"Thanks so much for your help! Man does it feel great to use my paws again." Neri remarked as she raced around everyone there. Terbium and Eon chuckled while Fae tipped her head.

"What is a bounty hunter?" She asked the fifteen year old Scorbunny. She had informed them of her age not long ago.

Terbium smirked. "Oh, it's just a job only the strong gutted can handle. Pokémon like me go out into the world and target certain Pokémon who are wanted by the law or by...other Pokémon, and we go out and take them out." She explains.

She means kill them, right? Fae thought in horror.

What kind of Pokémon would want to do something like that? Surely being a Starter Squad member was better than hurting innocent Pokemon, right?

"So how long have you been this Bounty Hunter? Sounds pretty dangerous." Eon remarks, almost a little fearful of the bunny. It was almost surprising. What was to be feared from a bounty hunter? Is it unpredictability?

Fae would feel that one minute you could be friends with someone who was a bounty hunter and the next minute you could easily be their prey. But had that ever happened?

"So are you planning on killing her?" Kawai asked as he pointed at his previous love interest with a finger. He had begun to tremble and was holding onto Terbium as if letting go of her would make her kill Timsah.

Fortunately, the fire type alligator was still unconscious, snoozing away on the ground loudly. Terbium glared at the fire type alligator in slight malice before turning her head back towards the terrified Totodile before her.

She seemed kind. Why would such a kind, yet clumsy soul want to have such a job as this? It didn't make any sense!

However, it wasn't up to Fae to figure that out. Terbium smiled warmly at the young Pokemon. Well, he was definitely the youngest here. He seemed to only be thirteen years old...hence why he easily fell in love with certain Pokémon. Timsah had been nineteen.

Terbium wrapped a paw casually around Kawai, and this made him shyly try to hide under her paws.

Terbium chuckled at his antics. It was like she was already planning something with him. "Don't worry," she assured the smaller Pokemon with a a pat on the head. "I won't kill her. This is only my first mission after all. Actually, it was the Starter Squad who enlisted me to only capture this one. They requested for me not to kill her, only capture. So she won't die. She'll just be locked up in jail for the rest of her life." The Scorbunny explained.

This made Kawai's eyes glow with happiness. "Really?" He asked in excitement.

The Scorbunny rubbed the back of her head with a grin. "Yeah. Of course. She's nineteen, so that doesn't excuse her from her crimes, but since she's so young the Squad would rather have her behind bars rather than fully executed. They're very nice Pokemon."

"Yay! Yay!" Kawai cheered.

"Welp, it was nice meeting you all. I've gotta go." Terbium remarked. She seemed eager to get going, even not spying the rock that was right in front of her and taking a tumble.

Immediately, the little Totodile ran towards her with an unearthly amount of concern on his face. "Are you okay?!" He exclaimed as he grabbed her paws in his. Immediately he remarked on the softness of her paws, and Fae got slightly irritated.

"Yeah. Welp, anyways see ya little buddy. You can go where you want to now that you're no longer under the control of that tyrant." Terbium chirped with a wave, but before she left Kawai grabbed a hold of her legs.

He was definitely more than an oddball.

"No! Don't leave me!" He wailed. How attached to this random Scorbunny was that simp anyways. He was making a huge dramatic scene, and it felt like to Fae he was sexually assaulting her. Though, Fae knew better. He was just more innocent than her at this point.

The Scorbunny huffed in annoyance, however she didn't seem bothered by him holding her legs. She just was pissed he wouldn't let her hurry off somewhere else. Probably to her next job.

"Don't leave you? Don't you have any other friends? You can go with these nice folk here, how about it?" the Scorbunny offered as she out her paws on her hips.

The Totodile shook his head. "I don't think these guys would want someone who kidnapped them to go with them on a journey. Plus, it seems to be as family trip. I'll feel out of place there. Maybe I can come with you instead?" Kawai asked, giving his best Baby-Doll Eyes.

His eyes glowed, and he actually looked surprisingly cute for a usually aggressive water type Pokémon. Terbium sighed, obviously not affected with his attempt at convincing her.

