Episode 3
"Last time on Total Drama Minecraft Returns, the mobs played dodgeball! Some were happy about this, some were not. Tic Tac refused to do anything because it would mess up her makeup. In the end, it was a tie between the two teams, and Tac and Colton were the only two left. Clumsy Colton managed to hit Princess Starbucks with a ball, and the Killer Creepers lost. Evidently, Tic Tac was eliminated. What do I have in store for the mobs today? Find out right now, on Total Drama Minecraft Returns!" Herobrine said.

Killer Creepers (10): Ory, Wooly, Cluck, Ech, Stella, Wilbur, Sherry, Cean, Jack, Pola
Screaming Zombies (9): Jamey, Kain, Moolissa, Jesse, Chloe, Haylee, Cocoa, Colton, Lloyd

It was early morning on the island.
Kain was already up. He sat in his bed, thinking.
Lloyd was snoring as he slept, but the guys didn't mind, unlike a particular Blaze we know.
Jesse, Colton, and Cocoa were all still asleep, silent.
~~~
Kain's Confessional (SZ)
"I hope I make it farther this season. I just gotta stay focused, and not get distracted by Chloe again."
~~~
KC
The guys were still peacefully sleeping in their cabin.
Suddenly, the door slammed open, and Jack lurched up with a snort.
"What?! Who?!" Jack yelled, waking the others up.
Cean was in the doorway, looking around with wide eyes. "Sorry, I thought you guys would be awake by now."
Wooly moaned and fell back into his pillow. Wilbur mumbled something about pigs and sleep and put his head back down. Ech just blinked a few times.
"It's like seven in the morning," Jack growled at the squid.
"I said I'm sorry. I was going for a swim and lost track of time, and figured you guys would be awake," Cean said.
"Well, we weren't," Jack replied, and he laid back down.
~~~
Cean's Confessional (KC)
"Great, now he hates me even more."
Jack's Confessional (KC)
"I. Hate. That. Squid."
"Rise and shine!" Haylee shouted in Jamey's ear.
Jamey jolted up and glared at the horse. "Why did you wake me up?"
"Cuz I'm lonely!" Haylee replied. "We should talk about girl stuff!"
"I need my beauty sleep," Moolissa murmured with her face in her pillow.
"That's fine! It can just be the three of us!" Haylee exclaimed.
Chloe turned in her bed so she was facing the other way.
"The two of us!" Haylee corrected herself.
"Go away," Jamey growled at Haylee.
Haylee's face fell. "Fine. I tried to be nice. But you just make things difficult."
With that, Haylee stormed out of the cabin.
Jamey rolled her eyes.
Haylee's Confessional (SZ)
"What is wrong with that skeleton horse? Someone has their bones in a twist."
Jamey's Confessional (SZ)
"Guess who just climbed their way to the top of my 'to-eliminate' list?"
The girls were sleeping peacefully in their cabin.
Suddenly, a loud ringing noise went off, and all the girls were rudely awaken.
"What is that?!" Ory asked.
Sherry turned and shut off the alarm. "It's just my reminder to put Wooly's ointment on." She stood up and started getting stuff out.
"Can't your child put it on by itself?" Cluck asked. "I'm sure the child doesn't want to be made uncomfortable by its parent's gender roles."
"That made zero sense," Stella pointed out.
"Woolington needs his ointment! Otherwise he gets a rash!" Sherry exclaimed. She took the ointment and left the room.
The girls tried to go back to sle--
"Hey! Narrator! Did you just call me a girl?!" Cluck yelled.
Yeah, but--
"Everyone is assuming my gender! I haven't met a single mob on this show who has called me by the proper pronouns!" Cluck shouted.
It's easier to just say 'the girls' than to say 'the girls and Cluck'.
"Well I'm going to..." Cluck rambled on for awhile longer. The girls couldn't get back to sleep.
~~~
Cluck's Confessional (KC)
"Even the narrator does it! I swear, I should sue everyone here!"
~~~
Pola's Confessional (KC)
"Notch, Cluck is annoying. But it's not like I can do anything about it..."
