"Just stay here, who cares?"

Brian sat up, pushing the covers off and gently prying Evan off him. "Ev, we talked about this. Either we have this arrangement or we sleep in separate beds the whole time." He turned to his roommate. "I'm gonna see you in a couple hours anyways."

"But you're so warm, I'll freeze without you."

"I think you'll be just fine." Brian chuckled as he shuffled to the door, desperate to get back into bed. If Evan kept whining, he probably could be convinced to join him once again. "I'll see you at breakfast, okay?"

"If I'm not an ice cube by then."

"You have like a million more blankets than I do."

"That's just a testament to how warm you are."

"I'm leaving. Bye."

"Night, Brian."

"Night, Ev. See you soon, okay?"

Evan turned over in bed as soon as the door shut, pulling the covers up to his chin to make up for the warmth he had lost when Brian left his room.

Brian yawned as he padded down the hall to his room, rubbing his eyes and pretending he didnt notice one of his house guests sitting up on the couch, staring daggers into his back.

TIME: 9:07 AM

Cam found himself unable to take his eyes off Evan and Brian as soon as they stepped out of their rooms. Evan was wrapped up in one of his (many) blankets while sat at the table, quietly conversing with Brian as he cooked breakfast, both of them smiling. He wasn't sure if the pair knew he was awake, but he assumed so since he wasn't all that quiet about shifting the blankets around and scrolling on his phone. John was still asleep, passed out on the floor in front of the television. There was a blanket thrown over him that Cam threw over him not too long after he had seen Brian leaving Evan's room. At least, he was pretty sure thats what he saw. He wasn't actually certain of it, hence the watching.

"Cam," suddenly Brian was in front of him, "do you want eggs? If so, how do you want them? I can only really do over easy or scrambled, but I can attempt other ways. I also made pancakes because Evan wanted some. And there's always cereal if you're basic."

"I'm fine with just pancakes. Should I wake him?" He tilted his heads towards his fellow houseguest.

Brian shrugged, turning back to the kitchen. "You can if you want. I didn't even think he was still here to be honest." As soon as he got to the kitchen, Brian was back to talking to Evan about something, smiling and gesturing wildly with his hands. Cam tried not to make it obvious that he was watching, instead forcing himself to focus on waking John up.
