. “Besides, we might be safe there?”

“Doubt it.” Matilda mumbled, pulling the blanket tighter around her, and getting to the church car park it looked deserted.

They banged on the old wooden doors and with no answer ran around the side. Relief was mutual as they spied the light coming from the small cottage at the side of the main building.

“Father, please let us in!” Matilda cried and sure enough as the rain returned the door opened and the old priest invited them in.

“Good afternoon ladies, what brings you to my door in this horrible weather?” He motioned for them to sit in front of his desk and took his place opposite them, waiting for an answer.

“There is a demon after us!” Matilda blurted out before falling against Lisa and her sobbing started all over again. Lisa tried to fight the urge to give in to her fears, but one of them had to stay strong.

Clearly it wasn’t going to be Matilda.

“A demon? What makes you think that?” The priest was more amused than anything. While he was a man of god, he didn't truly believe in such nonsense.

“We summoned him. I don't know how or what his purpose is, but he  exists. We're not making this up!” Lisa stressed, seeing the amusement on the old man's face.

“Summoned? Child, what are you on about?” In his mind, teens these days did all sorts of hocus pocus. Their lack of respect for religion made it easy for them to think things that were not true.

“There was a book, we read out some weird words and…” Lisa hesitated, should she tell him about her dreams?

“And?”

“And things started happening. We had a séance and now he's here. He told me he was part incubus and a descendant of Hades.” Lisa confessed.

“Do you often partake in these séances?” The priest asked bluntly, deciding it could be drug or alcohol related due to their dishevelled appearance. The Laucher Twins had been on about something similar in confession this morning and the fact both girls had turned up to Sunday morning mass was odd in itself. Maybe they had been at the same party?

“No sir, we were just curious. We've never done anything like this before!”

Sighing, the old man thought over all the things he thought wrong with today's youth and looking at Matilda, he couldn’t deny how worried she was. They really believed their story.

“Tell you what, go home. Get some sleep and if these things keep happening, come back tomorrow and I'll discuss with my colleagues what we can do for you.”

“He'll kill us if we go back. You can't send us away!” Matilda argued and Lisa only nodded. The prospect of going home made her throat felt like it was constricting and her fear was suffocating to the point she was struggling to hide it externally.

“Please child, God watches over us all. You are never alone. Have faith and the demon will not do you any harm.” The priest tried to sooth, and took out a Bible from his bottom draw. “Pray. God is always with you.”

Matilda snatched the book from him as if it held all the answers they wanted and reluctantly let him lead them out of his office.

“I haven't seen weather like this for a while.” The priest mused, watching as more lightning streaked across the sky. The heavens truly looked angry today and maybe, just maybe, the girls were on to something.

“It's like someone summoned it.” Lisa muttered under her breath, wondering what exactly the demon had made her read. Glancing back towards the door in the rearview mirror, it was the appearance of Tasan in the backseat that made her gasp in fright.

Turning around, the back seat was empty.

“What?” Matilda demanded, lifting her gaze from the first page of the bible.

“Nothing.” Swallowing hard, Lisa pulled the car out and headed back to Matilda’s house.

-

Getting Matilda home, Lisa was worried about leaving her on her own. Thinking of all the times she had been dragged along on ghost tours of old prisons and cemeteries that Matilda had arranged made this whole thing ironic. Something in the back of her mind managed to put her at ease over the fact he hadn't hurt them, not yet at least and that maybe he wouldn't.

Matilda curled on the single chair in the corner. She started reading the Bible and Lisa coughed to clear her throat, trying to get her attention.

“Go home. I don't want you to attract him back here.” Matilda snapped coldly, not even looking at her friend.

“Don't be like this, we need to stick together!” Lisa argued.

“No. I have this.” Matilda held up the book. Lisa frowned, noticing how red and swollen her eyes were from all the crying.

“You're being ridiculous.”

“Leave or I'll call the police and tell them you’re trespassing.”

Frustrated, Lisa caved and did what Matilda wanted, hoping that, come morning, she would have a little more sense. Since Matilda was mad at her, she decided to check on the twins. She expected more rejection but instead the lights were all off in their shared apartment and after spending a few minutes knocking, she gave up.

Getting home, everything was how she left it. Her mind searched through every horror movie she had ever loved. She tried to analyse the mistakes the victim always made, mainly so she wouldn’t risk repeating them.  The demon had left them this morning and since nothing had happened since, Lisa wondered if he could have finally left for good.

Holding onto the hope that was the case, she decided to take a bath and warm up after the rain had caught her on the way in. It was only late afternoon and thanks to the storm outside it was already as dark as midnight. She made sure all the lights were left on in her room and hallway thanks to a childhood fear of the dark returning. In the bathroom she lit a few candles, and turned on the TV built into the wall over the bath, just in time to watch the news.

