Now back to the story:

Gabriel watched with twisted glee as the newest alternates started to walk up and ask questions. Typical. Humans always asked questions about things that they don't understand. Questions that would lead most to the paths of great evil if not careful..not like it mattered to them. They just wanted to destroy this inferior humanity in order to take over this planet. Aside from them was the Intruder and N...both of whom kept watch on the newbies and were waiting to teach them the ropes.

The boy has yet to awaken.

Gabriel said softly. The Intruder looked at them, but never said anything since they were in their first form. In their second, they could speak, but wanted to use it help drive mortals to M.A.D.

The boy is much younger than those two men trapped in the cell with him. So it may take longer to wake up.

N said after a while. The humans were still unaware of their existence in a majority of the areas in the world. Never knowing the true story of between Gabriel and Joseph before the creation of Christianity. However, that would soon change with the help of the boy that Intruder saved from those so called family. 

I see. I often forgot that younger humans required much more care than adults. Even so, his origins has shown that humanity is deeply flawed. 

The Intruder has written Gabriel about how they found the boy in the backyard. 

Cold.

Alone.

Frightened. 

The list goes on, but their heart held no pity for the boy. No, pity is a human emotion that they never understood. Why try to understand something that holds no value to alternates anyway? The boy was just the catalyst to help turn the false true ultimate predators back to what they truly are...prey. Prey to turn against one's self after listening to the words of which ever alternate was lucky enough to catch them off guard. Oh, how lucky to hear the humans go insane after learning a truth about something that changes everything that they know. It was a great time until those mortals tried to fight back with limited success. 

We managed to capture the boy, but what is next?

N asked since Gabriel has kept silent about the plans after capturing a young human. Gabriel slowly turned their head towards N and said....

Why, we can finally complete my main objective of course. It has been centuries since I first revealed myself to humans. However, I clearly underestimated how they could adapt to any situation. Now with the boy...we may have a chance to finally complete our goal.

Gabriel's explanation would've sent shivers through any humans that would've heard it. While it just got the alternates excited for the new age to come in the following months. Meanwhile, Lincoln's family were still looking for their missing brother...however their moods were soured by the complaining from Lori.

"Are we done yet?" Lori asked. The question only served to irritate the rest of the family more.

"No, we're not done Lori. We need to find Lincoln." Leni snapped back at her. Just then, the parents looked at the time and started to ask when they were going back. Luan looked at them with suspicion since they may have some unknown motive behind going home.

"Parental units, did you steal those drugs from my lab to give to second sister unit?" Lisa asked which shocked them while leaving her sisters confused.

"W...What are you talking about? Why would we steal anything from you sweetie?" Rita asked. Lisa glared at her parental units since she had footage of them sneaking into her room and taking those drugs.

"Don't try to lie. I have footage of you taking them despite the fact that I told you that we shouldn't continue giving her those drugs." Lisa said.

"What drugs? What have you been doing to our sister?" Luna asked.

"Sigh...When my intelligence was noticed by our parental units...they came to me for help with a problem. Apparently, they didn't want our second sister unit to become intelligent. Mainly cause it would disturb the order of the family." Lisa said.

"Lisa...How dare y..." Rita started to say before Lisa glared at her.

"Don't you dare try to scold me about revealing the truth! I admit at the time, I barely understood why family was important but as time went on....I realized that without them I wouldn't be the person that I am today. I told you to stop giving her the drugs yet you decided to steal from me and give it to her anyway." Lisa said.

"Listen..." Lynn Senior said before Luan stopped him.

"Save your excuses. You have managed to disappointment us more than we ever could've thought today. You decided to do all of this to keep the order of this family, but what good is order if you wouldn't let us express ourselves." Luan said.

"Come on, Luan...Mom and Dad were just trying to..." Lynn Junior tried to say before Lola interrupted it.

"Sigh...Stop. Just stop. You guys need to realize that your actions have hurt us and Lincoln. You're hurting everyone and you're too blind to see it. Look, you need to do some self reflection and maybe we can salvage this family...however you should know that I plan to tell Pop Pop about everything." Lola said.

"Why tell him? He doesn't have anything to do with this?" Lynn Senior asked.

"We need to tell him cause he is Lincoln's grandfather and has a right to know what happened. If you still value our family then don't try to stop us. Cause at this point...our family bonds may have been broken by your selfish actions." Lola said. The group of four stayed silent as the group continued to look around.

This wasn't a great day for the Louds. Though at this time, they didn't know that things could become much worse.
