I sat on my couch at my house. My mother went out to the mall to go buy herself new clothes or something. I was eating a bowl of cereal when my mom came back. It was around 9:30 at night.

"I'm having another party and you are to stay here the entire time," she ordered.

I nodded and went upstairs so I didn't have to deal with her. I put on an oversized hoodie and leggings. I sat on my bed and waited. Soon enough I heard music and there were cars parked up and down the streets. I got up and locked my door. After about hearing seven knocks I my door I got fed up with this. I grabbed my phone and texted the group chat.

Me: hey y'all. I'm stuck at my moms party. Who wants to bring me chicken nuggets and sit on the roof with me?
Dev: girl yes but I'm busy :(
Corey: and I'm out with Devyn so I'm busy too
Kat: I want to!
Tara: me too!
Me: than get over here!!
Dev: wait. I guess I can ditch Corey. Y'all aren't havin a muck bang without me
Corey: rude lol
Me: I'll be here. You girls better be here quick or imma starve to death
Kat: were coming now

I put my phone down and waited for them to come. I was scrolling through tik tok when I heard a tap on my widow. I looked up and saw my favorite three girls. The short one, the makeup guru, and the blue head. I quickly got up and went to the window to unlock it.

"Since it's cold out we can just sit in my room," I offered

They accepted the offer and came inside.

We all sat down on my floor listening to music.

"So what's up with you and Colby?" Tara asked taking a sip of her coke

"What do you mean?" I asked before throwing a chicken nugget In my mouth

"Like you know," she said setting her cup down

I cocked my head

"Yeah," Devyn chimed in "like you two have been having out a lot,"

"So? He's like my best friend,"

"Rude!" They all yelled at the same time

"Guy best friend," I yelled back in defense

"But like is that all?" Kat asked raising an eyebrow

"Yeah that's all," I laughed at them implying things that weren't true

"Suree," they all said at the same time