Sinking under the water, the bubbles were like heaven and instantly her body began to relax. That was until the image of an old woman appeared on the screen and the news reporter was replaced with another outside the crime scene. Lisa didn't need the volume to know who this woman was, and panic began to fill her at the prospect of having her death on the five o'clock news report or worse, her friends.

Quickly changing the channel she stopped on a documentary about bears. She sank back into the warm water. Lisa didn't want to go to sleep. She was paranoid it would only lead her closer to hell. She  regretted the bath for how drowsy it was making her feel.

“Is there room for two?”

The familiar voice came from the TV and as she watched wide eyed, the bears disappeared and the demon stared down at her hungrily.

“No.”

“You said you'd never refuse me.” He reminded her.

“That was a dream, you tricked me!”

“Trick? I am not some elfin creature!” Tasan growled.

“If I knew what you were, I never would have done anything with you!” She snapped, although she knew what wasn’t completely true. Lisa quickly came to the conclusion for him to be with her again, she must have fallen asleep in the bath.

He only seemed to seduce her in her dreams so if she could wake up, he would have to leave her alone. That would also kill her urges to drag him into the bubbles and…

“I doubt that. I can feel your desires.” He purred, still behind the glass screen. The darkness of his eyes seemed to turn red and her body shivered as a flood of memories of what he could do to her came back. Whether they were of his doing or her own, she wasn’t sure.

Closing her eyes, Lisa took a deep breath and submerged herself under the water. Dying or hurting yourself made you wake up in dreams. It was simple logic and soon her lungs began to burn and her chest felt like it might explode from the lack of air. Opening her mouth, she went to gasp. Instead the soapy water rushed in with her hair twirling in the water like tentacles around her face.

Fighting to keep herself under the water, she wondered why she hadn't woken up. Her body tried to take control, willing itself to move before it was too late, only she wouldn't allow it. The silence was deafening. She could only focus on the odd sounds of bubbles gurgling from her mouth combined with her racing heart, pounding loudly in her chest.

Her hand fell into the water then the other. Not having to hold herself down any longer, she opened her eyes. The white of the bubbles above her was dotted with black before disappearing completely.

“What are you doing you stupid human!” Tasan roared, yanking her from the tub. He thought she was bluffing and now she was barely breathing in his arms. He was not going to let her ruin his plans; he had never had things going so well in his favor.

The blackness emerged from his mouth and instead of taking life, it fed it back into her. Finally she woke, spluttering and coughing all over the bathroom as her body rejected the water. A few minutes later Lisa looked around confused. Tasan stood there, glaring at her.

“Did I die? Am I still dreaming?” She croaked, coughing again. Whatever happened, she felt amazing.

“Dreaming? You did that because you thought you were dreaming?” He asked, clearly shocked. The power he had over her was weakening and he could see this going downhill fast. If she wanted him, he had the power. If she lost interest and wanted to escape him, she might try killing herself or worse, learn how summoning was really meant to work and take control of the situation.

“Please leave us alone. I don't want to die.”

“Your bath time fun would say otherwise.”

She grabbed a towel and huddled against the side of the tub away from him. While fear gave power, Tasan knew he had to get back on side and he knew exactly what to do.

“Are you ok?”

The tenderness in his voice was surprising, and he had to force himself not to smirk as Lisa looked at him confused.

“Are you ok, Lisa?”

“You said my name; you always call me human or girl.” She didn't move from her spot on the floor and he quickly growled to answer her.

“Would you prefer that?”

“No.”

“Well, are you?” He extended his hand and he didn't miss the way hers was trembling as she touched him. For all of his powers, he had never been able to control a mind. Not completely at least and right now he couldn't afford to even try. He needed her abilities and it would be so much easier with her co-operation.

“I guess. Am I still dreaming?” He was almost being nice to her and Lisa was already suspicious. Then again, he hadn't exactly done anything to hurt her in dreams or reality so did she have anything to fear?

“No, you're not dreaming.”

“Can I trust you?” Her voice was as shaky as her hand and Tasan softened his features.

“Not all demons are bad girl.” And now when he called her girl, Lisa felt it to be more of an endearment.

“You saved me, from drowning?”

Tasan nodded. Now he had not only fed from her, but let her feed off him, he was so much more in tune to her emotions and spirit. He wasn't sure how he missed it before, but she was definitely a channeller.

Humans in this world were so clueless. She had no idea, just like her friend had no idea she had a witches power waiting to be discovered. Witches would protect their energy, stopping others from using it or feeding from it. Since Matilda was unaware, Lisa had been able to access it freely, which is why when she was had read from the book it worked.

The things he could do with her made the possibilities endless and maybe, his time to rule on this plane had arrived. His grandfather would be proud; he could even have her open the portal to the other world if he found a powerful enough witch for her to use the energy of.

