It didn't take long for the two groups to agree on where to allow the two combatants to spar. And it just so happens that Section Six are about to do a clearing mission in the Outer Ring Hollow, a commission sent by the HIA from a request from an investigator.

"Great, we could call Caesar and see if she could ask Piper to drive us there." Belle said, already halfway contacting the leader of the Sons of Calydon.

"She's quick on that one." Nero commented, making Wise chuckle at his, Sister's attitude.

"Well at least we won't be wasting more time... Miss Yanagi, you can head on there first." Wise said to Yanagi, who nodded and gently called out to Miyabi, who still couldn't stop staring at Nero with an intensity that would crumble meager people.

But Nero merely smirked back at her, challenging her. To the point where Miyabi had to break off their stare so that her group can leave for their commission.

"Wow, She's intense." Nero commented after they left.

"Well, she takes her work seriously and her training more seriously." Wise helpfully replied, making Nero raise a brow at him.

"You sure that's healthy for her?"

"She's... Well adjusted." The older sibling replied, remembering that one incident.

Belle, after finishing her call. Noticed the fidgeting of her older sibling and took the opportunity.

"Right... That "incident"." Belle grinned. Her teeth fully bared and the mischievous glint in her eyes, shone brighter.

"Incident?" Nero asked, confused and intrigued. While Wise tried his best to cover his sibling's mouth.

"Haven't you heard? Wise and Miss Hoshimi Miyabi are engaged~" Belle answered in a teasing manner, and when Nero raised his brow more. Belle told the entire story.

"Seriously? That's the best excuse you made? Her Fiance???" Nero couldn't believe what he just heard. Wise, quite literally just took advantage of the situation and the poor situation of Miyabi for his advantage. Granted, it was a spur of the moment but he couldn't help but guffaw loudly and clutch his stomach from the pain.

"I... I wasn't thinking." Wise weakly defended himself.

"Sure~ Like it wasn't part of the Harem Plan." Belle commented.

"Harem Plan?" Both boys asked in unison.

"Listen! The government have a law on having multiple spouses or husbands! Think about it! With the disasters we call Hollows, and the subsequent emergence of Ethereals. The entire world's population is a quarter left of what it was originally. So in order to somewhat mitigate the lower numbers, the government quite literally created a law where through legal procedures and consent. One can have multiple partners!" Belle suddenly took out a notebook and read through it.

Nero and Wise both looked at each other, before focusing on Belle.

"That is bullshit/Fake as hell" both boys said in unison. They then shared a fist bump.

"Because you don't do your research, bro! Ask Fairy!" Belle replied, getting annoyed at the two.

But seeing that it doesn't hurt to check. Wise took out his phone, and with the help of Fairy. Actually found a government rule with the same name and explanation.

"Wow... Okay then, that is not how I thought this afternoon would go." Wise replied, with Nero nodding along.

"Indeed, the law was made a few weeks after New Eridu has been found." Fairy added, helpfully.

"Huh, so this is Fairy. Nice to meet you." Nero said, and which the AI replied with its own curtsy... Which was to make pleasant sounding beeps.

Nero actually already knew about Fairy. It was after they went and had dinner at General Chop's. The twins admitting to their proxy work, and after hearing their story. Nero decided to be their cover, as their private Hollow Investigator.

The twins having an alibi, and Nero having more work to finish, if his legal commission work wasn't enough for him. Aka he got bored.

Outer Ring

"Seriously Nero? You really accepted a spar with Hoshimi Miyabi? The current strongest and youngest Void Hunter?" Caesar asked, face full of disbelief and surprise, while Burnice has nitro fuel leaking from her mouth from the sheer shock they just experienced.

"Hey, she wanted it. Who am I to say no?" Nero replied, and Caesar blushed. Misunderstanding what Nero said.

Granted Nero didn't say it correctly.

"Wow, way to keep everyone on their toes Nero." Belle replied, laughing at Caesar's adorable face.

It didn't take long for the group to reach the area, where Section 6 are currently located. With Piper on the wheel, it was a smooth ride... Except for a few times some Hollow Raiders thought it was a good idea to race Piper.

"So... Need a hand? Could use the experience." Nero asked Yanagi, who shook her head.

"Thanks for the offer, Nero. But with you not having a proper license yet, we can't let you take part in the process." Yanagi explained, making Nero shrug.

"Eh, that's fine. I'll probably have my License in three to four days, depending if the process for my new ID doesn't get delayed." Yanagi nodded, before moving next to an technician to monitor Miyabi's progress.

Everyone else joined in, asking for a tablet to watch Miyabi easily breeze through the hordes of Ethereals without issue.

Although Nero couldn't help but sigh at the screen.

"Something wrong, Nero?" Belle asked after noticing Nero's slight discomfort.

"No... No, it's nothing... I'm just getting a massive case of deja vu." Nero explained as he rubbed the bridge of his nose.

"I swear, I am cursed or something." Nero thought to himself, although he did praise Miyabi for how skilled she is with her blade.

Soon enough, Miyabi returned to their temporary base of operations.

Belle then immediately pounced on the girl, with the energy of a golden retriever. Offering praises and enthusiastically recalled some of her moves. While Wise gave Miyabi a firm handshake... Which actually made the young woman blush a bit.

Which Caesar noticed and pouted.

Which in turn.

Nero noticed... Which he smirked and shook his head.

Although he also noticed how Miyabi flinched slightly when Wise shook her hand.

"Miss Hoshimi.... you alright?" Nero asked, and Miyabi nodded.

"It's nothing. I was in the middle of an extensive training session before the mission, and I sprained my wrist when a large Ethereal pounced on me." Miyabi explained as she allowed a medic to wrap her sprained wrist.

Belle fretted about the sprain, while Wise thought of something to make Miyabi feel better... Which was in the form of a melon bread he had hidden in his jacket.

The gesture is greatly appreciated by Miyabi, who began munching on the bread after opening it.

"She loves Melon related things." Harumasa helpfully explained as he passed by with a yawn.

"Ah. Fair enough, those things are delicious." Nero offhandedly agreed.

"But anyway, it seems we'll have to postpone our little sparring session after you heal." Nero added, looking at Miyabi with a smirk.

"Unfortunate, but indeed... Shall we reschedule?" Miyabi asked, making Yanagi sigh at her Leader's eagerness.

"Sure, just contact Wise. I live nearby their store and are in contact. Just not on Sundays though. I like my days off." Nero replied with a chuckle, and Miyabi nodded.

Though before anything else could happen. Alarms blared from the base's monitors. A portal suddenly appearing at the center of the area, followed by powerful gusts of wind coming from the tear in space.

A loud roar of a motorcycle engine erupted from the portal, making Caesar freeze on her spot.

"No way... That's... That's impossible!" She declared, anger and confusion marring her face, as the portal grew larger, and the roar of the engine got louder.

With a powerful pulse of energy. Something emerged from the portal and landed on the desert surface with a rough screeching of tires.

VRRR! VRRR! RAARGH!