~~~
"Challenge time!" Herobrine announced. He snapped his fingers, and the nineteen remaining mobs appeared in front of him.
"Whatcha' got for us today, Hero?!" Haylee asked.
"Don't call me Hero," Herobrine replied. "Anyway, today's challenge is a ten stage obstacle course!"
"Ten stages? That's a lot, man," Lloyd said.
"Yeah, why are you making us do all that?" Wooly complained.
"Guys, he never said how long the stages are. Maybe they're really short," Ory said.
"Maybe if you would all shut up I could explain!" Herobrine shouted. The mobs shut up. "Thank you.
"This is a relay race. Each of you will take a stage of the obstacle course, but you may not begin it until the person behind you tags you. The first team to have their last person finish wins the challenge, and the other team will be sending someone home," Herobrine explained. "Any questions?"
"Our team only has nine mobs," Kain spoke up. "What do we do for the tenth stage?"
"One of you will have to go twice," Herobrine replied. "Whoever goes first will then move to the end and finish off for your team."
Kain nodded. "I'll do it."
Nobody objected to that.
"You are not allowed to see the obstacle course yet, but you may decide what order your teammates go in. Everyone must take one stage, except for Kain, who gets two. You have five minutes to decide. Go!" Herobrine announced.
~~~
Kain's Confessional (SZ)
"I don't like bragging or anything, but I'm easily the most athletic player on our team. So it makes sense for me to go first and last."
~~~
KC
"I call going first," Jack said immediately.
"Hold on, let's be rational about this," Ory replied.
"Yeah! Don't wanna be too irrational!" Wilbur exclaimed.
"Was there a pun in there somewhere?" Cean asked. "Because you stressed the last word of your sentence."
Wilbur shrugged. "Sometimes I just say things and hope they make jokes."
"Hey! Stop talking to my sidekick, squid!" Jack yelled.
"I'm your sidekick?" Wilbur asked at the same time Cean asked "Why?"
"Because we're trying to figure out the order here," Ory answered for Jack.
"My son will take the least dangerous stage," Sherry spoke up.
"Mom, we don't know what each stage has," Wooly replied.
"Well then, we'll wait until we do," Sherry said with a huff.
"That's not allowed, lady," Jack scoffed.
"Did you just assume their gender?!" Cluck yelled.
Jack sighed.
"Can we please decide the order?" Ory asked.
"Alright, fine," Jack said. "I'll go first, Wilbur will go second, sheep third, Wooly fourth, polar girl fifth, wolf sixth, bunny seventh, chicken eighth, squid ninth...where's the last one?"
Jack had just named the mobs in order around the circle.
"I'm right here," Ech spoke up. He was right next to Jack.
"Oh. Didn't see you. You can go last," Jack said.
Ech nodded.
"But you just randomly decided the order!" Ory pointed out.
"So? We don't know what is at each stage," Jack replied. "We're guessing anyway."
"Fine," Ory mumbled.
***
SZ
"Alright, so I'm first and last," Kain said. "And it doesn't really matter what order the rest of us go in."
"Can I go second?" Moolissa asked. "I don't want to lose for our team and embarrass myself."
"Sure," Kain replied.
Colton's eyes widened. I should go early, too, he thought. He opened his mouth to speak, but Cocoa cut him off.
"I'll go third."
"Okay. Any takers on fourth?" Kain asked.
"I--"
"Wait a minute, who put you in charge, canine?" Jamey interrupted Colton.
Kain shrugged. "Nobody else seemed to be doing it."
"We will," Jesse replied. "I am going fourth!"
"And I will go fifth," Jamey added.
"Okay..." Kain replied. When the two horses still didn't say anything, he asked "Sixth?"
"Can--" Colton started.
"I'll do it!" Haylee interrupted with excitement.
"Seventh?" Kain asked.
"Might as well," Lloyd said before Colton could say anything.
"Eighth?"
Colton sighed. There went his chances of being early. "I guess I'll go."
"Alright. Chloe, that leaves you for ninth," Kain said.