“Why would you save me?” Lisa's question snapped him from his thoughts, none of that would be possible if she didn't do it of her own free will. He could make her read from the book, humans were easy to manipulate and as long as she believed he could do no wrong, he would have nothing to worry about. Threats on her friends lives might not always work.

“You gave me life. I owe you one.” He decided. He could sense her resolve wavering, and Lisa swallowed nervously. She wanted to know what their time together would be like in reality. She felt alive. Her whole body buzzed like she had been shocked with electricity. Maybe it was because of this or her near death experience. Him standing before her in nothing but a pair of black jeans, had her wanting to give in to her own dark desires.

Tasan leaned towards her, knowing what she was going to do before she did and took her in his arms. Lisa eagerly put her lips on his and her cold body sought the heat of his. The towel was easily discarded and so were her morals. She knew exactly what she was doing.

Fear was balanced out with excitement.

You read about it in fiction all the time, he even said it himself. Not all demons were bad, they just needed that reason to change and maybe, she was his. He made her feel like she was, maybe the dreams were not only of her own making, but his desire to love and be loved too?

A restless energy flowed through Tasan, she was so ready for the taking and since he had shared some of his life source with her, she would be able to handle him taking that little bit more. He tried to hold of feeding from straight away, eager to experience more of the human abilities of orgasm. In his true demon form, the only kind of release he was blessed with was the one that came with feeding.

Humans knew how to do at least one thing right.

Lisa's cold skin was covered in goose bumps, her nipples already tight and erect so as his hot mouth covered each in turn, they were burning. From the way he teased and sucked on them had her breathless already and the cold drips of water from her wet hair, only added to the sensations taking place all over her body. Eager to see just how he tasted, her hands left their place amongst his dark locks and slid down over his sculpted chest.

With a few pulls, she had him free of his pants and found his semi-erect dick waiting for her. It welcomed her touch, twitching towards her as she began to pull and squeeze it. He seemed to enjoy that from their pastimes together, and as Tasan stopped his assault on her breasts, he leant against the icy tiles on the wall.

Her tongue danced up and down his shaft, teasing him as he had just been doing to her. He groaned a deep primitive sound that urged Lisa on and she took the full-length of him in her mouth. Slowly she began to suck with more energy, finding a rhythm that had his knees feeling weak. It was the moments that she looked up at him, like a dog looking for praise that had him turning as hard as stone, unrelenting as he moved his hips to match her speed.

Yes, being human had many advantages.

Lisa released him from her mouth, her hands not leaving him as they slid up down and not giving him a seconds break. She kissed the head, her confidence growing at how hard she had him and as her tongue swirled around the swollen tip, he had enough.

Lisa didn't protest as he took her hands to make her stand, her mouth tingling from the sensation of having his dick in there, not gone yet and instead it was replaced with his tongue. Unable to hold back, Tasan took his first taste, cupping her ass he lifted her against him and ending the kiss he was high on the euphoric feeling of not just sex, but feeding too.

It only left Lisa feeling a little light headed, like she had stood up to quickly and she felt the heat of him as he brushed against her, seeking entrance. Instantly she shifted her hips as he held her, enjoying the sensation it provided. She was wet, ready and falling on top of her on the bed, Lisa knew was what was coming and braced herself the initial pain his intrusion would provide for their first time.

His thickness filled her, hesitating before kindness was forgotten and he plunged right down into her completely. Lisa gasped, clenching around him as her body managed to accommodate him without feeling like she had been torn in two. Even in her dreams she hadn't always been able to receive him with this ease.

“It wasn't just a dream.” He whispered into her ear as if being able to read her mind while savoring the feeling of her familiar wet passage. At hearing the confession, Lisa had suspected as much. She had been refusing to believe it and now she didn't have the choice of rejecting the truth.

Every thrust had Tasan craving more of her essence, the feeling of their shared arousal only making him ache for it that much more especially when Lisa's moans deepened and the feeling on her core tightened and released around him, her orgasm fuelling his own and then she did the unthinkable.

“Tasan!” Her back arched as she began to ride the shock waves of pleasure from her release and he braced himself for his own. Covering her mouth with his, desperate to silence her from saying it again so he could enjoy the last seconds of his climax.

Unable to hold back he tried to remind himself to only have just a taste, but he was already feeling high on adrenaline and got lost in the moment.

Lisa wilted against him as he fed from her. Slowly her hands released their hold on his back from where she had clung to him in desperation, ending with her head rolling back to land on the pillow. Her accelerated breaths from their activities evened out quicker than they should. Looking at her sleeping form, Tasan strained to hear her pulse.

The color was leaving her cheeks as quickly as her breaths ceased to escape her mouth. Leaving her used on the bed, Tasan got up certain he had managed to stop before killing her. He was enjoying having his demon and human desires fully satisfied and unlike the episode in the bathroom, he would not be so quick to bring her back from the brink of the death.

Even if he was dying to know how she managed scream his name.