"It'll be dangerous, kid." She informed him. "Kid? Excuse me! I'm thirteen! Technically a teen! Just take me with you! I'd rather not go anywhere else. It's either with you or with Timsah in jail." Kawai adamantly remarked with a pout.

The lengths this kid would go to convince someone he likes to take him with them. Fae was embarrassed by it herself.

The Scorbunny sighed as she pressed her paws to her face, obviously stressed by all this. "Fine," she remarked in her fur. "You can come."

The Totodile cheered.

The Scorbunny put up a fluffy finger. "But," she continued. "You will have to prove your worth to me. Not right now—you can come with me right now, but later you will have to prove your worth." She informed him.

Not a second after her remark and he squealed like a Rattata. He hugged her and squeezed her with a huge amount of excitement. He was shorter than her, so his arms were wrapped around below her paws—they were near her armpit.

The Scorbunny's eyes widened before she chuckled. "I guess I have my work cut out for me, eh? Well, anyways I gotta go. Hope you guys don't get captured again. Hah! Later!" Terbium exclaimed awkwardly. She then tried to dash away with the midget Totodile hugging her.

Not even a minute later, they heard the sound of paw steps approaching them. A low chuckle rang out.

"Huh, well what do you know, Eon? I found you." A low rumble rang out, and a blue Lynx walked out from behind the very same bushes that Terbium was hiding in.

Fae gasped. The Luxray!

The human wasn't with him. That was a plus.

The Luxray chuckled. "You don't know how easy it was to find you. Did you even try to hide? Oh wait! You couldn't!" The Luxray's let out an evil laugh as he slowly approached.

This engaged Neri. She prepared to use a Snarl attack. The Luxray was on the offensive, and used Thunder Fang immediately.

It paralyzed the younger female Umbreon as she tried to move while screaming in pain. Fae cover her ears from the ear rape.

The rest of the Eeveelutions and Fae got on the defensive. Whatever he was going to try, Fae wasn't having any of it. He already used Thunder fang. What other moves is he going to try this time?

Fae stepped in front of her sister. I have to give everything I've got! No time for errors this time! I don't want to lose anyone, not now nor ever again!

Fae quickly dodges a Thunderbolt coming her way, while Eon quickly Digs underground. "So you're the Luxray we have to avoid?! Time to go all out!" Mauve exclaimed.

The Luxray chuckled. "Don't think I'll go easy on you just because you're a shiny and are blind, Vaporeon." He responded. "I wouldn't count on it! I'm no easy target either!"

With that, Mauve used Muddy Water, and Fae had to use Quick Attack to avoid it while running away. She tried to drag away Neri's body with her, but she couldn't move it far. Her body got soaked, and her soft fur matted to her pelt.

The Muddy Water attack wasn't super effective, however it blew back the Luxray with ease. The Luxray yelped as he attempted to keep his spot in the grass.

He made indentations in the grass, taking up a couple chunks of the blades with him before gaining his mobility again. "I won't let you two get away, not even with three additional Pokémon. The boss wants you, so I will deliver." The Luxray's growled as he used Ice Fang on Eon, freezing him instantly.

The electric type unfortunately managed to out best Mauve, and ensured her faint with a Thunderbolt—although he left her alone after that.

The freeze looked painful, and Eon was trying to escape his frosty demise. He managed to unfreeze himself and used Dark Pulse, thus flinching the electric type Pokémon before using Shadow Claw to pierce the skin around his neck.

The attack wasn't enough to kill him, but it caused him to flee as Fae used Shadow Ball to ensure she at least did something. Fae cheered for a second before noticing Mauve's serious injuries and Fergus trying to waken his girlfriend with his nose.

Not what Fae had in mind. Next time they met, she would definitely hit him before the end.

Author's Note: I'm trying to make the Luxray appear as a threat that needs help. I wanted to make the fight longer, however I feel like making a longer fight would be more of a near beginning of a chapter sort of deal.

Anyways let me know your thoughts. I know that fight was lackluster and Fergus didn't do anything. However, I do plan on adding more Luxray fights later.
