True to his word, Aaron and I got delivery and slept in. We spent most of the day naked in bed as we caught up on one of my favourite television shows. After a few naps, a decent amount of teasing, a cuddly round of sex and a shower, we were ready to arrive fashionably late to Harry's party.

When we emerged from my bedroom, I got a harsh look from Harry. Ignoring him, I quickly began to introduce myself and Aaron to people at the party. But just as I began to relax, I saw Natasha from across the room. She looked incredible, as usual, in a tight white crop top and denim shorts. Her perfectly made up face scrunched into a scowl when she saw me. I pulled Aaron into the kitchen at once and started mixing drinks. The battle lines had been drawn.

It was Harry's party, so he had the living room. But, I still lived there, so I had the kitchen.

Party in full swing, I caught Harry glancing at me through the doorway. It was only because I was glancing at him. His partially unbuttoned shirt showed off his pecs and many tattoos. I had on a cute dress that showed off my legs. Also, Aaron's hand occasionally drifted down to my butt.

I could see Harry bristling every time he caught him. I was getting off on his jealousy; excited that I could draw his attention away from a woman like Natasha. As Aaron groped my bum, I shot Harry a sly smile and thought about biting my bottom lip to tease him, but I stopped myself. I made a choice. Turning away from Harry, I kissed Aaron on the cheek, earning his sweet smile.

As the party died down, everyone moved to the parlour. I settled with Aaron on the floor while Natasha seductively perched on Harry's lap on the sofa. Soon everyone was laughing, joking, drinking and sharing stories. I rested my head on Aaron's shoulder. He carefully placed his hand on my knee. I saw Harry shift uncomfortably.

Suddenly we all heard, "Truth or Dare!"

We whipped around to see Niall, one of Harry's best mates, standing in the hallway with bottle of bourbon. We all laughed.

"No way!" Harry laughed back, "Just sit down!" he said as he made room on the sofa.

"C'mon!" Niall yelped, obviously tipsy, "It will be fun!"

"No," I said, "Lets just—" I started, but Natasha interrupted me.

"I'd be down," she said as she flipped her hair to one side, effectively seducing every guy in the room. They all shifted uncomfortably and began to try and rally the women. Pretty soon, the tide turned, a round of glasses were filled with bourbon and we started.

"I'll start!" Natasha smiled. "Niall, truth or dare?"

"Truth," he grinned. Everyone booed.

"Okay! OK," Natasha laughed. Her eyes narrowed as she thought of the perfect question. "Have you ever masturbated to a cartoon?"

"Absolutely," Niall responded without missing a beat, "Jasmine single handedly started my adolescent sexual awakening." Everyone laughed and drank. As more questions and dares were thrown people began to get more and more comfortable. After laughing uncontrollably at someone's embarrassing story, I finally had the gauntlet thrown at me.

"Truth or dare?" Niall asked with a shit-faced grin.

"Dare," I replied, a little too confident.

"Kiss Harry," he replied. My stomach flipped.

"I don't think—" I started.

"Sorry, no roommate incest Niall," Harry finished for me.

"C'mon," Niall said. I looked at Aaron, his face was blank.

"Nooooo," I whispered as I buried myself in my drink.

"You heard the lady," Harry insisted.

"Okay then," Niall mumbled, "Kiss me," he said and smiled. I laughed nervously and looked at Aaron. He turned away from me and I averted my eyes to look at Harry. He had a glint of mischief in his eye.

"You got it," Harry said. And before anyone could say anything Harry hopped off the sofa, wrapped his hand around the nape of Niall's neck and kissed him deeply.

Niall jumped in surprise but quickly relaxed into the kiss and responded enthusiastically. Harry seemed to be good at dominating just about anyone. He carefully cradled Niall's face and eased him out of the kiss. Everyone in the room howled.

"Mate," Niall breathed.

"What?" Harry smirked.

