Haise Pov

"Ok, so! I'm sure you lot have met Lucario. He's another of my Pokemon, while rather independent. He knows when he's needed" Lucario gave me a brief nod of approval, before facing and investigating my wives.

"Trainer, are you sure they are to be trusted?" Lucario asked, skeptical about the Mamono due to him being able to sense through their disguises.

"Oh they're fine, Lucario. In fact, I'm getting married to the two of them, and the wedding is coming up" That briefly surprised Lucario, but nonetheless lowered his guard around them.

"Very well, Trainer. Shall I ask the Indeedees to bring some refreshments?" Ah, of course.

"Yep, Cucumber Lemonade if possible" He nodded, before using Extreme Speed to disappear from sight.

"Wow... How do you even-"

"Understand him? He's a special kind of Pokemon. They're special as they're the only common kind of Pokemon to know Aura" I cut off Liliana.

"Aura?... What an interesting way to describe mana" Saphirette replied, a hand below her chin as her eyes squinted a bit.

"Holup, you mean to say that. It's similar to mana" I butted in.

"Nope, it's definitely Mana. Your Lucario has this Azure glow every time he communicates with you, and your other Pokemon are also covered in their respective colors... Ooooh! This is so exciting!" She squealed, the high pitch noise making a round pink pokemon cry with a far more powerful sound.

"And you made Whismur cry" I said, covering my ears while the girls and the other pokemon struggled to block out the noise... Good thing Air Bending helps with that.

I gently picked up Whismur and gently lulling it to sleep... Or calm... Preferably sleep.

"What the fuck was th-!?" I shushed the angy Dionora.

"Shhh, do you want a repeat?" She immediately quieted down, but still has a pouty face on.

I gently set the now snoring Whismur down on a soft bed made of hay and quietly ushered the girls away and inside my base.

"Ok, now you can ask questions" They started in chorus and I plugged my ears in response.

"Ok, first of all. That was a Whismur, the whisper pokemon... Ironic how it's cry is as loud as a jet plane engine but hey... Y'all got lucky your ears didn't explode." I spoke, much to Dionora's annoyance.

"Next question!"

"Ok, I know how you said these creatures are unique and powerful... How powerful are we talking exactly?" Sapphirette asked, her eyes sparkling and a piece of parchment was handed by her ball of dark matter to her.

"Hm, if we're talking power... I'd say..." I pulled out my Pokedex, which appeared as a screen from my Holowatch and showed them a pink blob.

"Uhh... What exactly are we looking at?" Liliana asked, confused as to why I'm just showing an image.

"Ditto, the Transform Pokémon. A Normal type. Altering every cell in its body, Ditto can transform into a perfect copy of many different Pokémon." The Dex finally spoke. Surprising the girls.

"Psh, so what if it could transform to any Pokemon. It looks weak" Kirsche spoke in arrogance.

"It can transform itself to the God of all Pokemon" I deadpanned. Making everyone's faces pale at the thought of it.

"Be lucky they have the mental capacity of a three year old. They can answer to commands and reply to simple questions... So be thankful they aren't smart... Last time I heard one got some IQ boost from a Galarian Slowking and the thing started turning to people and stole nearly a hundred thousand worth of items from it's Three month spree" I stressed the word "three" to give them an idea of how dangerous a Ditto can be if smarter.

"Dear Maou" Dionora cursed. Her face pale with the idea of a creature of such a scale.

"Mind you, it did it's activity in broad daylight and every single day... So yeah, very powerful" I added. Scaring them even more.

"And I still wonder how that Slowking learned instruct of all things" I mumbled.

"Anyway, any more questions?" I exclaimed, making sure to give them a shock back to reality... Literally as I sent a low powered bolt of electricity to their feet.

"Hey! That was uncalled for" Liliana pouted. To which I just smugly smirked at her.

"How did they came to be? Did they evolve from a common ancestor? Are they some sort of experiment?" Sapphirette asked, still furiously taking notes.

