Here it is, chapter 27! Hope you enjoy it! BTW, we're approaching on home stretch.

Hotspur marched down a corridor ( with Ric on his left with the soldiers behind them) with a look of hatred on his face, the blaring yellow alarms amplifying it as he walked.

In the bridge, which was large wide room with viewpoints, a five control panels scattered around by the viewpoint, the two off to the sides having a view-screen above, a Weren crew member at each. They all focused on thier work when the wide doors behind them suddenly opened. "Everybody, up on your feet or we shoot!" Flasheart yelled out as he and the others held out their guns. The crew looked over their shoulders to see what was going on, then widened their eyes in fear and got up on their feet. They all stood at attention and faced them. "Get out." Garth ordered sharply. The crew then ran out of the bridge swiftly. Garth watched them as he moved his body around leftwards at watch the last one out the door, then moved to face forwards again. "Captain, what's the status with the rest of the fleet?" Flasheart asked Garth, looking leftwards at him. "The rest of the captains are on our side, and the fleet is holding position." He then reported to the others. Freddy then walked over towards the control panel at the front. "Ok, we've got to figure out how to shut down those machines." He spoke, glancing briefly at the machines, still where they were, their beams still downwards. Then he suddenly looked properly at Earth as Jai came up him on his left, also looking down, their eyes widening at the sight. The cloud cover of the storms, the continent sized ones, the hurricanes in the tropics, was now stretching all over the Earth, with only bare stretches of the middle of the oceans clearly visible.

"Whoa." Freddy said softly. "Well, I guess this is what we came up here to deal with, in a way." Jai said back before he turned around rightwards and walked back to the others in the centre of the bridge. "This is a warship, can't we just open fire?" Jai asked as he came upon the others. "No, Weren technology prevents us from firing on other Weren craft. So even if the other captains weren't with us, they wouldn't be able to fire on us." Flasheart answered, before he leaned forwards slightly. "Heck, we don't even have a word for mutiny." His whispered, and a moment later massive explosion happened in the bottom of the ship, causing it to jolt and rock momentarily, knocking everybody off their feet, some sparks coming down in areas of the room. The group, minus Freddy (who fell on his back by the viewport), fell forwards onto their stomachs in a circle. "What the hell was that?!" Paul asked the question on everyone's mind at the moment. Cherry and three other armed Weren crew members then ran into the bridge. 

Harry saw in the corner of his eye a flashing light on the console which had a view-screen above to his left, so he got up on his feet and ran over to the console, looking downwards at the light, saw the grey strip with black Weren words on it. Then he looked upwards at the screen, seeing a green glowing box amidst a blue structure, but couldn't understand it. "What does this mean?" Harry asked as he looked over his left shoulder. Cherry ran over as quick as the wind and came upon Harry's left, looking at the panel, then upwards the screen. "We've got a warning on our Orbital Positioning System!" She yelled out as she looked over her left shoulder. "The what?" Sara asked in confusion. "Can we deal with it?" Garth asked, a hint of nervousness in his voice. Cherry looked back at the control panel, seeing a bunch of other flashing lights now, then looked upwards at the view-screen, which showed the green box now red. "No, it's just went out ! And a more systems are also offline, Captain!" She yelled back. "Uh, what do you mean? How bad is it?" Jai asked with worry. "The Orbital Positioning System is the system which helps the navigation computer keep the ship in orbit of a planet. Without it, the ship cannot stay in orbit." Flasheart explained to them. "Meaning?" Sara asked, but kind of expected the answer. "WE'RE HEADING FOR THE EARTH!" Flasheart, Garth and Cherry all yelled out in unison. All the humans eyes widened as that set in. 

Suddenly a feedback sound came over the ships comms for a moment, then Hotspurs voice came over it. "In case you're wondering what happened, it was me, I took out the systems. This is my personal ship after all, I know it like the back of my hand. A simple matter of explosives by the computers. And to, as the Humans say, rub salt into the wound, I alone have the means to disable the machines. Good luck trying to find me. Oh, and I'd think about surviving a, uh, sinking ship." Hotspur voice spoke, then the feedback sound happened for a second. "Estimate impact point and time, Lieutenant." Garth then ordered Cherry, who ran over to the left hand side corner console and pressed a few buttons. "We're in the planets gravitational pull. We're already going down." She spoke before she then looked up at the view-screen, the others doing the same, as a globe of Earth came up, rolled around rapidly for a second then stopped and zoomed in on an area in the South Atlantic Ocean, off the coast of Africa. "That's where we're projected to impact the surface. Estimated time to Re-entry into the planet's atmosphere in 20 minutes. Estimated time to impact from that, 15 minutes." Cherry spoke. Freddy, having got back on up on his feet stared at the others, then looked over his right shoulder at the machines. "We've got to do something about them." He staid, determined. Flasheart heard this and stepped over to Freddy, stood on his left, and looked at the machines. "Captain, abandon ship. Get your crew to the escape pods. The Fangen, my son and I will spacewalk,... and take out the machines." Flasheart ordered with as much authority as he could muster.

"What?!" Paul, Sara, Jai and Harry yelled out in shock as they all gasped, with their eyes and mouths widening. "Yeah, we'll use space suit, and disable those machines!" Freddy exclaimed excitedly, as Garth look at the rest of the Weren crew then looked ahead of himself. "You heard Flasheart. Get yourselves to the escape pods. They'll launch to the other ships. You can go through the nearest airlock." Garth ordered his crew before speaking the last sentence to Flasheart and the others. "You guys, with me." Flasheart ordered Freddy and the others. He then marched towards the door, Freddy walking alongside him, the others followed, completely unsure as to why or what the real plan was. "This is the Captain. All crew abandon ship. Abandon ship!" Garth's voice came over the comms, before an alarm started blaring, the lights in the corridor now red.