Chloe nodded.
"And I'm last," Kain reiterated. "We got this."
"Five minutes are up!" Herobrine announced. "It's time to begin!"
***
Each mob appeared on a separate, elevated wooden platform, between stages of the parkour. Each platform had a ladder, so if they messed up their stage, they could start it over again. There were several different obstacles for each stage.
The first stage consisted of five separate blocks of iron, placed randomly between the two elevated wooden platforms in a parkour course. Jack and Kain stood on the platform before it, ready to begin.
Wilbur and Moolissa stood on the platform after it. In front of them was a tank of water they would have to swim across.
On the next platform stood Sherry and Cocoa. There was a floor of wooden planks between their platform and the next, so it looked like they would just have to run without any obstacles.
Wooly and Jesse were on the next platform. There was sand between their platform and the next, also with no obstacles.
The next platform had Pola and Jamey, and in front of them was a maze of cobwebs.
After the cobwebs was a platform with Stella and Haylee. Pistons in random places were on their sides, randomly activating and deactivating, like the first challenge of TDBT.
Ory and Lloyd stood on the next platform. There was again just a plain wooden floor between the two platforms, looking clear of obstacles.
On the next platform stood Cluck and Colton. In front of them was a tank of lava with a few blocks placed in it in a parkour format.
After the lava tank was Cean and Chloe. Again, there was a wooden floor between the next two platforms, empty of obstacles.
The next platform only had Ech on it, because Kain would join him after completing the first stage. Between that platform and the last platform was a single hanging vine. They would have to swing on it to get across.
"Whoever gets to the final platform first wins for their team," Herobrine said as he appeared. "The other team will be sending someone home. Is everyone ready?"
"No," Colton mumbled to himself.
"Ready, set, go!" Herobrine announced.
***
Kain and Jack tried starting the parkour at the same time. They both landed on the first iron block, but because it was only one block and both of them were trying to stand on it, they both fell off.
"Great start!" Herobrine announced with a laugh.
"Idiot!" Jack yelled. Kain ignored him and raced to the ladder first.
Kain jumped to the first iron block of the parkour easily, since Jack was behind him. He then jumped to the next block, and the next, and the next, and the next, and landed on the next platform gracefully.
***
KC
Meanwhile, Jack was going slower. He made it to the third iron block, but didn't make the jump to the fourth one. He grumbled and went back to the beginning.
***
SZ
"Wow, you're good," Moolissa breathed in awe as Kain tagged her.
The wolf nodded. "Go before they catch up to you!" He then disappeared as Herobrine teleported him to the last platform.
Moolissa jumped into the water and started paddling her way across the tank.
"What a splash!" Wilbur chuckled as he waited for Jack to tag him.
Moolissa was a pretty slow swimmer, since she was a mooshroom. "Why couldn't we have chosen Cean for this stage?" she muttered as she paddled.
***
KC
Meanwhile, Jack was trying the parkour again. He was on the fourth iron block, about to jump to the fifth.
"Don't mess up!" Wilbur called.
"Wilbur, I swear," Jack shouted. He jumped to the final iron block. Now he would just have to jump to the platform.
"Toucan do it!" Wilbur exclaimed.
"What's a toucan?" Jack asked.
"Pretty sure we did that joke last season, bud," Wilbur replied.
"You're the one telling the lame jokes!" Jack yelled.
"Yes, but I'm not trying to add humor by breaking the fourth wall," Wilbur said wisely.
"That's it!" Jack shouted. He leapt for Wilbur and tackled him into the tank of water.
***
SZ
Meanwhile, Moolissa had made it to the other side of the tank of water. She climbed onto the next platform and tagged Cocoa.
"Great job, babe!" Cocoa said, kissing her on the cheek. Moolissa was out of breath, so she just smiled and collapsed.
***
KC
Jack was trying to pummel Wilbur at the bottom of the tank, but since they were underwater, he couldn't really do anything.
***
SZ
"Now, what do I do here?" Cocoa asked, looking at the empty wooden floor before him. Sherry shrugged, waiting for Wilbur to tag her.