"Uh, former but more like... An immediate creation. They all came from Mew. The Progenitor of all Pokemon, and well... Everything else is confusing. As some actually came from Man-made objects, like how Grimer and Muk is basically sentient blobs of poisonous goop" I explained, letting Sapphirette take it all in.

"Then there are the Evolutions. For example, Scizor" I went to the Dex page and showed them an image of a bipedal creature covered by a shiny metal-like carapace of armor.

"Scizor has a body with the hardness of steel. It is not easily fazed by ordinary sorts of attacks. This Pokémon flaps its wings to regulate its body temperature."

"So like... It's shell is as hard as steel? What does that have to do with Man-made items?" Liliana asked, placing a hand below her chin.

"Yeah, that's because in order for a Scyther to evolve to a Scizor... It needs to hold a Metal Coat item and be traded... Or just have it hold it long enough for it to evolve" They all looked at me like I grew a second head.

"What. The. Fuck!" I made a finger gun at the flabbergasted Deonora.

"Exactly! Also, curse jar!" I produced a glass jar from Cooking with Blockheads mod and hastily wrote on the lid, before presenting the lidless jar to Deonora. Who grumbled before dropping a gold coin.

"Hold up! Since when did you have a curse jar!?" Deonora yelled in realization.

"Since today." I answered with a grin... And dodging a fist.

"HAHA! You can't touch me!" I yelled as Deonora made attempts to grab me. Meanwhile Lucario looked at Liliana, asking as if this is a common occurrence as he returns with a tray of cucumber lemonade.

"Pretty much." She shrugged as Lucario made a sound and smacked his face out of exasperation.

"Ok, that's enough Deonora." I said, as I caught her and placed her on my lap... While touching the tip of her tail to subdue her. "You know, you can trust them Lucario." I told my Mon, who grunted and focused. His braid/feelers rising and his body glowing.

"Can everyone hear me?" Lucario spoke to everyone through Aura. Which impressed the girls, and mostly Sapphirette and Lilith.

"Woah, that is so cool." She gushed as she basically teleported before Lucario and started rapid firing questions at him... Poor guy.

"Anyway, are you good now Deonora?" I asked the fidgeting Dragon on my lap, stopping herself from embarrassing herself in front of my Pokemon.

She nodded, and I let her go. Before standing up myself.

"All right, since everyone is acquainted with Lucario. How about we meet my other Poke-" But before I finished my sentence, someone rang the bell outside my compound.

Everyone perked at the sound and followed me outside. There, we saw a teenager. Around eighteen, looking ready and resolved about something.

"Sup, Kid. Anything I can do for ya?" I asked, smirking. Knowing full well what he wants.

"You're the Champion of this place, right?" The way he spoke made me raise a brow.

"You a tourist or a Trainer looking to get on the league?" I asked, just to make sure.

"Latter." He answered and I smirked.

"Alright, please come in." I replied and open the gates for him. We made our way all the way to the back where there is a massive stadium ready to be battled on. The design itself reminiscent of the Kalos League.

"Hold on, before we get started. Specifics please." I told the Trainer.

"Name's Hugo, and I want a singles, six versus six, with only Megas." Oh? He has a Mega stone.

That prompted me to look at his attire, and found a necklace with a Keystone attached to it.

"Alright, Monotype?"

"No, I want to test myself against the strongest trainer on this land... Mr Champion." He smirked and I smirked back at him.

"I see, random terrain it is." I said, and flicked a lever to my right. Immediately the plains stadium broke apart to make way for a Eroded Badlands biome with the help of the Create mod.

"Lucario, ring the alarm. We have a challenger." I told him, which he nodded and immediately used Extreme Speed to go inside my main area and pressed a button. Which through Create, sent a signal to the center of the town where alarm bells rang and signaled people that there is a battle to watch.

Not less than twenty minutes later. People from all over town came rushing in to fill the seats of the stadium, while I lead the girls to a private booth and left a clone with them for more info dumb. Before returning to Hugo waiting on the waiting area.

"You ready kid?" I asked and he nodded.

