It'll turn out alright in the end, you'll see

"You did what?" Louise shrieked as they got on the train. She had decided to go to school again, but this time she was feeling more confident about it.
"I helped Mr Stark fight against Captain America." Peter told her. her eyes widened.
"That is so cool! Did you steal his shield?" She asked, to see him nod. "Oh that is awesome!"
"Can I ask you a question?" Peter asked, she nodded.
"Sure." She shrugged.
"How did Mr Stark find you?" He questioned. She laughed.
"I liked dabbling in crime and crime fighting, he obviously saw what i was doing and then he caught me. Then he told me I was gonna work with you, and here we are." She told him.
"Crime?" He frowned at her.
"Gotta make a living somehow. Not like my parents pay for anything." She answered.
"But you did both?" He was still confused.
"I get angry easily." She answered.
"Oh hey we're here!" He announced as the train slowed to a stop.
"Aw man!" Louise joked, he smiled.
"Come on." He told her, she laughed and followed him off the train, and towards the school.
They met Ned at the door to the school. "Hi Ned!" Louise waved at him.
"Louise, Peter!" Ned greeted them.
"Hey." Peter greeted his friend.
"We're going to be late." Louise stated. the bell rang.
"Can you see the future?" Ned asked in surprise. she laughed and shook her head.
"No, I can tell the time." She held up a battered old wrist watch.
"We'd better go." Peter said, walking into the building, the other two followed him.
^^^^^
"Of course we would get detention!" Louise said, banging her head on the desk.
"It's not that bad." Ned told her, trying to be comforting.
"We were three minutes and fifty two seconds late! And we didn't kill anyone! What have we done wrong?" She shot back.
"Be quiet over there!" The teacher watching them shouted.
"Why would we have killed anyone?" Peter asked.
"No reason, just a thought." Louise answered.
"Okay, but how do you know the exact second we were late by?" Peter asked.
"I timed it." She answered.
"Do you do this often?" Ned asked.
"No." She answered. "Do i seem weird to you."
"Well-" Ned began, but she interrupted him.
"Don't answer that."
By the time the detention was finished, they were over two hours late back home. "Where have you two been?" Peter's aunt May asked them as they entered the flat.
"Detention." Peter answered. she frowned at them.
"For what?" She asked.
"Being less than five minutes late." Louise answered.
"That's ridiculous." Aunt May shook her head.
"It was pointless as well, we just sat there for almost two hours." Louise answered with a sigh.
"Alright, well you two get started on your homework and I'll order a pizza, how about that?" Aunt May asked them.
"Thanks Aunt May." Peter smiled at his Aunt.
"Thank you." Louise added.

Louise had been at Peter's for nearly a month, when she got a phone call.
"Hello?" She asked, not bothering to see who was ringing her.
"Louise?" Stark asked.
"Hi Tony!" Louise greeted him.
"Good, okay, I need you and Peter to come to base, Happy will pick you up tomorrow at nine am." Stark told her, "I've already told Peter's aunt."
"Okay, well thanks Mr Stark." She answered.
"Right, see ya kid." With that he hung up.
"Who was that?" Peter asked as he walked back into the room.
"Stark, we leave tomorrow." She told him.
"Did he tell you why?" Peter asked, she shook her head.
"Nope." She answered.
"He never does." Peter sighed.
"I know, what is with him?" She pondered thoughtfully.
"What do you think is going on?" He questioned as they walked towards the door.
"Nothing good." Louise answered.
"How do you know?" He inquired, she pointed to the TV in answer, where a news report showed many people had been killed in a mysterious disaster.
"Oh." He said.
"You'd think they'd get bored of killing people and blowing stuff up." She commented as they made their way out onto the street.
"I think they find it fun, as well as trying to run the world and have everyone bow to them." Peter said thoughtfully.
"I wonder what it is like to be a super villain." Louise mused as they walked together.
"You have to be one heck of a weirdo to be a villain, that's for sure." Peter answered, she laughed.
"I suppose that's true." She agreed.
"Hey! Do you see that?" Peter asked her suddenly, stopping in his tracks. she frowned and then looked where he was pointing. tendrils of smoke were rising in the distance.
"Huh, someone's having a huge bonfire." She commented.
"Louise I don't think that's a bonfire." Peter said plainly.
"Oh right, right, so... what is it?" She asked.
"I think something has been blown up." Peter said, as he did so, the smoke disappeared.
"Oh, well it's over now." Louise shrugged.
"Do you want to go and investigate it?" Peter asked her. She looked at him and scoffed.
"No, I want a burrito." She answered.
"Where's your sense of adventure?" He asked her critically.
"Drowned out by my urgent need for a burrito." She answered.
"Fine, we'll go and get a burrito." He sighed, but he couldn't help but laugh at her, he found her to be completely ridiculous at times.
"I knew you'd see sense!" She exclaimed, linking her arm with his and dragging him down the street so she could get her burrito.
"You are ridiculous." He laughed.
"Of course I am!" She exclaimed back at him.
"Wait you're agreeing with me?" He really didn't understand her sometimes.
"Yeah!" She answered. "I'm known to be completely and utterly ridiculous. it brightens up life, ya know."
"Of course it does."