Cocoa cautiously took one step forward. Nothing happened. He shrugged and started to jog across.
Suddenly, arrows started shooting from seemingly out of nowhere. Dozens of arrows were flying at the same time. Cocoa yelped and started hopping and dodging and running. That didn't work.
He was hit by several arrows, and eventually died.
Cocoa reappeared on his platform, and the arrows stopped flying. He would have to try again.
***
KC
Meanwhile, Jack and Wilbur surfaced in the tank of water.
"You're gonna make us lose," Wilbur gasped.
Jack glared at him, but let him go. Wilbur started to swim over to the platform.
***
SZ
Cocoa sprinted as fast as he could across the wooden floor. He was hit by a few arrows, but he made it to the other platform. He tagged Jesse.
***
KC
Wilbur had made it to the platform and tagged Sherry. He then collapsed, gasping for breath.
Sherry inhaled sharply. "This is going to hurt."
She then ran as fast as she could--which wasn't very fast--across the wooden floor. She was hit by a lot of arrows, but she managed to stumble onto the next platform.
***
SZ
As Sherry was doing that, Jesse had sprinted across the sand floor, which did just as he predicted. The sand fell as he ran across it. On his first try, he fell with the sand, so he had to climb back up. He climbed back up at the same time Sherry tagged Wooly.
***
KC
Wooly was about to run, but Sherry stopped him.
"Be very careful," she said almost deliriously, because there were twenty arrows sticking out of her. "This island is dangerous."
Sherry then collapsed. Wooly rolled his eyes and ran across the sand floor, which had regenerated after Jesse fell.
***
SZ
"Impossible," Jesse said as Wooly easily made it to the other side. "That kid has skills."
***
KC
Wooly tagged Pola. "You got this," he said.
Pola just nodded and started to make her way through the cobweb course. Polar bears were pretty large, so she was having difficulty, getting stuck every five blocks or so.
***
SZ
Meanwhile, Jesse managed to make it across the falling sand floor on his second try. He tagged Jamey.
"Surely you will win this stage," he said.
"Of course," Jamey replied with a chuckle. "How could I lose to a big bear?"
***
KC
Pola flushed at that statement, but she didn't say anything. She continued through the stage, getting stuck often.
***
SZ
Jamey began the stage, getting stuck occasionally, but not nearly as much as Pola. The skeleton horse soon surpassed the polar bear, and Jamey arrived at the next platform.
"Howdy!" Haylee greeted as Jamey tagged her.
"Go," Jamey ordered.
"Well you don't have to be rude about it," Haylee muttered. She turned to the wooden floor full of sideways pistons that were activating randomly. She charged into it.
***
KC
Pola was almost at the next platform, but she was still stuck in a lot of cobwebs.
"You can do it, Pola!" Stella exclaimed from the next platform. "Just wiggle your way out of it!"
Pola didn't try to wiggle her way out of it, because that would be embarrassing. She just continued pushing forward, ever so slowly.
***
SZ
Haylee was pushed by a piston, and that piston pushed her into another piston. She managed to steady herself, and dove out of the way of another piston.
"Jeez, this is hard!" Haylee exclaimed. She was immediately hit by another piston.
***
KC
Pola arrived at the platform. She tagged Stella without making eye contact.
"You did great, Pola," Stella said. She then turned and ran into the piston stage.
***
SZ
"Owie!" Haylee yelped as another piston shoved her. She was almost at the next platform, but she was spinning in circles.
***
KC
Stella was much better at the stage. She was patient, waiting for one piston to deactivate to get past it while simultaneously dodging other pistons. She was still far behind Haylee, though, and the horse managed to finish before her.
***
SZ
"Your turn!" Haylee exclaimed to Lloyd as she tagged him.
"Alriiiiight," Lloyd replied. He turned to the empty wooden floor before him. "This looks easy, dude."
He started to leisurely walk across the floor. Immediately, an anvil fell on his head.
Lloyd reappeared back at his platform. He looked extremely confused.