"Please, I defeated every other gym leader in both Kanto and Johto... Got runner up in both Leagues too." He boasted, not because he underestimates me. But because he is confident he can win.

"Good, keep up that confidence. You're going to need it if you want my Badge... The only badge of this region." I raised my fist for a fist bump, and he reciprocated excitedly.

3rd Pov

"Ladies and Gentlemen! It has been over a year since a new Challenger has challenged our champion!" The announcer, aka a clone of Haise. Announced to the crowd with a megaphone.

"Boasting of having the experience of beating two region's worth of Gym Leaders, and running second place for both Leavues! I welcome to the arena! Hugo Hildenburg!" He yelled, causing the crowd to cheer loudly and signaling Hugo to enter the arena.

"And of course! The one and only Champion of Craftia! With an extensive repertoire of beating all the champions of the other regions with only using a Monotype Team against them! Which might I remind you, places him on great disadvantages against specific teams. Yet he won them anyway! I welcome you to the arena of your homeland! Haise!" His clone announced, and the crowd cheered even louder.

Meanwhile, in the private booth where Lilith, Liliana, Deonora, Sapphirette, Grey, Obsidian, and Kirsche all sat and watched the show.

"Are they seriously making this a sport? Isn't this illegal?" Lilith asked, which Haise's clone answered with a laugh.

"Oh believe me, there are activists put there but you see... Pokemon need to fight. It's how nature works here. The more they fight, the better chances they have in both evolving and developing. Rules of Nature stated that in order for a Pokémon to evolve and become stronger. They must fight." He explained. "It's their nature, how they operate, and how they live in this unforgiving environment. I mean, a goddamn pelican can cause level three storms just by existing." He added, making them feel incompetent against the creatures of this world.

"I see, so why make it a sport though?" Lilith continued.

"I don't know the specifics, but basically one day. Two people decided "Hey, these things are good at fighting and grow stronger after each fight! Why not make a sport out of it!?" Yeah, that. Plus, some Pokemon have bonded with their trainers to the point where some relies of humans to evolve via friendship... That's how Lucario evolved actually." At the mention of the Mon, everyone looked at him.

"Indeed. Trainer found me being bullied by other Riolus... My previous form. And decided to take me in, train me, and nurture me. In fact, without him. I would've been stuck as a Riolu for far longer periods of time." He spoke, leaving the girls awestruck.

"Now let us focus on the Arena. You girls will be surprised at what I can do." The clone said mischievously.c

Immediately right after he said that. The battle has begun.

"Samurott! I choose you!" Hugo threw the red and white ball up in the air, and with a popping sound. A Black and Blue colored sea lion, that stood on four limbs roared out.

"Woah! Hugo's first Pokemon is a Samurott! And a Hisuian variant to boot! What will our champion send out!?"

"A Hisuian Samurott huh? Good thing I swapped out my team when I led the girls to the private booth... Come out and play, Mimikyu!" Haise sent out a what seems to be a sentient puppet.

"And our Champion sent out Mimikyu! Don't let the discarded puppet look fool you! This adorable Pokemon has been rumored to kill anyone that dares look under it's disguise!"

Lilith's eyes glimmered in intrigue, whole Liliana made a face.

"What's with the discarded puppet?" Kirsche asked, almost disappointed. But held her expectations.

They waited for a response from Haise's clone, only to see the man sweating bullets.

"Ah... I think it's best for you all to just watch." He replied, wiping away the accumulated sweat on his forehead.

"Tch! Samurott! Flip Turn!"

"Mimikyu, Phantom Force."

Both trainers commanded, and with Samurott charging at Mimikyu with its entire body surrounded by water. Mimikyu suddenly disappeared into its own shadow.

"Oh! Looks like our Challenger is trying to gain momentum with a pivot move, but Mimikyu is faster! The Ghost and Fairy type Pokemon disappearing into it's own shadow!"

"Shit, Samurott! Return! Staraptor, I choose you!" Hugo switched Samurott with an avian Pokemon that looks like it belongs to a rock band.

