"How about a virtual date?"

I ran as fast as my feet could carry me. The doctors said my sister was due for the end of this month, which is like 20 more days. But it seemed like it's time.

When I saw her, she was on her bed and screaming. I didn't know what to do. My brain suddenly lost it's duty. I was unable to think. I heard the doorbell and went to open it. It was Adhi.

I told him about Rinnu, my sister and he told me to call my mother and inform her that we're taking her to a hospital.

My sister delivered a boy after going through 8 hours of labour pain! Adhiraj stayed with me and my mom the whole time.

He left after a couple of hours after my nephew was born.

I called him the next day and apologized for the date. I also told him I cannot meet him today since there wasn't anyone at home. Mumma decided to stay back with didi (sister) and my nephew.

He said "I totally understand. Just take care and enjoy okay."

"Yes Adhi I will. Thanks and I love you"

"I love you too baby. Oh and please don't cry like yesterday. Won't lie, but you looked cute." He said making me blush a little.

"Shut up Adhi. It's the first time I held my nephew in my hands. Got a little emotional."

"It's okay. Anyways how about a virtual date?" He asked.

"What?" I honestly had no clue about what he was talking.

"Both of us have snapchat. Let's snap each other"

"We do this everyday Adhi" I said.

"Yes. But let's dress up like a date day. And let's do everything together today."

"You mean like eating food at the same time? And snap about it?"

"No. I mean like eating the same kind of food too." 

We snapped each other like a thousand pictures today. And we even video called through messenger. We made sure to thank the person who invented internet.