"What...what did...you do with your tongue?" he whispered, still dazed. I blushed, knowing exactly what he did with his tongue. Harry's face broke into a wider smirk as he moved back to Natasha.

Of course after that, all the dares had a distinctly sexual bent. As lurid promises were made and couples retreated into dark corners, I felt Aaron begin to pull away from me. I looked at him. He looked uncomfortable. I began to shift and lead us to a graceful exit when I heard.

"Harry! I dare you to spend seven minutes in heaven with your girlfriend!" The dare was thrown by one of Harry's friends. Natasha giggled. Involuntarily, I looked back over my shoulder at Harry. He was looking right back at me, expectantly. He was waiting and watching to see if I would bristle. I rolled my eyes, grabbed Aaron's hand and began to leave. Just as I got up I heard, "And your flatmate!"

"Oh no, we are heading out," I mumbled, deeply uncomfortable, "It was great to meet—" I started.

"Don't be a party pooper," Natasha said. I fumbled with a response. She glared and quickly grabbed my wrist. She yanked me away from Aaron, then reached back and grabbed Harry by the belt and dragged us both towards Harry's room. I tried to signal to Aaron over my shoulder, to tell him not to worry. To try and comfort him, but before I could see his reaction, the door was slammed in my face me.

Natasha threw both of us into Harry's room and shut the door shut behind us. Harry settled on the bed. I, awkwardly, leant against the wall. The tension could be cut with a knife.

"I love it when I get the chance to say this, but, ladies there is more than enough of me to go around," Harry started. His laugh was met with silence.

"She knows," I breathed.

"Yeah, it was pretty fucking obvious," Natasha spat.

"Well, this is not how I imagined this would go," Harry mumbled.

"Seriously?" Natasha asked, her eyes narrowing on Harry. He shrugged. "So now that everything is out in the open, why don't we get Aaron in here—" Natasha said.

"No!" Harry and I both yelped in unison.

"Oh? Why not?" she cooed, happy with her power.

"I haven't told him yet," I whispered.

"No moment like the present," she replied as she reached for the door. I ran in front of her.

"No, I have to be the one to tell him," I insisted.

"Will you tell him?" she asked.

"Yes," I said.

"You promise?" she asked as she searched my eyes.

"Yes," I said back, nearly pleading for mercy.

"Oh..." she breathed. Her mind seemed to be going to a million places as she stared into me. "Fuck! Vivian! Just fuuuck," she groaned as she backed away and beat the air with her fists. "It's not like you to lie! I'm the one who lies. I'm the one who has affairs and comes to you to fix it. You're the one who reminds me to look at my life and look at my choices. We can't both be the messy one."

"I know. I know," I mumbled as I sat down on the bed next to Harry.

"What are you doing?" she asked as she reached out, as if she was going to shake me to my senses. I looked back at her and my face sank. Her gaze on me was somewhat sympathetic. "Don't get me wrong, I'm still mad at you," she said, "In fact, I'm pissed. But, right now you need someone to talk some sense into you and it looks like its going to have to be me. So...fine...lets do a role reversal." She sat down between Harry and I on the bed, grabbed my shoulders and faced me. "OK, Vivian, I need you to look at your life and look at your choices."

The look in her eyes stunned me. She was using every cell in her body to wake me up. To shake me to my senses. It looked like she was about to cry. My eyes began to tear up.

"Maybe I should leave," Harry said, noticing the shift in the room.

"Sit!" she barked. He froze. Her eyes dug into me. I began to cry.

"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry," I whispered.

"That's right girl, let it out," she said, putting her arm around me.

"I don't know what I was thinking. I'm an awful person," I cried.

"You're not an awful person," she said as she held me, "You're being a lying bitch right now. You're being a lying, heinous bitch, but you're not awful, you're human, which means you get to make mistakes."

"Okay," I whimpered.

"Has he made you cry?" She asked, suddenly protective of me. I nodded.

"Maybe," I whispered.