"And our Challenger made use of the two turn move with an effective switch to a Normal Type! Which is unaffected by Ghost type attacks!"

The announcer narrated the fight. Keeping the audience engaged on the battle.

"Smart move. Mimikyu, return. Inceneroar! Let's shake the arena!" Haise switched and a bipedal tiger with a flaming belt roared out before glaring at Staraptor, lowering it's attack.

"And our Champion made a switch to his Inceneroar! Look at that fierceness! Poor Staraptor got it's attack lowered!"

Hugo smiled. "Staraptor! Close Combat!"

"Inceneroar, Bulk Up!"

Both trainers commanded and Inceneroar puffed up its chest and braced for impact while its body shined, while Staraptor made a nosedive straight towards Inceneroar while glowing with energy.

Staraptor collided and a dust cloud emerged. Once the dust settled, Inceneroar is still standing, barely scratched while Staraptor looked worse for wear.

"Oh! Intimidate plus Bulk up! Staraptor's Close Combat barely scratched Inceneroar!"

"Now grab it and use Darkest Lariat!" Haise commanded which Inceneroar followed without a second to waste.

Grabbing Staraptor by the neck, and started spinning before savagely throwing Staraptor to a terracotta pillar. Dealing massive damage due to the lowered defenses after using Close Combat.

"Inceneroar, Darkest Lariat again." Haise commanded, and Inceneroar... Roared before running towards Staraptor and jump, spinning at the peak, and landed another powerful blow at the downed Staraptor.

"Staraptor is unable to battle! First elimination goes to our Champion!"

"Tch, Staraptor! Return." Hugo retrieved his downed Pokemon. "You did well."

He grabbed another ball, only this time. It's yellow and black.

"Rampardos! Head Smash!" Hugo let out a dinosaur with spikes and blue accents. Rampardos roared before charging Inceneroar.

"Bulk up!" Haise ordered, and Inceneroar flexed. Only to get thrown back with such force that Inceneroar flew towards a Badlands spike which broke and toppled over Inceneroar.

"Oooh! That was a nasty hit taken by Inceneroar! I doubt his Bulk Up did something to a Sheer Force, STAB, Head Smash!" The announcer yelled.

"Inceneroar, return." Haise said, as he retrieved a barely standing Inceneroar.

"Drapion, I choose you!" Haise yelled as he threw a black and green poke ball.

"And our champion has shown his Drapion! Looks like we have a Sinnoh vs Sinnoh pokemon battle on our hands folks!"

Meanwhile, at the booth.

"Yeah! Beat that thing!" Sapphirette yelled, as she cheered for Haise.

"I must admit, this entire premise is exciting." Liliana spoke, making a few girls nod in agreement.

"That Bipedal Tiger of his is pretty strong. What is the name of it again?" Lilith asked the clone.

"That's Inceneroar. A starter pokemon from Alola. It's a really powerful pokemon, considering it has a lot of utility and power. With Intimidate and Parting Shot sets, are particularly annoying." He replied. Earning a few odd looks from the girls.

"Right, I forgot about telling you about their Abilities. Basically, all pokemon has an ability ingrained to their DNA. Like how Staraptor has Reckless that boosts recoil moves, and Inceneroar having Intimidate that lowers the physics attack of the enemy Pokemon.... There are a lot more to explain, so please be patient and watch the battle." The clone replied, taking a deep breath after.

All of them shrugged and returned their focus on the arena.

"Rampardos! Earthquake!" Hugo ordered and Rampardos stomped the ground.

"Drapion, use Earthquake to cancel oit his Earthquake." Haise ordered and Drapion slammed both of it's claws on the ground, creating another powerful earthquake that canceled the initial quake.

"And the title of Champion isn't just for show, Ladies and gentlemen! Using the same attack to cancel the initial earthquake is genius!"

"Tch, alright. Let's see if you could atop this! Rampardos! Head Smash!" Rampardos' head glowed and it charged at Drapion with purpose.