"Oh my Notch, are you okay?" Ory, who was waiting for Stella to tag her, asked. "That looked like it hurt."
"Nah, it's cool, bro," Lloyd replied. "Let's try this again."
He casually stepped forward again. An anvil casually fell on his head again.
Lloyd reappeared on the platform. "Huh. This stage isn't possible."
"I'm pretty sure it is," Ory replied. "You just gotta run."
"Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh, but that involves, like, work," Lloyd complained.
"Fine," Ory replied. "Don't do the stage. Let my team win."
"You know what?" Lloyd asked. "I think I will." He sat down defiantly.
***
KC
Ory shrugged as Stella arrived at the platform. She tagged her, and Ory immediately raced across the floor. An anvil fell for every block she crossed, but she was fast enough to avoid them all. She made it to the next platform.
***
SZ
"Lloyd!" called a voice from somewhere far ahead. "If you don't do the stage, you're getting voted off!"
Kain was the one who had yelled that. Lloyd groaned again. "Fine." He ran across the floor, anvils chasing him.
***
KC
Ory tagged Cluck. "Don't touch me," the chicken said.
"Sorry," Ory muttered.
Cluck hopped to the first block in the lava. "This is prejudiced against nonbinary mobs."
***
SZ
Lloyd arrived at the platform and tagged Colton. "You got this, dude," the llama said.
Colton gulped at the lava parkour course in front of him.
***
KC
"I mean, why give the lava stage to the nonbinary mob?" Cluck asked as she jumped to the next block in the lava. "It's like they're trying to kill me! I be it's because they don't like that I don't identify like them!"
***
SZ
Colton tried hopping to the block behind Cluck, but slipped and fell into the lava. He reappeared on the platform.
***
KC
"Maybe this was planned. Maybe this is rigged! Maybe that mule is the only other nonbinary on this show, and Herobrine put us both in the lava stage to get rid of us!" Cluck ranted as she jumped to the next block in the lava.
***
SZ
Colton tried again, this time making it to the first block. He tried jumping to the second, but failed.
***
KC
"Maybe this lava has poison in it that will force me to revert to identifying as a female!" Cluck blanched at that idea. "If so, the mule is long gone. Back to being cis scum." She jumped to the next block.
***
SZ
Colton made it to the first and second block, but missed the third jump. He had to start over once again.
***
KC
"So yes, this challenge is biased to cis genders," Cluck ranted. "And I intend to do something about it. We will start protests! We will roam the streets and block traffic to spread our cause! Impeach Herobrine for violating our rights! #NotMyHost!"
She jumped to the next platform. Cean was staring at her, wide-eyed. He had heard her entire rant.
She tagged the squid. "Care to join the movement?"
Cean turned and hopped away from her and into the next stage, which was yet another empty wooden floor.
***
SZ
Meanwhile, Colton was on the final block in the lava parkour. He just had to make it to the platform.
He jumped.
He missed.
Colton had to start his stage over again.
***
KC
Cean hopped across the empty floor. He made it about five blocks, and nothing happened.
But when he hopped again, he heard glass shattering, and suddenly felt his health draining away quickly.
"Potion!" he yelped. He tried to hop faster, but another potion splashed on him, and he suddenly became very slow.
"Slooooowwwwwwnneeesssssssss!" Cean exclaimed slowly. Now he was poisoned and slow. His health was deteriorating rapidly.
Another potion splashed on the squid, and he instantly died. Cean reappeared on the platform.
"Harming," he muttered to himself. He glanced at Chloe, who was watching timidly, then hopped back onto the floor.
***
SZ
After several more tries, Colton finally made it back to the last block of the lava parkour. Again, he just had to jump to the platform.
"Come on, don't mess it up," he muttered to himself.
Colton prepared himself. Finally, he jumped again.
And he missed again.
***
KC
Cean had been hit with poison again. He hopped as fast as he could, but then more glass shattered. He suddenly couldn't see.
"Blindness!" Cean exclaimed. "I can't see!"
He was hit by two more potions, and died again.
Cean sighed as he reappeared. At least Colton was still behind him. Cean glanced at Ech, waiting patiently at the other end of the floor, then hopped back in.