"Good," she nodded. Then she turned and punched Harry in the shoulder. "Don't you ever do that again, twat, or you will have me to answer to. Understood?"

"Understood," he said, holding his hands up, asking for mercy.

"Also, I hope this goes without saying, but, fuck you," she snapped in his face, "Good luck ever getting a girl like me again. Arsehole."

"Also understood," he mumbled.

"Now, you," she said as she turned back to me, "when you're sober, tell your boyfriend the truth but don't go into details, no guy even needs to know the details. Then, give him time. Got it?"

"Yes," I nodded.

"It's gonna suck," she admitted, "but, I know you Vivian. You can't live with a secret like that in your heart. Not if you really care about Aaron."

"I know," I admitted.

"Good," she smiled. "Don't ever make me do that again!" she groaned as she got off the bed and opened the door.

As the three of us made our way back to the living room, everyone could tell that nothing fun happened. A few guys ragged on Harry for not being able to make anything happen, but it was clear that he was not in the mood. Natasha buried herself in her phone and began to make her exit. I searched for Aaron. He had retreated to the kitchen. He looked livid.

"Aaron!" I yelled. He just shot me a look and made his way to the door. "Wait!" He ignored me and left. I followed him, nearly running to keep up with him. "Nothing happened!" I cried, following him down the stairs in a chase as he burst through the front door. "Aaron! Wait!" I yelled again.

After I had followed him half way down the next street, he finally turned to face me. "You know what Vivian?" he started, "I had a lot of time to think while you were doing whatever the fuck you were doing in there and...do you think I'm an idiot?"

"Of course not!"

"Because I must be if I couldn't see it before. But tonight it was so fucking obvious..." he rambled.

"What's going on Aaron?" I asked, worried. I'd never seen him this angry before.

"I think I'm the one who needs to be asking that question," he spat.

"What?"

"I should've known by the way he was touching you at the club, but there was just something about the way he was looking at you tonight, it made something click and it all made sense. What's going on with you and Harry, Viv?" he asked.

My eyes shot wide open and my heart stopped. "What?" I squeaked, barely able to force my voice above a whisper.

"Is there anything going on between you and Harry?" he repeated, refusing to let me off the hook.

"No," I breathed.

"Ever?!" he barked.

"What?" I asked, stunned.

"Has anything ever happened between you and Harry?"

I was shocked by his directness. Before I could think, I responded. "Yes."

The moment I said it I wanted to take it back. I clasped my hands over my mouth. I looked at Aaron, terrified. He froze.

"What?" he asked, "I can't believe—"

"Not anymore, its done!" I blurted out. Aaron began to pace.

"When?"

"Aaron—" I mumbled, trying to backtrack.

"What did you do?" He stared me down.

"What do you mean?" I asked, trying to avoid the question.

"With him!" he shouted, "What did you do with him?!" I froze, suddenly scared of how intimidating he looked. Seeing the fear in my eyes, he backed off. "With a guy like that, I can only imagine," he mumbled.

"Aaron?"

"I trusted you," he spat as he started to move towards the street, trying to hail a taxi.

"I'm sorry. Please Aaron," I begged but he ignored me. "Aaron!" I cried and wrapped myself around him, feeling his body tense, "It's over I swear!" I wept into his sleeve.

"Oh really?" His eyes were cold as he looked down at me.

"I swear," I cried. He turned his body to face mine and took my face in his hands.

"Get away from him," he ordered.

"What?"

"Get away from him or we're done," he said, grabbing my chin so I couldn't turn away or avoid him.

"I live with him," I whispered.

"Then move."

I pushed myself out of his grasp. "Unlike you, I don't have the disposable income to just up and move whenever I feel like it!"

A taxi finally pulled up to him on the street. He looked over his shoulder as he got in.

"You can stay with me if you need to. Just get away from him!" He slammed the door after him and the taxi sped away.

I watched him leave, my heart sinking into my stomach. It was clear what I had to do.