"Drapion, Vice Grip." Haise commanded, and Drapion caught the rampaging Rampardos between its two claws. Lifting it up, and increasing its grip.

"And Rampardos gets caught by Drapion with Vice Grip! What will the challenger do to escape this difficult situation!"

"Rampardos!" Hugo yelled as he watched Rampardos get caught by the neck. "Break out with Dragon Tail!"

Rampardos' tail glowed blue and swiped at Drapion who couldn't escape due to the proximity, and took a nasty hit.

"Now Head Smash again!" Hugo commanded for Rampardos to take advantage of the staggered Drapion. Rampardos charged and landed a critical hit, that immediately knocked Drapion unconscious.

"Drapion is unable to battle! Hugo wins the round!"

"You did great Drapion, return." Haise commented as he retrieved his Pokémon. "Mimikyu, your turn again."

Haise threw his poke ball up and came out Mimikyu.

"Swords Dance!" Haise commanded and Mimikyu glowed before ethereal swords appeared around it.

"Uh oh! Mimikyu raised its attack with Swords Dance! Hugo will need to be careful with this one!"

"Shit! Rampardos, return!" Haise frowned.

"Mawile! Iron Head!" Hugo threw a great ball and out came a Mawile. Who's head glowed silver and jumped straight at Mimikyu. But Haise only smirked.

"Take it with your Disguise and use Thunder Wave." Haise commanded and Mimikyu followed without fail. As Mawile is far too close to dodge the followup Thunder Wave after breaking Mimikyu's disguise.

"Return. Go! Mismagius!" Haise retrieved Mimikyu and replaced it with Mismagius.

"Mystical Fire!" Haise commanded and Mismagius lets out a stream of flames that has a pinkish outline.

"Mawile! Dodge it!" Hugo yelled in panic as the flames got closer to Mawile. But due to Mawile being paralyzed, it couldn't move and got struck with the magical flame. Knocking it out immediately.

"Oooh! That's a rough one! Who will Hugo let out now!?"

"Crap, Mawile return! Samurott, use Ceaseless Edge!" Hugo retrieved Mawile and replaced it with his Hisuian Samurott. Which obeyed his command as it stood up on two legs and grabbed the shell blades on it's forearms, before striking Mismagius.

"Oh! Mismagius took a nasty hit from Samurott! It's a miracle she didn't get knocked out due to type weakness!"

"Hm, Mismagius use Thunder Bolt."

"Oh no you don't! Use Aqua Jet!"

Both mons attacked. But due to Aqua Let's priority, Samurott knocked out Mismagius first.

"Hah! Take that! Samurott great job buddy!" Hugo complimented Samurott, who barked at it's trainer happily.

"I admit, you have good instincts in battle, Hugo. But instincts alone won't help you." Haise spoke as he retrieved Mismagius.

"Mimikyu, your turn again." Haise lets out Mimikyu again. But due to Samurott's attack allowing it to lay a set of spikes on the arena floor on Haise's side. Mimikyu took a bit of damage as it stepped on the field.

"Samurott! Liquidation!" Hugo commanded and Samurott used one of its shell blades for the attack.

"Mimikyu, Play Rough!" Haise commanded Mimikyu, but to their surprise. Samurott dodged the Play Rough and landed it's attack, dealing massive damage to the physically weak Mimikyu.

"Mimikyu! You alright!?" Haise yelled out in worry, but Mimikyu is still standing, but is weakened greatly by the attack.

"Samurott, Aqua Jet!"

"Mimikyu! Shadow Sneak!"

Both trainers commanded, and Mimikyu landed a hit, but due to type disadvantage. It's attack barely did damage to Samurott and in turn, got knocked out by Samurott's attack.

"Tch, Mimikyu return." Haise retrieved his mon.

"Don't underestimate us, Haise! We will win this!" Hugo yelled confidently, alongside his Samurott that roared in agreement with him.

"Alright, Inceneroar. Show them what we can do." Haise lets out Inceneroar. Who Intimidated Samurott.

