Hunter pressed into the small body beside him thinking that Deca had a dog that had jumped into bed. He had always wanted a dog, but they didn't do well in webs. Turning to pet He the dog, he flinched back as he saw a broad face that was furry and a blonde brown, but that wasn't a dog. Are you warm now? A voice asked in his mind. A shifter, not a dog had crawled into his bed!

Hunter immediately shifted, his full size larger than the animal. The shifter's eyes got wide, not with fear but curiosity. That was two people in less than two days that weren't scared of him. He looked at himself, still seeing seven legs and fangs.

You're a spider! That's a pretty orange! The animal pushed forward, nuzzling his cheek on the top of his head. Why did Deca bring you here? Are you hurt?

Hunter pulled away with an irritated click, turning one his seven legs to show the blue tinged wound on his side.

YOU LOST A LEG? IM SORRY! Hunter flinched again, this time falling off the bed, yelling out as he hit the floor.

There was a soft knock, and Deca stormed in, dark red hair cascading around his shoulders, dressed only on pajamas. "CJ, I told you not to bother him."

CJ whimpered, shifting back, and crawling to the end of the bed. "I'm sorry," he said. He was slim and tall, keeping his fur color as hair color with huge brown eyes. "He was shivering."

Deca sighed, running a hand through CJs hair, "Thank you, but I'll make sure he stays warm." CJ nodded, glancing back at the spider on his back, all legs bent above him. "Bye, I'll see you around." He walked out, and Deca sighed again before going to Hunter's side.

"Do you need help?" Hunter kicked his legs, trying to get off his back, but he was stuck solidly on his abdomen. Yes, he said.

He whimpered as he was picked up, and held close, Deca running a soft hand over Hunters furry leg. Hunter shivered again, but it wasn't from being cold.

Deca made a weird noise, his whole body beginning to vibrate, Hunter pressed close. He seemed to want something and Hunter didn't do it. He plucked the spider down, and tucked him in. "Shift back, I need to get the doctor in here to drop you up again."

Hunter nodded, his arm dropping a few drops of blue, "It hurts," he said when he'd shifted back.

"We'll get you sorted," he promised, tucking Hunter in. "I'll get the doctor, and make sure CJ doesn't bother you again." He walked to the door, looking back.

"Wait!" Hunter reached out, "don't leave me." There was that soft sound, almost a vibration, again.
