Ross' pov

Max walked me home after the whole incident with Todd and his group. "T-thanks max" I said "it's fine Ross". "Max..can I ask you a question?" I said looking at the ground. "Sure ross. You can ask me anything" he said planting a smile on that gorgeous face of his. "You know how you said your not my boyfriend?" I said rubbing the back of my neck. "Y-yea" he said looking anywhere but my face. "C-could we try to be boyfriends? If you don't want to or if your not ready. I totally understand" I said about to cry. 'WHY AM I SUCH A CRYBABY!' Then I felt a pair of lips on mine. 'I-is max kissing me!!' I snap out of my thoughts to see max kissing me. I kissed back almost immediately. We pulled away cause we are humans. And we need air. When we pulled away something grabbed my arm. I looked at what was pulling me. It was my cousin, Shelby, "me and you are having a serious talk mister!" She said. Max mouthed the words 'i love you' and all I could do is smile.

Time skip

"Ross!! What if I was your mom or dad! They would've beat you until you went to the hospital again" she screamed. "Shelby please stop yelling. It's fine mom and dad aren't home so I'm safe" I said. "Ross I don't care that your gay. But if he ever hurts you in anyway, tell me, I don't want him being like your old boyfriend. Okay?". I nodded in response, she kissed my forehead, "I just want you to be safe" she said. "Dinners on the table if you want it".

Max's pov

As I started walking to my house I ran into Todd and his possy. "Hey! Watch where your going p- hey guys look! It's fag number two" Todd said. "Todd just let me go home" I said trying to walk past him. "That's not happening. Listen here pretty boy. We know Ross is your boyfriend". "So what if he is! It's not wrong to be different!" I shouted. Todd threw me at the ground. "What are you gonna do try and fight me!" What he said made me snap a little inside. I stared to laugh. "I'm not gonna fight you. I'm gonna put you through Hell!" I said as I picked up todd and threw him into a lamp post. His possy ran off to get to safety. "Your gonna leave Ross alone or you will have to face me again! Got it!" I said. He nodded and ran off, then I walked back to my house.

Time skip till mad max gets home XD

"Hey mom! Can I talk to you" I shouted as I walked in. "Sure honey I'm in the living room" she said. I walked to the living room and sat on the couch. "Hey mom. What are your opinions on gays" I asked. "Well honey. If someone is gay that shouldn't matter. As long as they love a person. It's okay" she said. "Are you gay sweetie?" She asked. "I-i don't know. I got a boyfriend today tho. But I'm not sure if I'm gay" I said tears starting to fall. "Oh honey it's okay. Your just confused. No matter what you are I love you" she said kissing my forehead. "Does dad support gays?" I asked. "Sadly no he doesn't. So don't bring it up in front of him" she said. "Thanks mom" I said as I got up to go to my room.

Ross' pov

I walked out of my room to go get dinner when I saw my dad. "H-hi dad" I said "hey Ross. How was school?". "U-um I met someone new" I said worried that he was gonna hit me. "And who is this new person" my mom chimed in. "W-well his name is max And he's from Louisiana" I said.  "maybe he should come over and have dinner with us tomorrow night" my dad said. "I'll text him about it" I said.

Time skip till after dinner

I heard my phone go off signalling that someone texted me. It was from max. ( m=max r=ross )

M: hey

M: wyd cutie

R: nm hbu handsome

M: playing runescape

R: I love runescape!!

M: what's your gamer tag?

R: house_owner

M: cool! Mines mithzan

R: hey I was talking about you to my parents. And they want you to come over tomorrow for dinner.

M: okay I'll talk to my mom about it.

R: does your mom know? About us?

M: yea I told her when I got home.

R: your brave. If I told my parents. I wouldn't be alive.

M: wow! Your parents don't support it?

R: no. How about yours

M: my mom does. My dad not so much.

R: your lucky. I gtg my parents want me I love you maxy

M: I love you too.