"Oh my! Our Champion seems to have chosen a weakened and weak type wise pokemon against Hugo! What is our Champion thinking!?"

Meanwhile, at the booth.

"Huh!? Why is he using his weakened Inceneroar?" Sapphirette asked while glaring at her person of (scientific)obsession.

"Indeed, mind explaining it to us?" Lilith asked, amused at the girls pressing their faces on the glass to scream at Haise. Except for Kirsche who just raised a brow.

"I... Don't know actually..." Haise's clone replied while scratching his head.

"But surely he has a plan, no?" He continued. Unsure of what the hell his main body is doing.

Now back to the battle. Haise gave Inceneroar a nod and Inceneroar nodded back with a grin.

"Uh oh folks! Seems like our Champion is up to something!"

Haise smirked back, and raised a hand with his pointer finger poised.

"Inceneroar! Let's shake the stage! Bulk up!" Haise roared in command as Inceneroar performed the move.

"Samurott, Aqua Jet!" Hugo commanded.

Samurott covered itself with water and made a mad dash forwards Inceneroar.

"Inceneroar, catch it with counter!" Inceneroar let out a roar as flames covered its body.

With practiced ease, Inceneroar dodged the attack by bending backwards and with its clawed hands poised to a spear tip. Inceneroar thrusted with such force that it generated a shockwave when the attack connected.

"Samurott!" Hugo yelled in despair as he sees his starter get demolished by a weakened Inceneroar that is also weak to the type matchup.

Samurott landed with a thud, as it fell from getting thrown upwards. Knocked unconscious.

"Samurott, you did amazing out there... Time for a well deserved rest." Hugo said as he retrieved his Samurott.

"Alright, if that's how you're going to play." Hugo threw an Ultra Ball to the air, and what he sent out surprised everyone. "Raging Bolt! I choose you!"

The crowd was awestruck at seeing the Paradox Pokemon. But their excitement never quelled as their cheers didn't die down.

"I see, so you really did come from Paldea... Alright then, let's see how good you really are." Haise spoke.

"Inceneroar! Throat Chop!"

"Thunderclap!"

As Inceneroar dashed for an attack. It was struck by a bolt of lightning that knocked it out immediately.

"Inceneroar is unable to battle! Hugo wins the round!"

"Well played, Inceneroar. Wonderful work." Haise commented as he retrieved Inceneroar.

"Sorry, Gyarados. Seems like you won't be lasting long in this fight... But please, shock the audience." Haise spoke, as he lets out Gyarados.

"Uh oh folks! Seems like Haise has another plan cooking! But to send out a quad weak Pokemon against an opponent with a priority move? Is our Champion crazy!?"

"Oi! What's with the sudden bad choice of Pokemon?" Hugo called out, unsure if Haise actually wanted to send out Gyarados.

"Oh believe me, kid. This big guy might just surprise you." Haise replied, a confident smirk on his face.

"Well, that badge is mine! Thunderclap!"

"Gyarados, Rain Dance."

"What!?" Hugo yelled out in surprise as his Raging Bolt's Thunderclap suddenly fizzled out.

"Priority attacks only work if the opponent is attacking." Haise smugly replied.

"Oh yeah? What are you gonna do now!? Thunderclap again!"

"Substitute."

A doll suddenly took the place of Gyarados and said pokemon cannot be found anywhere.

"Oh! Our Champion is being a cheeky little bugger!"

"Grr! Thunderclap again!"

"Now Earthquake."

The attack connected and the Substitute took the damage for Gyarados. But now that Raging Bolt attacked first. Gyarados' Earthquake dealt massive damage.

"Thunderbolt!" Hugo roared.

Haise merely smirked.

"Substitute." And the same doll replaced Gyarados and took the attack.

"Damnit! Thunderbolt!"

"Earthquake."

Gyarado's attack landed while Raging Bolt's only broke the substitute.

"Earthquake."

"Hah! Thunderclap!"

Haise smirked.