***
SZ
Colton had fallen into the lava at least five more times. He had made it back to the final block once again. But would he make it this time?
The clumsy mule prepared himself. He took a deep breath, then jumped as far as he could.
He made it.
"Yes!" Colton exclaimed. He tagged Chloe.
Chloe sprinted onto the wooden floor.
***
KC
Cean had been poisoned for the third time, and also had fatigue. He felt extremely exhausted. But he had to get to Ech.
Suddenly, Chloe whizzed by Cean. Potions splashed all around her, but only one hit her. Cean didn't know what it did, but it didn't seem to affect her at all. She sprinted in a straight line and tagged Kain.
Cean hopped as fast as he could. Kain was the last mob for the other team. He still felt exhausted and poisoned, but he had to win.
Suddenly, glass shattered again, and all of Cean's movements slowed down.
"Nooooottttttt sllllloooooowwwwwwnnnnneesssss!" the squid wailed slowly.
Kain leapt to the hanging vine between his platform and the next one. He grabbed onto it with his mouth, swung, and landed on the final platform.
Cean hadn't even made it halfway across the wooden floor.
"The Screaming Zombies win!" Herobrine announced. "For the third challenge in a row! Come on Killer Creepers, step up your game!"
"Hey, their first win didn't actually count," Wooly reminded Herobrine.
"Yeah, yeah, whatever," Herobrine replied. "Killer Creepers, go vote someone off!"
~~~
Cean's Confessional (KC)
"Well then. This isn't gonna end well for me, is it?"
~~~
Wooly's Confessional (KC)
"I mean, us guys agreed on voting off Cluck, but she actually did pretty well on her stage. Cean, on the other hand, didn't."
~~~
Ory's Confessional (KC)
"I don't care how bad Cean did, I need Cluck gone. Her constant complaining is starting to give me negative feelings. And I hate negative feelings."
~~~
Jack's Confessional (KC)
"I was planning on eliminating the squid this challenge anyway. His stupidity is just helping my plan along."
~~~
Pola's Confessional (KC)
"I don't like Cluck. I'm going to vote her off."
~~~
Ech's Confessional (KC)
"Because of Cean, I didn't even get to go. I just sat at the end of the obstacle course and never did anything. Not that anybody would notice me do anything anyway."
~~~
Cluck's Confessional (KC)
"You know who triggers me? The donkey who seems to identify as a cis male. He's getting voted off."
~~~
The ten remaining Killer Creepers sat on logs around the blazing campfire. Herobrine appeared, a tray of nine brown mushrooms in hand.
"If your team doesn't win next challenge, you guys are really bad ," Herobrine pointed out. "Time for another of you to go home. If I call your name and toss you a brown mushroom, you are safe."
"Stella."
"Wooly."
"Ory."
"Wilbur."
"Sherry."
"Ech."
"Pola."
"Jack."
It was down to Cluck and Cean. Cluck glared at everyone. Cean just gulped.
"The last mushroom goes to..."

"Cluck!"
"That's the second time! You cis scum better stop voting for me just because I'm different," Cluck growled.
"Cean, you're going home!" Herobrine announced.
Cean sighed. "Yeah, I kinda figured that would happen."
"See ya later, squid," Jack smirked.
Cean sighed again.
"To the Catapult of Shame!" Herobrine announced.
He and Cean disappeared.
***
They reappeared on the dock. Cean was in the Catapult of Shame.
"You made it so much farther last season," Herobrine pointed out.
"Not really. I've never even been to the merge," the squid sighed.
"Hm. Maybe I'll consider bringing you back later this season," Herobrine replied.
"Really?" Cean asked hopefully.
"No." Herobrine pulled the lever, and Cean was flung into the night.
"What more do I have in store for the mobs? Will Jack and Wilbur return to being friends even after Jack beat Wilbur up? Will Cluck ever stop ranting about her gender? And will Haylee and Jamey end up fighting? Find out next time, on Total Drama Minecraft Returns!" Herobrine said.
