I wake up and I'm not tied to the bed. But I still have the stupid cuff on. Maybe I can leave the room since I'm not tied? I get up and open the door. Cautiously I put my leg out of the door frame. No pain. I then step down and stand outside the door. Suddenly pain is shooting up my leg. I jump back in the room while screaming "Ahhhhh shoot nuggets! That freaking hurts!"

After I have gotten back into the room, I collapse on the bed. That hurtttttt. I hear footsteps.

"Princess? You ok?"

"No. I got freaking electrocuted. Do you think I'm ok!"

"Your cries told me you weren't but I wanted to know what you would say. Would you like to come down stairs?"

"No dip Sherlock."

"Mmhm. I'm taking the cuff off and you can shower. But I'm putting it back on when you are done. Don't get any ideas."

Jay comes over and takes the cuff off with a code. He makes sure I can't see it though. Darn him and his smartness. I take a shower quickly and change into jeans and a blue tank with galaxy vans. Pulling my hair in to a high pony tail. When I walk out of the bathroom Jay is sitting on the bed. I jump when I see him because I didn't know he was there.

"Ankle." He stated. Sighing I lift my foot for him to put it on. It clicks on with a snap. After making sure it won't come off, he takes my hand and leads me down stairs.

"Hazel. How does the cuff work?"

"Trevor shut the heck up. The shocky thingy hurts like crap, so if you ever want to try it out, you are more than welcome."

"Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Jay does she need food? Cause maybe she just isn't a morning person and AHHHHHHH"

He screams as I jump him. I start smacking his head really hard until I'm pulled off by Jay.

"Hazel! No attacking! Go eat or whatever helps you calm down. Next time I'll shock you." He smirks as he says the last part. He is enjoying this way too much. I go make some coffee and a bagel. I sneak past them and go to my room. I put my earbuds in and listen to music. Music calms me down and I need to convince Jay to let me go a couple of places with him. After I'm done eating I go back downstairs. Where are the jerks?

"Jay! Trevor! Where are you?"

I hear a boom and they both run into the room.

"Where were we?! Where were you?! I thought you ran away!"

"I was in my room. Sorry?"

Jay mumbles something that I don't catch but he then says more clearly "you are staying by my side at all times. Only if I say you can go leave, you may leave. I mean it Hazel."

"Does that mean I can take the dumb cuff off?"

"Hell no. Wouldn't want you to run away would we?"

Crap.

"Can we go to the store? It's boring here. Or can we get my phone and laptop?"

"Maybe later and no."

"Why not?!" Cause you would tell someone where you are and I would have to explain why you thought you were kidnapped when you really weren't with some story and keep people away from you all at the same time."

Well he has this all planned out doesn't he?

"Jerks" with that I walk away.

"What did I do?" I hear Trevor mumbling.

"Hazel! Can't leave my side remember?"

Dang it

"Can't leave my side remember?" I repeat in a high pitched teasing voice.

I then sit on the couch taking up the entire thing.

One hour later we are still sitting there watching tv.

"Boysssssssssssssss."

"What" they both say.

"I'm boreddddddd."

"I'm sorry."

"Let's play hide and seek!!! Please! I love that game! Not it!"

They share a look. They are probably thinking I'm a little kid which I am but seriously who doesn't love that game?!

"Trevor you be it. Count to 50. And go!"

Jay says as he takes my hand and drags me away.

"Where are we going?" I whisper shout.

"To hide! I know a really good place."

"Ok?"

We go in our room. Wouldn't he look here first? Then I see Jay is getting his phone and keys.

"We are going to get to the garage and drive away. But the garage is far away from here so we have to be careful. Ready?" I nod eagerly. I've always been good at moving around when we play this.

We slowly open the door and hear Trevor yelling "ready or not here I come!" I lead the way to the stairs. He is going to the kitchen first. Then the dinning room and mud room hopefully. We go downstairs carefully. I turn a corner to peak into the kitchen and see him looking cupboards. Motioning Jay to move on we start moving. Trevor is going the opposite way now. We sprint down the hall until we hear him coming this way. Diving into the nearest room we hide behind the door. We went into a laundry room. Looking through the crack I see Trevor going upstairs.

"How much further?" I ask Jay

"Like 5 doors down. Let's go!" Jay says back. I nod and we creep out. Jogging to the door I almost fell but Jay caught me. "Thanks" I mumble. He nods back. We made it! And woahhhhh so many cars!

"Which one princess? Anything red or blue and that orange sports car is mine to use."

That's a lotta cars

I point to a red pick up truck and he nods. "Nice choice. Put these on."

He hands me a pair of sunglasses. If all I have to do is wear these to go out, I'm completely fine. Jay pulls out and we drive for a while just listening to music.
Then we pull in to Dairy Queen! YAS! I smile at Jay and he smiles back. Let's just say I have a addiction to ice cream. We pull up and he asked what I want.

"Uhm. I like everything. A brownie batter blizzard. Please."

He nods and orders my blizzard and his milk shake. I squeal with joy as I get my Ice Cream. It taste so freaking good.

"Thank you Jay!"

"Welcome Hazel."

We go to a drive in movie theater next. We watch a movie and that's when Jay gets a call. He puts it on speaker

"Where are you guys?! I've been looking for two hours! Two flipping hours!"

"Took you long enough Trevs. We are currently in a car."

"Trevs. Hm. Alright then. Wait a car? Jay? Your there right? You wouldn't leave her alone."

He laughs "yea man I'm here. It's just funny to have Hazel burn you. Talk to you later dude."

With that he hangs up and we laugh. Today has been good.