As the Thunderclap hits Gyarados. Haise gave his mon a grateful nod and Gyarados took the attack like a champ. As the electricity surged through its body, Gyarados didn't fall over. No, it went unconscious standing. It's defiant face still present as it stood tall and imposing after getting hit by its strongest weakness.

"Thank you, for setting up the stage. Return, Gyarados." Haise retrieved Gyarados before enlarging an Ultra Ball.

"Got you!" Hugo triumphantly yelled, but his cheer fell short when Haise still has a smirk on his face.

"Alright, since you're that confident... Maybe I take it up a notch." Haise spoke, seemingly unconcerned.

But to Hugo, he could tell something is up.

"You know Hugo... Since I am the only person in this region that runs a gym and is the champion. There are reasons for that. One of them I'm about to call." Haise then pointed up to the sky.

"The stage is set, and our performance begins! Rayquaza! Grace thou challenger with thy power!" As soon as Haise yelled those words. The sky already darkened by the rain dance, turned darker as thunder rolled. Lightning strikes the ground at random and rain heavily pouring everywhere, before the sky parted and revealing a large serpentine dragon with black and red colors.

"No way... No fucking way... You have a Shiny Rayquaza!?" Hugo yelled in awe and surprise.

"It comes and goes at it pleases, but since you issued a challenge. Better brace yourself for one." Haise replied, an eager grin on his face.

Meanwhile, within the booth. Everyone could feel the power emanating from Rayquaza. Both Lilith and Deonora feeling the most of it, as they are more sensitive to another's presence.

"Oh my Maou... Why does Haise have that powerhouse!?" Liliana yelled as she cowered behind her mother.

"That presence alone... Even this far away I could feel it pushing me down." Deonora, who would normally be unaffected by such display of power due to being a dragon. Felt rather oppressed by Rayquaza's own power.

"No way he has that thing under control!" Sapphirette denied, while Kirsche could only foam at the mouth after she tried challenging Rayquaza with her glare, but got stomped by a side eye glance from Rayquaza.

"H-Haise! I'm scared." Grey said, as she hid besides Obsidian, who also hid behind Haise's clone.

"Don't be, Rayquaza and I have been together for a long time. It won't hurt you, unless you provoke it." Haise's clone replied, patting their heads reassuringly.

"Tch, Thunderclap!"

"Extreme speed."

Due to the nature of Priority Attacks. The faster of the two, will always hit first.

Rayquaza speed blitzed the Raging Bolt, disappearing from view and shocking the onlookers. It suddenly appeared behind Raging Bolt, who tried to escape but couldn't as Rayquaza swiped both clawed limbs at the weakened paradox Pokemon.

"Raging Bolt is unable to battle! Rayquaza wins the round!"

"Return! His Rayquaza was unexpected, but you did great even if you got played by his Gyarados' moveset... Have a well deserved rest." Hugo told to his Pokemon within the Ultra Ball.

"Alright, since this is our last chance to win this... Let's do this! Garchomp I choose you!" Hugo threw a Pokeball up and out came a shark that stood up on two legs.

"Hoho, I should've seen this coming. Considering you have a lot of Sinnoh pokemon." Haise chuckled as he watched Hugo shrug with a smirk of his own.

"Well, what can I say? I know how to dress for the occasion." Hugo retorted back.

"True, but better get some thick clothes on. Cause I'm about to blow you back to Mount Coronet!"

"Bring it old man!"

"Respond to my flames of passion! Shake the earth with your power and break through mountains that stands in our way! Garchomp! Break your limits and Mega Evolve!" Hugo chanted, pulling out a Keystone attached to his necklace. Which glowed as he recited his aria.

Tendrils of multicolored energy erupted from the Keystone, before attaching themselves into Garchomp that is also wearing an ornament on its neck that carries its Mega Stone.

The Pokemon glowed with power, it's shape and size changing to better contain said power as it morphed into its Mega form.

"Hoh, We doing that already? Alright then." I looked up at Rayquaza, who gave me a knowing look.

"Alright, big girl... Let's show them what made you a Legendary. Rayquaza! Respond to my heart! Shape the weather and strike judgment upon those seeking to destroy the balance of nature itself! Fly high and become the true ruler of the skies! Ascend to the heavens and Mega Evolve!" Haise chanted his aria. Deciding not to use an attack to Mega Evolve Rayquaza purely out of theatrics.

Rayquaza roared, it's red lines glowing brightly before flying up and higher to the sky. Reaching its peak, that basically broke through the top atmosphere. It flew straight down, glowing with power as its shape changed to reflect its true power.

Rayquaza roared as it reached peak velocity and broke through the sound barrier, making the crowd cover their ears and ducked  behind cover as the newly Mega Evolved Legendary quite abruptly, caused a massive and powerful shockwave as it stopped immediately mid air. Showing it's ultimate control over its ability of flight. Basically levitation as it commands the air itself.

"Garchomp! Draco Meteor!"

"Dodge with Extreme Speed!"

Both trainers commanded, and Garchomp exploded with power as a multicolored, primarily purple. Beam erupted from its mouth towards the sky. Before splitting apart and quite literally, growing into large chunks of rocks covered by the same energy and came crashing down all over the arena.

But Rayquaza expertly dodged every single projectile. It's greately improved speed upon Mega Evolving and Extreme Speed. It dodged the attack without even having to put effort to it.

"Tch! Boost your speed with Scale Shot!" Hugo roared and Garchomp responded by glowing brightly and shooting similarly colored projectiles at Rayquaza. Who again, dodged everything.

"You gotta do better than that Hugo! Like this! Rayquaza, Dragon's Ascent!" Haise commanded, and Rayquaza roared.

Covering itself with a near transparent layer of energy. Rayquaza charged the surprised Garchomp with the intention of hurting the challenging Pokemon.

"Dodge!" Hugo yelled, but due to Garchomp's reduced speed after Mega Evolving. It could only cross its arm blades to prevent taking too much damage.

"Oh! Mega Garchomp took the hit like a champ! But it seems like Mega Garchomp took too much of the hit!"

Mega Garchomp staggered after blocking, the powerful blow of the Legendary cause a powerful shockwave that shook the entire arena.

"Garchomp! Stone Edge!" Hugo commanded in a desperate attempt to get a hit on Mega Rayquaza.

"Stop the attack with Earthquake!" Haise ordered and Rayquaza slammed it's tail on the ground, shaking the arena again and stopping the sharp pillars of spike from reaching it.

As both trainers and pokemon clashed over and over again, they barely noticed the odd weather above them. Haise first noticed it and scowled.

"That's odd, Mega Rayquaza's Delta Stream should've stopped the weather from forming..." He trailed off, taking his mind off the battle for a moment, which Hugo noticed as well.

"Hey! Are you ignoring me!?" Hugo yelled in annoyance, but only got a shush from Haise as a reply.

"Hugo, don't you think this weather is odd?"

Hugo raised a brow at Haise's word. Which he took some time to ponder and later realized what Haise meant.

He looked up, and noticed the darkening sky. He checked his watch, and saw it was only past three in the afternoon, so the sky shouldn't have darkened this early.

"Stop the match!" Haise yelled and the Announcer quickly made an announcement and ordered the citizens watching, to return home.

"Hugo, take these." Haise jumped off his platform and ran towards Hugo, carrying multiple max revives.

Hugo nodded and crushed a max revive above all of his unconscious pokemon, which stirred them from their slumber.

"Hey guy, the match is cancelled... Something is happening." Hugo told his awakened pokemon, who all got into a fighting stance.

"Rayquaza! Can you dispel the storm?" Haise asked Mega Rayquaza who gave a slight not before roaring. The sky cleared for a brief moment, only to return far darker than before.

"What the hell is this?" Haise questioned no one in particular... Until his gaze landed on a particular entity hovering just below the darkened clouds.

With grey scales and dark blue accents... Shadow Lugia with odd machinery around his body and head. Roared in defiance.

"Ah shit... Someone found that technology again huh?" Haise nonchalantly spoke, confusing Hugo.
